Impossible to type, letters jumpy in all directions. Touchfreeze tried without success.

So frustrating, I have to cut and paste to try to make a sentence correctly.  How can I fix it?

To help you suggest several steps to solve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

1. If it works much earlier?

2. is it a laptop or desktop?

3. What is the brand and model of the keyboard?

4 have have there been recent changes made on the computer before the show?

 

 

Please try following the methods provided and update us with the results.

Method 1: Run the hardware and devices Troubleshooter and check.

Method 2: Test the problem in safe mode.

Try to start the computer in safe mode and check if the same problem occurs:
