In 7 Captivate accessibility options works not

I need help. I can't get my project to Captivate 7 to be accessible. I tried to test on the jaws and for some strange reason, it seems that the enable accessbility doesn't cause everything is messed up when I test on the jaws. Is their someone who would be willing to help me to look at my file?

What exactly do you mean by "messed up"? There are some things that don't work in the JAWS, and you need to establish limits to the screen reader see this link for the list: jaws and Cp 7.01.237 - best friends no? Beyond that, there are workaround solutions, depending on what exactly is messed up. If you can identify the issues, perhaps I can help you get on the right track.

    Follow the steps to restore your computer when Windows does not normally. It will give you the factory restore.

    1. What is the brand and model of the computer?

    2. what security software is installed?

    3. have you made changes on the computer recently?

    4 indicates the date and time set correctly?

    To resolve this issue, let us try these methods:

    Method 1.

    Start the computer in safe mode and check the status.

    Run a full scan of the computer with the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free.

    Menu options can be selected, but nothing happens. Same "About" does nothing.

    I don't know how the app could not get into this State.   It is not something that I can reproduce.

    Try to reinstall the application and the application cache erasing.  Here's how:

    1. Stop Revel and uninstall by dragging the application to the trash system
    2. Use the Finder menu: go > go to folder: ~/Library/Containers/
    3. Delete the folder: ~/Library/Containers/com.adobe.Carousel.mac
    4. Re-install Revel from the Mac app store and connect again.

    I don't know if anyone has come across this. I've been setting up RDS Server based on Windows Server 2012 R2, and when I got to the point where I need to install the Agent from the view, I noticed that the HTML access option does not appear in the phase of the installation wizard feature selection. Therefore, access HTML for hosted applications does not work even when I activate access HTML on farms. I only noticed when I was trying to solve why the HTML access to hosted applications was not working.

    The RDS server in question is a physical server running Windows Server R2 2012 with all updates. I uninstalled the agent view, restart and then tried to install the Agent 6.2 view, but the option does not appear. Same thing when I tried the agent see 6.1.1. Any thoughts?

    Have you had your laptop, checked by a technician?

    If you use a 32 bit Vista copy then any upgrade must be run from the Vista desktop.

    Recently, I tried to re - install samsung smarthru mfp program (already installed and working except the scan).

    at the end of the reinstall the Office is empty, desktop wallpaper and all records of icons could not be seen, I wasn't able to use windows Explorer.

    I tried restoring the system, but even after that the message that the restore system was not made completely.

    Now the problems are that (1) folders/icons on the desktop are not displayed on the desktop (I have added Office to taskbar and all office files can be accessed from there.

    (2) the big problem is that folder except option does not work: cannot save Web pages, also the documents/files are not able to be saved after having published a new name.

    (3) new folder names the names of the files are not created.

    I tried norton internet security 2010 full scan, there is no virus.

    1. If you use Norton (Etc), disable it before using System Restore. info at the link above.

    2. try SR in safe mode:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    3 Malware will stop at the system restore:

    If necessary, do all the workSafe Mode with network.

     

    To get intoSafe Mode with network, press F8 at the Power On / boot and use key arrow upward to get intoSafeMode with networking from the list of options, and then press ENTER.

    God knows how many years ago, I've upgraded to Windows 8.1, didn't like it, refreshed/restored Windows 8 and when I right click on an image missing some options are worn and the preview option does not work (Im guessing it is the top lack of option)

    One possibility is to upgrade to Flash 11.2 and re - activate the Plugin RealPlayer browser Record extension in the Add-ons Manager (Tools > Modules > Extensions) (it's a softblock).
