Impossible to validate the Standard XI Acrobat registration

My team has recently purchased a subscription month for Acrobat Standard XI. I installed it on the laptop computer of the user, at the launch of Acrobat, I try to grab our login information but it generates an error where it is impossible to validate our subscription. There is an option to continue in the first instance, when I click the option Acrobat just crashes every time. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, the device several times and it's always the same.

Then I advanced and tried to install this on my own machine, and it worked very well. Thus, it seems that the problem is local to the other user. We would appreciate all the help we can get as to why it fails to validate on the other machine. Thank you.

Please, try the following steps:

Delete all the files in the following folders:

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

And delete all the files in the folder following except cache.db

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD

Then start Acrobat, and try to activate.

    If I take the domain name on the username back to the incapable person to validate the error of account settings.  Anyone has any ideas on what could cause this problem?

    First of all, you defintely should not put the domain\\user before your user name as a field dedicated for it on the meadow. Let's get out the part and focus on the error you get when it is configured in this way. Can you post the exact error message that you receive?

Screen that validates my copy of Production Premium (it's a download) requires the serial number of my previous qualifying package, but the drop down menu does not list any choice except for the CS3 packages. Then, of course, my Design Standard serial number does not work and I am only able to use the trial version. All the technical staff of the Adobe seems inaccessible until October 14, after their upgrade of the system is complete. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

  • Impossible to install the new DC Acrobat on Google Chrome

    Tried to open a PDF in Chrome, told me that the plugin has been exceeded, so I downloaded and ran the new installer of DC (unchecking Ma-coughy, thank you very much). However, once completed, he launched IE for the successful installation screen and Chrome remains unchanged, even after a reboot.
