In outlook exp in recive sending option should it be send recive all, send all, all show, or default server pop-roadrunner, im having problems receiving mail.

Oops, see above.

Not exactly what you're asking. If you click send/receive to this, all accounts as long as in tools | Accounts | (Each account). Properties | General: include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing is checked.

  • What kind of problems are you having?
  • What happens if you send yourself a message?
  • Do you get?
  • Does show in sent items?
  • Error messages?

  • Outlook will not automatically send and receive e-mails. How to send/receive when I open Outlook

My wife and I have an e-mail account.  I may as well put in place without problem.  I can't get outlook to send/receive emails at the start, and I can't remember my password.  How can I do this and where is it written?

In Outlook, while watching your Inbox, press Alt + Ctrl + S.  This should open the dialog box send/receive groups.  Check the box ' plan a shipment / auto receive all ' and specify an interval of 10 minutes.  If this option is enabled, Outlook will schedule a send/receive when it starts as well.

There are several reasons why your credentials can not be recalled, but any suggestion of a solution depends on your version of Outlook, assuming that your version of WIndows is Windows 7, since you posted in a forum for Windows 7.  You should post your question in a forum of Outlook, such as http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlookacct/threads

Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

  • Outlook express does not send receive

After the reboot of my office, O.E. works very well in all directions. But after a few hours, he stops to receive mail in its automatic configuration mode. When I click on send or receive, I don't see ever typical status window. I tried l ' down and restart and notice that I don't get OE logo screen that I normally do, it just goes to the Inbox or whatever it is I last looked and it comes faster than normal. In addition, I noticed sometimes that when I go in my sent mail folder or Inbox, newer than 2009 messages do not appear.  Switch back will sometimes fix it, but not always. Restart will fix all the problems that I said at the beginning. Last week, there was yet another peculiarity which lasted maybe an hour. Click Send and Receive has nothing, but hit CTRL + M brought to work. And earlier I tried clicking on receive and voila it worked fine for the first time since 11:36 AM CDT. Unfortunately, I did not send the mail. The suite send or receive tests continue to fail. I tried to install Mozilla Thunderbird and it seems to work very well, but I would largely continue to use OE.

I use the update of the window in automatic mode and have known no other problems EXCEPT a week ago, Malwarebbyste has found 2 virus files which I immediately deleted. Since then, Malwarebytes always freezes when I put it for a complete analysis. After that, I installed Adaware and have run MRT of MS, SFC and another whose name escapes me now. They have all found nothing. I think THAT OE problems began earlier than that.

My opus system is XP Pro SP 3. My OE is 6.00.2900.5812 and my IE is 8.0.6601.18702. My internet connection is cable Comcast.

I wasn't expecting to find IE listed in my Add / Remove programs but it is there. Because I think that OE comes with IE, it sems like maybe I should try uninstalling and reinstalling. Would it be a good idea? Also, I looked at IE 9 downloads but they do not seem to exist. Designated as IE 9 download sites seem to only have IE8

It seems that there must be a better way

When I tried to upgrade to 8 OE, OE 6 appeared! Tried several times to reinstall OE 8 only to repeatedly referred to OE6.  Have tried to correct this problem for 4 days without any solution

  • Outlook Express 6 - 0x800CCC0E Error Message When you try to send or receive mail

Hello, can someone give me help with a problem I have with OE6.
This problem happens only from Sunday 15, prior to that, everything worked fine. I get the following message about the ports 25 and 110 - no, error Socket Error: 10061 no 0x800CCC0E - OE does and cannot send or receive mail. It occurs if the computer is put into Hibernate, or place on hold in the "users" page If it is paused extended or put to sleep while it is connected on all works OK, however if you switch to another user OE does not allow and the message appears. If the computer is rebooted then the user who connects to the use of EO but others do not. I checked on the Microsoft Update site and they seem to blame programs like Norton etc. anti-anti-virus/spam for the problem or parameters of EO, but as there has been no change for the last six months in my computer why this suddenly start to occur? I wonder if recent updates, I've had the 12 might be the cause, because I had the problem with dll error that has been corrected with KB935448.

Any help would be appreciated, because it becomes a pain to have to keep restarting the computer!

Hello from the display of my request, I had correspondence with Symantec, which enabled me to improve Norton 2006 Norton 2007 version 2 with a pack of free upgrade, that I was a current subscriber. This solved the problem I had, so I'm in him passing just in case someone else out there is having similar error messages. Post edited by: Jimbo180649
