  Thank you for your question, this error has been seen when there is a .parentlock file in the profile folder. There was also a bug that has been fixed in the new version 30 which came out this week

  and R12. T2K. B.Delta.3 (patch 8919489).

  I'm trying to run a backup script that uses the vcbSnapAll command. It was working fine a few weeks ago and then I noticed that my backup stopped. I took a look in the error logs and found this:

  what output you get the command "hostname"? This is the FULL domain name or just the short name?

I run Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1.2600) 2002 with service pack 3 version.  I check frequently that my system is configured to automatically receive all updates for Windows XP more updates from Microsoft.  QUESTION: Is there a version of Microsoft in September 2011 that had something to do with POP3 servers?  Obviously it did not automatically installed in my computer.  I even checked my system twice to make sure that Microsoft was on my list of safe sites.  Please help me.  I really want to use Outlook Express 6 as my default email.

  Anyone who bought my plugin has reported these errors when applying:

  invalid filter (25::3)

  They use CS6 on Snow Leopard on a Mac Pro 3.1 10.6.8 so this should work very well (the effect was compiled as a 64-bit using the latest XCode plugin, the Mountain Lion 10.8.5).

  I was wondering if anyone here has had this problem, and how they have solved.

  We managed to repro this on a machine running OS x 10.7.

  It turns out that it was probably due to one of the two parameters of generation in XCode:

  Basis of SDK, that I put OS X 10.9, and (most likely) OS X deployment target, which is the default value for the compiler. By reducing the Base SDKS to 10.8 and setting the target of 10.5 deployment. This fixed the problem on the machine 10.7.

  Waiting for the user who reported the problem to confirm the re-compiled version works on his workstation. However, I thought that I would put the solution here, just in case someone else has this problem in the future.

• Error 'Could not find type' in 2013 VS designer

  I use VS 2013 with Measurement Studio 2013. I know that there is no integration VS 2013 supported, but it is very good and so far I've been able to work around this using the proposed methods (e.g., generation of the licx file manually). However, I now use on a question which, I'm afraid is a bug of Visual Studio (and not a problem with NEITHER), but I wonder if anyone has experienced this.

  Before today, I had a job perfectly Windows Forms project with a single form. This form includes some NationalInstrument.UI.WindowsForms.WaveformGraphs. For some reason and I don't know what changes caused this, when I open the VS designer to this form, I now am facing a screen for error registration 3 errors. They are all the same shape and say:

  Type 'NationalInstruments.UI.WaveformPlot' was not found. Please make sure that the assembly that contains this type is referenced. If this type is a part of your development project, make sure that the project has been properly built using settings for your current platform or Any CPU.      

  For two other errors, the type of WaveformPlot is changed to XAxis and the x-axis. The project is referencing correct (NationalInstruments.UI, NationalInstruments.Common, and NationalInstruments.UI.WindowsForms) libraries and I'm building x 86 and SEO only x 86 versions of libraries. After all, this all worked before apparently without change.

  I even went back to the previous building control points within our source control tree, I know with certainty before, but the error persists.

  I saw the same behaviour in VS before and sometimes you can remedy the situation by a combination of black magic, for example cleaning, removal of directories bin and obj, reconstruction, restart etc, but in this case, none of these things seem to work. I'm pretty experience when it comes to VS and Windows Forms development and have tried most of the solutions you might think first of all, I'm looking for someone who has been in this situation before. Thank you!
