Impossible to update 2015.0 CC to CC 2015.2

Hi all,

My company has 3 licenses of Creative pack full of cloud. My 3 iMac work 2015.0 version perfectly but Creative Cloud Desktop continue to say demand is up to date.

He never tells the 2015,2 versions?

Such software is in french on MAC OS X Yosemite.

Is this a problem of license or a Mac of questions?

I have contact support by phone and got the response from them.

The company that installed our Mac when we bought seemed them have chosen an option to stop the automatic update of a user.

I have to delete the file /Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMupdater/1.0/adobeupdateradmin.prefs

Exit Creative Coud Desktop. Kill all processes of Adobe.

Then rename /Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE in OOBEold for example.

Finally restart creative cloud and then all the update are available.

    I have the problem, I bought 675 as for 1099 7 months ago. Since it was the portable games 'up' and as time passes, I updated my Bios. Since everything goes wrong and I've updated my Bios as half year, after 1 month ago when I bought the laptop.

    As I sayed, as last time I start as arrowheads shift if I watch videos, play games, music of lisening.
    He put like noise frezze, as pc frezes for 2 sec and squiks really boring.

    Don't know how to fix.
    I guess its problem of processor i5 or cuz bios.

    Then when I tried to display updated my driver, there is no way to freaking updated its just impossible mission.

    Toshiba care a little to make updating drivers for the customer even though I tried to download it from the official site of AMD.

    It is said to be impossible to update driver since it is not supported and it said that I'm going for new drivers toshiba site and there is no new drivers for my pc.

    So I stuck and new games need new drivers like few games don't wana start because I not updated my drivers.
    Its ridiculous.

    I hope that you will be able to help me with my drivers up-to-date. If it is not... Well, altest I know not why not to buy an another toshiba laptop if they don't care about costume designers.

    One of them will solve your problem of camera:

    (1) If your Mac restart does not solve the problem,

    (2) use http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090 from Apple.

    (BTW - troubleshooting section called an "iSight" camera.  However, after that article was published, Apple has changed the name of the built-in camera on the recent "iSight" Macs "FaceTime", then "FaceTime HD."  Whatever the name of your built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

    Be sure to test several Apple app (photo booth, FaceTime, iMovie, QuickTime Player, etc.) in more than one user account.  Do NOT use the 'Guest' for this test account.  If you don't have more than one user account for testing, create one now.  If you need help, how is explained in http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201754.

    A 'Standard' user account is all you need for the tests.

    (3) If your camera will work correctly even with Apple applications, use OS X Recovery to completely reinstall your Mac OS since system recovery stored on your startup disk.  Don't bother test Skype or other 3rd party apps until you have your camera works with applications Apple.

    (4) If none of the suggestions above resolve your issue, contact Apple or one of the Apple-Authorized Service Provider to have your Mac professionally repaired. Don't forget to back up your Mac and Deauthorize iTunes before the call for tenders for the service.

  • Security update 2015-007 and 008-2015 break 10.9.5 printing

    2015 updates security-007 and 2015 - 008 times break impression on Mavericks (10.9.5) from several applications including display PDF in preview, Word (Office 2011) and Pages on my MacBook Mid of 2012 Pro and Mid 2011 iMac 21.5 inches.  Both worked perfectly until the installation of these updates of security resulting in a font substitution odd (rectangles instead of the characters of irregular shape) at two previews print output printed in several different printers from different manufacturers.  First of all, I met this with security update 2015-007 and was able to remedy this by reinstalling Mavericks and install all updates EXCEPT security update 2015-007.  I hope that the updated 2015-008 security would be this patch, but I have exactly the same problem with printing.  Once again, the solution is to reinstall the Mavericks and do NOT install the security update.  In the details of these two patches, there something about a change in the authentication of the police to prevent the execution of malicious code.  This seems to be breaking the Mavericks called police.  Update to Yosemite or El Capitan was perhaps a work around, an absolutely essential piece of software I use (medical Dragon Dictate for Mac v3.x) runs only on the Mavericks and not later (SHAME ON NUANCE for not updating their software to run on MacOS versions up to 3 years and more after the release and SHAME on them to charge over $ 500 just to be able to run on Yosemite and not El Capitan!).

    This isn't a problem with Office 2011 as a pure delete and reinstall does not solve the problem.  He also the effects of several aps print native Apple, including the overview and Pages. Only do a clean reinstall of Mavericks without the security updates solve the problem.

    Apple has really need identify the bug and the patch for the next security update and test specifically in 10.9.5 with Office 2011.  Other applications which are both of these computers include Dropbox and office of carrier running on a large system level, but none of these applications have nothing to do with the policies of handling or rendering.

    Send feedback to Apple. They will not respond, but at least know that there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it can become the problem solved as soon as possible.

  • Impossible to update of Windows Media Player and Microsoft Security Essentials and the error is "access denied error 80070005."

    Apparently an involuntary change of administrative privileges or permissions (Windows XP Pro, SP3) keeps me updated Media Player version 9 to 11 v. and updated virus Security Essentials definitions.
    For Media Player, wmsetup.log reports access denied error 80070005 and UpdSpAPI.log reports access denied for the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Settings\MP3Encoding\LowRate registry key. In regedt32, I'm blocked from display HKLM\...\MediaPlayer\Settings and below, and "are allowed to view the current permission settings, but... can make a change." Except that I can't. I can enter the change but get «...» Access is denied"trying to apply them. So this is the first problem that I need help.
    But of course it's more than a registry key and the subkeys, because MSE too is affected and will download but not install virus definitions. WindowsUpdate.log reports: failed to install with error 80070643.
    My user account (it's the only one!) is part of the Administrators group and all that I tried to verify administrative permissions is positive. This is a new issue. No virus/malware, according to MSE, Lavasoft Ad-Aware, MalWarebytes Anti-Malware.
