  I have Thunderbird installed on my desktop and my laptop. I have also set up to sync with email on my iPhone. Is there a way to set it up so that when I read on my iPhone and delete it, the email is not deleted on the desktop? Also, is it possible to have records of storage only on the PC and not on the iPhone or the laptop? I seem to remember at the same time I could read an email on my iPhone it, delete the phone and it remained in the Inbox on my PC. I can't find any combination of features and/or options to do it again.

  If you do not see 'Tools', then you do not have your active 'Menu Bar'.

  In thunderbird:

  • Click on 'Get the message'

  all the "Sent" emails must get downloaded from the server Inbox anto your Inbox in Thunderbird.

  • Then move all your emails in the 'Sent' Thunderbird folder.

  You should now have all these emails downloaded from the server and display in Thunderbird.

• Inbox Windows Mail have not all emails

  We had four emails from different senders we received yesterday but not display correctly in our Inbox.  They were recording in the form of messages unread, which is how we knew they were there, and when we changed the display settings to hide read messages we could see the.  If we are looking for messages received after 08/09/2010 then they appear as being supposed to be in the Inbox but are not displayed when you select the Inbox folder.

  Someone has any ideas why this is happening and how we could solve this problem?

  Why do you need ' hide ' read messages in order to see the unread?

  Suggest you set up a folder or Inbox folders and store your messages. In this way with that you do not clutter the Inbox reading messages.

  Meanwhile, back at view > current view > show all Messages.

  IMAP works best in your situation. Then you wouldn't have to worry about transfer of messages from one account to the other.

  If you must wear the use of POPS, set your email clients, leave a copy on the server.

  You can follow these steps to try closing out of the Mail app and then try to re - open:

  Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  If you haven't already done so, I recommend also trying to restart your iPhone, as it may solve the problems you mention.

  If you're still having problems, then I recommend trying to remove the e-mail account, and then delete the Mail application. Once you remove the Mail application, you can reinstall it from the App Store and add your account. You can find the steps to remove and re-add your email address below:

  1. On your computer, connect to the site is Web of your email provider to check that all your e-mail or check if your e-mail is saved somewhere other than your iOS device.

  It's a question of how the recipients e-mail programs deal with attachments.
