In 2nd computer installation problems

Hi all

I am a member creative cloud and I currently have my apps on my desktop mac [it is main and more standard that I'm working all the time]

before a month, I install the CC to a laptop for two days and after two days I uninstall all THE...

Now I try to install on another laptop that I take with my in Italy and it won't let me.

Manager of CC says that I have already apps in two computers and is NOT accurate.

I have already and of course uninstall them the previous laptop, why he sees them in two machines?

What should I do?

you don't have to log out of your application of cc on you desktop laptop.

do that and you should be able to install on a 2nd computer.

also, we should be asked (trying to install on a 3rd) to disconnect from your other two computers.  You can do it and do your installation.

  • Laptop Extended CS6 on the new computer installation problem

    Hello.

    I hope someone can help me understand how to install CS6 on a new computer. I remember that I first bought CS5 (with a CD), then passed to the CS6 in July 2014, a download, then download and install CS6 extended in February 2015. I don't remember if Extended CS6 was an upgrade ($399?).

    I have disabled the older CS5 and CS6 on the laptop, went to my Adobe account > orders, downloaded and installed Extended CS6 and glued in the serial number. I received a message stating: "it is a valid serial number, but it is not a product qualified reference. Please select a product. "In the drop down menu, Extended CS6 was not an option.

    I think I need to first install CS5 from the CD, and then upgrade to Extended CS6. However, when I try to run the CD on the new laptop (a Dell 7710, running Windows 7 Pro) I get a message that the Installer failed to initialize. If I try to run the CD on the old laptop (a Dell XPS 16, also running Windows 7 Pro), Setup initializes. So, apparently, the issue is specific to the machine. Anyone has an idea as to how I could get the CD to work on the new machine?

    You need not install CS5. Simply enter the serial number when he asks the CS6 Installer.

    I bought the LR5 a few months ago and installed on my laptop.  I just bought a desktop computer and try to install it here and when I go to my order and download, nothing happens.  Any suggestions?

  • Options to upgrade to internal hard drive on laptop computer dv2000t (installation problems)

    I need to replace a failed hard drive in my laptop dv2000t of 2006.  The drive I'm replacing was already a replacement car from the original 80 GB drive came with the laptop.  The first replacement 3 years ago (2008) was a 200 GB drive, which worked well for about 3 years.  But he just crashed (apparently).  I received warnings of imminent failure in 'Smart' car a week before, and then it finally is more start.  Subsequent tests on the extract disk show it as having failed in many sectors.

    I had no problem to order a spare for the first time in 2008, restore a backup image to original disk Acronis, installation, etc.  Everything went well in 2008.   So I assumed that all would be gone smoothly for yet another replacement and upgrade.

    In 2008, the drive I ordered was a W.D. (Western Digital, stick with the same brand as the original) disk SATA 2.5 inch 5400 RPM (200 GB).  It's a SATA (I) (1.5 Gbit/s interface).

    The first disc I ordered recently (March 2011) was a W.D 2.5 inch SATA II (3.0 Gbps interface) 500 GB 7200 RPM (from 'Black Scorpion' line of W.D.).   Got the disc image disc to it and she came to the laptop.  Unfortunately, at the start and after the screen BIOS, all I get is a black screen with a white cursor blinking fast at the top of the screen.  Apparently by car is not recognized by the computer?  Then I did some reading in some online forums and found some references on this laptop is made not with the capacity of disks more or 320 GB with 7200 RPM drives (because they're hotter than 5400 drives).  And finally, references to the SATA interface speed.  I ordered a 2nd drive, W.D "Scorpio Blue" line, this time above a 5400 RPM 320 GB drive (but still SATA II).  Same story, still does not work.  So I decided that maybe the question was the SATA speed.  So I found someone who still had a SATA plus old (1.5 Gbps) W.D. drive in stock.  It's a W.D. SATA 250 GB (no longer manufactured).  It should arrive in a few days - and I hope this one works!

    I would like to get some sort of confirmation on the white flashing cursor on the black screen at startup.  Is this typicalif the system could not find a bootable hard drive?  Also, is this SATA or SATA-II issue a probable cause of my problem?   I'm sure that there is nothing wrong with the new drives themselves and images restored on them, as readers will be installed them and available when I plug them in as external drives on my other computer.

    I was able to solve my hard drive installation problems.  It turns out that there is no problem with any of these new replacement discs, I ordered (thinking I had ordered some readers with the wrong specs).  It was a simple solution to the problem.  Restored readers were not start because there is no MBR (Master Boot Record) on the disks after restoring from disk images.

    I use Acronis True Image Home 2011 as my (backup) disk imaging software.  And I just did not understand how to restore properly backed up images on a new hard drive.  I had done everything right except that I had not checked the box to 'restore the MBR' - both do not understand what it was or what it means.  Once I checked this box and reimagee the new drive, it worked fine.

    I can't print from my 2nd computer.  I use Verizon Fios to communicate with a wireless router (Belkin) (main? / main thru?).  I have 2 computers that access my internet connection.  The 1st computer that is in the same room as the router "verizon" and the printer is capable of printing.  The 2nd Bureau is not.  But there is good communication with the internet.

    Would it in my settings that could very well be the problem?

    (2) what version of Windows you are using on the computer?

    (3) updates are you referring?

    Method 1: Try to install the program as an administrator do a right click on the program installation files and select run as administrator, click on continue if you are prompted to confirm.

    Method 2:  Select the boot and then check if the problem persists

    2. don't you try to install the game in the other computer?
    3. What is the operating system that is currently installed on your computer?
     
    First of all I suggest to perform a disk cleanup and check whether the problem is resolved.
     
    The disk cleanup tool helps you free up space on your hard disk to improve your computer's performance. The tool identifies files that you can safely remove, and then allows you to choose if you want to remove some or all of the files identified.

    To use disk cleanup in Windows 7 follow these steps below.
     
    a. Click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, click System Tools and then click on disk cleanup. If several readers are available, you may be asked to specify which drive you want to clean.
    b. when disk cleanup has calculated how much space you can free of charge, in the dialog cleaning disc, scroll through the content of the files to delete list.
     

    Disk Cleanup dialog box

    c. clear the check boxes for files that you do not want to delete, and then click OK.

    For more options, such as cleaning of system restore and files copy of Shadow, under Description, click on clean up the system files, and then click the other Options tab.
    d. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the files specified, click Yes.
     
    After a few minutes, the process is completed, and close the Disk Cleanup dialog box, leaving your computer more efficient and clean better.
     
    I also suggest you to run chkdsk.
    Follow these steps:
     
    a. click on start
    b. Type "cmd" in the start search box
    c. right-click on cmd.exe list programs and then select the run as Administrator option. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue
    d. in the command prompt window, type the following command and press enter Chkdsk/r X:
     Note: in this command, x is a placeholder that represents the drive letter of the volume you want to check.
    a. press y when you are prompted to check the drive the next time the system restarts.
    b. close all applications and restart the computer.
     
    Note: upon reboot, Windows checks the drive for errors, and then Windows starts

    After the computer restarts, repeat steps 1 through 4 for the other volume and then check if the disk cleanup works.
     
    If the steps provided above does not resolve the problem then I suggest to install the game using the cleanboot and check for the issue.
    Put your system to the clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items
    the origin of the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and re-
    install the program.
