Impossible to subscribe to creative cloud and no chat option
I tried to subscribe to creative cloud because my trial ended.
After you accept the General conditions and I have to give my credit card information, click on confirm, then for a split second I see «your order is...» "(I can't read as it disappears very quickly), and then I went back to step 2, prompting me to revise my membership details.

No money has been deducted and I also talked to my Bank, but they did not even apply for debit is not subject of rejection on behalf of the Bank.
I tried to use different computers and different browsers (Mozilla and Chrome). Edge and Internet Explorer can not open packages of payment page (However, they can open all other pages of the site without any problems).
I also tried to get a possibility to communicate with the service the customer to sort this point, but when I click on "still need help? To reach us", that's all I get:

Impossible to subscribe to creative cloud
I tried to subscribe to creative cloud for the last two days that my 30 day trial ends today. For some odd reason, I can't check the agree with the T & C and by clicking on the "accept terms" does not in what either.
I tried clicking on every link on the page and nothing will allow me to go beyond this step. I am based in Malaysia, if that makes a difference. Any help would be appreciated.

I am a subscriber of creative cloud and try to open recently installed first Pro.
I installed the Premier Pro and it worked a few times and now does not - it gives the error massage "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find capable video game modules. Please update your video display drivers and try again"I've updated my Nvidia drivers and it still load. I opened older first items 7 and 11 and they work fine. I tried other video files (Youtube, etc) and they work fine also. I restarted Windows 7 without success. Any ideas?
Just tried right-clicking on the shortcut and choose Run as administrator and which didn't work either.

2 questions really. 1. I think to subscribe to creative cloud dc acrobat and want to trial first. I downloaded the installer and then clocked to install. Once it was finished I clicked on start application and nothing happened. I can't find where acrobat has been installed to. Any ideas? 2. An identification code Adobe supports two activation of CC regardless of the type (single/fill/Team). If you buy the full CC with the same Adobe ID, it will activate twice if you you will be assigned space app unique cc + the full CC.

Creative cloud and apps not opening
I think that Adobe has a major problem with creative cloud and this could explain why its share price has fallen!
I had to call support 3 times to fix this on my desk. I then fixed it the fourth time myself.
Now the same question has arrsen on my laptop!
If Adobe doesn't fix it and stop just say use Creative cloud Cleanser (the program should be clean in the first place!) will continue to bleed users and thus its stock price.
I agree with others that it prevents the professionals do their work.
Adobe CC did not have this problem when I first subscribed for more than a year. Maybe it's too many deployment updated without the major problem of creative cloud of fixation.
