  Of the System Volume Information folder cannot be deleted. It is a system folder and user operations cannot be performed on him (as the name change, deletion, movement, access/change properties).
  You can delete the folder Trash-1000. It is created if the player is connected to a Linux system. It's where the deleted files/folders, so SHIFT + DELETE are stored is not used or completely deleted from the Recycle Bin. The 1000 is the UDI of the user account that created the file.

  Hi Kevin, thanks for responding.

  The program was the Vuze, and I managed to get rid of the icon.  By a right click and do not move the mouse and wait 5 minutes eventualy box popped up and I was able to remove the icon from the start menu.

  The solution was a lot of patience.

  8. Also tried the PRINTUI /dl switch.  Wants the connected printer.
  9. Tried PRINTUI/dn/n \\servername\sharename of elevated privileges.  Access is denied.
  10. The printer is not in group policy.
  11. I searched for the appropriate methods of elimination of network printers where it was supposed to be done first customer.  Nothing found.
  12. From a command prompt high. A ran "Control Panel."  He opens the configuration panel.  Navigated to the printer and "remove hardware".  Same mistake.

  At the end of the day I will try to end the session, and then restart.  I don't expect you to do anything.

  This tells you that the message is that you can not delete a category when there might be other users on the system. You must apply the locking system for the kickoff of all non-admin users, then delete the category.
