in labview using zip file

I create a zip file, but when my VI is done run it tells me that the file is always used by Labview and it won't let me open or delete. do not know how it is still in use, I even tried closing after but it did not work

OK, I found a very likely problem which could be the cause of your zip file to not close.  If you have no file to add, the loop FOR will not iterate.  It is a problem because just output terminals returns the default values for 0 iteration FOR loops.  You just lost your reference of zip file.  There is an easy solution.  Use shift for you registers reference file.  A shift register is a single memory location, the output of the shift register will be everything that you initialize it to.  I also recommend to do the same for the cluster of error so that you do not lose a mistake.

  • Zip file and iso LabVIEW FPGA Xilinx tools 12.4 Module is broken

    I downloaded the two zip file of LabVIEW FPGA Module Xilinx tools 12.4 and iso image file three times to make sure that both files are broken and can not be installed!

    The size of the file is so large about 3g. It would be better to double-check before you download on the Web site.

    -Very well,.

    The download is complete and the standard Windows Extraction tool worked, WinRAR worked and 7Zip worked (and no, I don't know why, I installed all). I did download a wireless network that does not have direct access to our internal servers, it should therefore be a test valid. If the link I provided above was not that you used (probably isn't, because it is not an ISO option), could you please provide me with a link to the page that you used so that I can test and repair? In the meantime, the link above should work for you.

  • What algorithm ZIP LabView use?

    Hello

    My basic question is: what algorithm ZIP uses the ZIP VI when compressing files?

    The case is that I have access to a file zip created from LabView, but I don't have access to LabView himself to decompress the file, so I have to use a third party program to decompress the file.

    Any info and pointers are appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Mads,

    If you work with IO filo palette, right ZIP functions?

    The zip that results is then moved in a database.

    First question:

    You can extract the ZIP before it is copied to the database? If so, you can open using 7Zip, WinZip or WinRAR?

    Second question:

    If the ZIP file works before moving on to the database, but fails once he was pulled from the database: what kind of data do you use for the ZIP file in your database? Are you sure that the construction of the binary file of the ZIP is not changed by the database?

  • Can I automate creating a cluster in LabView using the structure of data created in a generated automatically. CSV, C header or XML file?

    Can I automate creating a cluster in LabView using the data structure created in an auto generated. CSV, C header or XML file?  I am trying to take the data structure defined in one or more of these files listed and have LabView automatically create a cluster with structure types and the same data.  (Ideally, I would like to do it with a C header file only.)  Basically, I'm trying to avoid having to create the cluster by hand, as the number of cluster elements could be very large. I looked in EasyXML and contacted the rep for the add-on.  Unfortunately, this feature was not created yet.  Did anyone done something like this before? Thanks in advance for the help.

  • "Extract all...". "request password on some files inside the zip, but no password was used to create the zip file

    I created a zip of a directory tree file using "send to...". "'Compressed (zipped) folder '. When I try to "extract all...". ", he asks me a password for some (not all) of the files in the zip file. I does not have a password for the zip file. I didn't even know it was possible to have a password on a specific file in a zip! Needless to say, I can not give the password because I don't know what it is.

    I tried the following:

    (1) created with "send to...". "Excerpt from" compressed (zipped) folder ', with 'extract all... '. ». Result: request password.
    (2) created with "send to...". "" Compressed (zipped) folder ", extract with 7 - zip. Result: No password query. All the files extracted intact.
    (3) created with 7 - zip, extract with "extract all...". ». Result: request password.
    (4) created with 7-zip, extract with 7 - zip. Result: No password query. All the files extracted intact.

    What I find most interesting is (3).

    Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? Is there some kind of security on the files meta-data that could / should cause this behavior?

    The max on most email providers is 10 MB. The only way that you could share this file would find a download site that allows to host this file. You can do a search for hosting sites and find one that goes on your needs. Once you download the file to the single copy of the site the link and give the person who you want to initially by email.

  • copy my files and once completed they were in zip files, now I can not open zip files, I use vista bussiness... Thank you.

    make backup of my files aand ordibary copy in zip files, they now need to open and I get message cannot open files, etc.

    You must use the restore backup procedure to restore individual files of access - you can not access it just directly from the backup (even if it's possible with 3rd party software - you can check Bing, Google,www.tucows.com and www.download.com).  If you made a backup of the complete picture, you should definitely 3rd party software even be able to do as you cannot access the individual with restore files (only if doing a restore completes).

    Here is an article on the restore procedure:http://www.vista4beginners.com/How-to-restore-files to make sure you do this right.  It's a selective restore of a full or selective backup (not a full restore from a full backup)...

    This is a GREAT article on the backup and restore processes in Vista http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/2007.09.backup.aspx , but he won't go into detail about the restoration process - considering almost as easy, of course.  But it teaches you a lot about what is possible and how to do it.  It also focuses primarily on the full backup process, but he did mention the full backup and restore process as well.

    Here is an article on the advanced use of restoration (during normal restore does not work):http://www.mayankraichura.com/post/2009/08/06/Avdvanced-Restore-via-Windows-Vista-Backup-and-Restore-Center.aspx.

    1. after the start of "backup and Restore Center."

    2. I chose "Advanced Restore"

    3. I was did not an administrator password... maybe because my account is an administrator account.

    4 choose "files from a backup made on a different computer.

    5. in the dialog box indicating "Select the location of the backup to restore", select "hard drive, CD or DVD...". »

    6. under the drop-down list box, select your drive/partition and continue

    7. If all the backups on your drive, it will show a list of them.

    8. in my case, he showed a backup, but in the backup location, it will show "backup location is not available."

    9. I was frustrated, but then I somehow just select this backup (Yes... even if he said that thebackup location is not available " ")

    10. and you press "next".

    11 guess what... no error!

    12. a window appeared asking me if I wanted to do a full restore, or I want to select specific folders or files.

    13. I selected the folders I wanted to restore and bingo... it their restored smoothly.

    14. so that the next time see a mistake, try to continue with him... ;)

    I don't know if this will help, but it does not provide much information about the process (when it works).

    I hope this helps.

  • Program used in Windows 7 to open Zip files

    Downloaded zip files.  Accidentally tried 'open with' windows photo viewer.   All of the changed files zip.  Cannot find what program to use as the default value for the zip files now.   Tried several that are matched in 'open with', but did not work, and when I watched, I didn't know what to try.   Can anyone help?  I checked the settings in the Control Panel, but I don't know we can do to bring back the zip files, so I can check out them.

    Hi PoJo1

    Go to the following site.

    Difficulties of file Association for Windows 7

    In the file types list, right-click on the "Zip" type and select Save target under... Download the file to the desktop.

    Go to the desktop, click on the zip_fix_w7.reg file and select the Merge option. If you get a pop-up message on the registry, select OK to merge.

    This will refresh the built-in zip functions.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you for using Windows 7

  • Zip files don't seem to work, using windows 7?

    I am using windows 7 and you need to send my assessment United in a compressed zip folder.

    I'll add pictures of what I'm doing and what's happening.

    (1) I rely on compressed (zipped) folder.

    (2) then it looks like what I think not what its supposed to look like?

    (3) then when I try to open it to see if its working it comes up with this message...

    Help please! my deadline is close!

    Thank you!!

    RM

    If you look in the error, it says application not found.  what you are trying to open with does not exist or is corrupt.  I see that you have winrar so first I would be "associate" winrar opens "zip" files, and if it does not reinstall winrar.

  • zip files. I've used them in the past... Why then I used them now?

    I have a few good origins that I downloaded and they are zip files. I have used in the past and now I can't use it. Why?

    Hi Anthony,.

    You must extract the files using any unzip Application such as Winzip or 7Zip to extract the files and then use.

    If it's something of another workflow that you try to follow please let me know.

    Kind regards

  • Can upgrade you 5.1 to 5.5 ESXi host using the zip file?

    I read the KB articles which seem to indicate that, to upgrade an ESXi host, you must use a vSphere Manager or an ISO on CD or USB.   But I saw someone go from 5.1 to 5.5 by downloading a zip file and running the commands, as indicated in http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US & cmd = displayKC & externalId = 2008939.

    When you connect through the vSphere client, it seems to indicate that it has updated to 5.5, but I fear that this may not be an upgrade path has officially supported or may be missing something.

    Anyone here can comment if you can upgrade between the press point with a zip and and the upgrade of the above method fix?

    Thank you

    Yes, it is a supported upgrade path, take a look here: VMware KB: methods of upgrade to ESXi 5.5

    Summary of 5.5 ESXi upgrade methods

    This table summarizes the methods supported for ESXi 5.5 upgrade:

    Upgrade methods Upgrade from ESX/ESXi 4.x

    The CD interactive update
    DVD or USB drive
    Yes Yes Yes
    Scripted upgrade Yes Yes Yes
    vSphere Auto deploy NO. Yes, if the 5.0.x ESXi host has been deployed by using automatic deployment Yes, if the 5.1.x ESXi host has been deployed by using automatic deployment

    This is my first time using this forum. I hope that my question made its appearance and that this space is to respond to the answers possible, but just in case, here's my question again:

    On a PC using Windows and Adobe Reader, I sent 10 PDF files in a zip file and each label of the PDF file with a number from 1 to 10, so that they appear in the order I want. Numbered 1 to 9 records fell in the sequence automatically, but the number 10 appears under the number 1 instead of below the number 9. I googled the problem, do not see addressed. I called Microsoft, and they said it's a matter of Adobe. If anyone can help I would be grateful.

    Thank you.

    Not an Adobe issue at all. If you want your files to a single digit (1-9) to appear before the 10, you must add a zero at the beginning.

  • 2 + GB in plsql zip file. Error when using as_zip

    I use as_zip package of Anton Scheffer http://technology.amis.nl/wp-content/uploads/images/as_zip.txt

    Return to raw

    )

    1

    p_bytes

    );

    end;

    The function uses utl_raw.cast_from_binary_integer. I tried to use utl_raw.cast_from_number, but did not create the correct zip file. Does anyone has found a fix for this error? The package works fine for smaller files - many thanks to Anton.

    If you change the little_endian function in the package of files with a length between 2 and 4 GB you can zip

    function little_endian (p_big number, p_bytes pls_integer: = 4)

    Return to raw

    is

    number of t_big: = p_big;

    Start

    If t_big > 2147483647

    then

    t_big: = t_big - 4294967296;

    end if;

    Return utl_raw.substr (utl_raw.cast_from_binary_integer (t_big, utl_raw.little_endian), 1, p_bytes);

    end;

    And if you change your blog2num you can read them again

    function blob2num (blob, aureliepally, of p_pos p_blob)

    Return number

    is

    number of RV;

    Start

    RV: = utl_raw.cast_to_binary_integer (dbms_lob.substr (p_blob, aureliepally, p_pos), utl_raw.little_endian);

    If rv<>

    then

    RV: = VR + 4294967296;

    end if;

    Return rv;

    end;

    Compress a file of this size will take time, on my database 11XE 15 minutes.
