Impossible to reach on the adobe Creative Cloud servers
I just 2 notifications that updates are available and updates fail with the above error
What I tried
Creative cloud signature and signing in again
Delete temporary files
Disable the firewall
Clears the data from cookies
Restart the PC
Re-setup of creative cloud
Checked my host file
And can you please correct the non read notification thing, it's really annoying!

I recently formatet my pc... When I reinstalled Adobe Creative cloud to return to Lightroom and Photoshop.
The cloud App is installed and so is Lightroom and Photoshop. But I can´t update. The cloud App keeps telling me that he can´t to connect to the servers and I should check the firewall... Here's the funny part... It has access through the firewall and my anti-virus as well.

Unable to connect to the Adobe Creative Cloud Server
When I try to open my creative cloud, I get a message saying:

I clicked on the retry button for 30-40 minutes without success.

The software has been installed in a Mac Pro 2012, running the Mavericks 10.9.5. I completely uninstalled Installer used a CC cleaner App. Also went under the ~/Library/Application Support and ~/Library/Preferences moved these .plists for another clean installation but without success.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but it was driving me nuts and takes me too long to understand. So, I saved all my work and formatted my hard drive with a new installation of Mac OS x.
That solved the problem.

Check your account indicates the subscriptions that you expect (and that the adobe, used in the next step id is correct) by logging in here and checking the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

Issue of the Adobe Creative Cloud missing or damaged files
I tried to open Adobe Creative cloud so I could download Illustrator, and when I tried to open it, it says there were missing or damaged files and download again. But before Adobe Creative Cloud even has finished installing, the same box popped up and asked me to do the same thing again. I had tried the same thing 3 or 4 times over, and it has not worked once. Please follow the steps below: -.
1 - uninstall the Adobe Creative cloud Control Panel application. (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)
2 remove Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folder of
C: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "Common Files".
3 - remove the folder Adobe Creative cloud of C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
4. Remove AAMUpdater and OOBE [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe
5 reinstall the creative application of cloud at the bottom of the link
