  "He shows no purchase" do you mean that it does not show on the purchase of your account history: see your purchase history in iTunes store on Mac or PC - Apple Support ? Or watch only in the store?

  If it doesn't show on the purchase of your account history then what method of payment were you using? If a credit card then you may only receive a temporary store maintain charge.

  You must use home sharing (and access to the title of the app to computers) or AirPlay for broadcast on the ATV. It's not a purchase, it is not available in the cloud.
