Incoming emails from unknown clients are ignored

I have a problem with incoming emails. When Infra receives any email (new or upgrade) and does not correspond to a client, instead of creating a new customer it throw the e-mail and a new entry appears in the log of activity with this code: "error: Email sender is not a valid user to process the request." Error code = 0 ". I know that the automatic creation of new customers is the standard feature, so I don't know why it does not work as you wish.

I have no active stored procedure and the default logging agent for incoming emails have all permissions in its role of security configuration management. I'm working on the VSM 9.0.9.

I believe you can simply create a new call with unregistered sender (actually the sender in this case will be registered as a new customer).

If I am right, it is impossible to update the registration of existing with email from unknown call.

    I still have a problem with the transfer of incoming emails
    BT Yahoo email to Outlook Express. As a test, I removed the McAfee Firewall from the BT NetProtect Plus security package, but it has no effect.  I can view new emails and action on BT Yahoo mail but not OE. I can send emails in OE.
    The error code is as above and it shows the following error. "Your server has terminated suddenly the connection. The possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. "Account: 'mail.btinternet.com', server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, secure (SSL): no, error number: 0x800CCC0F ' I have no known problem of the server or the network and use the laptop on a regular basis
    You have any other tips on measure I can take?

    Contained in the error message POP settings seem to be correct according to !-mail-settings-for-outgoing-and-incoming-mail-servers%3F http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6876/~/what-are-the-bt-yahoo, but they are unusual for Yahoo, they do specify encrypted connections.  Because you pay BT for the account, I think you should talk to them.  You can also find some general technical troubleshooting here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813514

  • Cannot receive incoming emails from some people

    I send direct windows. My husband has his own email with me - it has an address and I have another. He can receive e-mail from people while I can't. Those that I know I can't receive is gmail and yahoo at least an email user. He just started about 1 month ago and worked very well for years.

    I can send an email to everyone, but when some people try to send back to me, I did not receive it and they don't get a message that it was not distributed.

    When I go to file, import... it gives me the option of the window or Microsoft Live Mail window Outlook Express 6 or windows. I don't know what to choose - or even sure this is the problem.

    Any help would be appreciated. I called Microsoft and they told me to buy client WIndows for $109 - WIndows live has worked for us for many years - I would rather just what we currently set. Also - if anyone has a number to call for technical support - which would be appreciated. - Roxie

    The problem is resolved. He has not been blocked in windows live, but it was blocked in time warner roadrunner even though when I called them two weeks ago, they told me everything was going well at their end and it wasn't a problem with roadrunner. Thanks for your help... Roxie

    Access the messages options -> select General Options -> scroll through SMS and email inboxes and choose separaet in theme controlled/Combined /separate.

  • Cannot open attachments ATT my incoming emails from MSN

    Searched for Apps to make this opening and found that one that would open in HTML if the attachment contained images/graphics.

    I would like to know who/what that generates ATT suffixes, but it does not seem that MSN.

    Error Msg (as such):-"unable to open this attachment - save and try to find an app that will."

    The problem is that ATT attachments seem always to come as long as ATT0001, so try to 'Save' would simply replace the previous ATT0001 that has been saved - obviously different content that is lost.

    Check Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)

    Check Disable script debugging (other)

    Uncheck the display every script error notifications

    Click on apply, OK

    All emails will be go to the main folder of Messages. You must hide the email from specific folders and ignore them. Highlight the icon, then press Menu (left of the trackball) > hide. Then press Menu again and make sure that ALL DISPLAY is disabled.

    To delete the missed calls from your Messages, press the Green dial button to go to your call log > Menu > Options > Call Logging = NONE.

    Make sure that your settings are correct. The account type is on the first part of the account preferences.

    Sorry if you think that the complaints of not being able to see your question are dumb. But it is very difficult, and after complaining over a year my frustration is very high.

    Regarding the removal of the entry in your address book for hugs and Cookies, is nothing of the sort. Thunderbird use your display name in address book preferences to fill the list.

    Of the last 100 people who came here to complain that the mail of a person was in fact someone else. Their book of addresses for this person was the cause in probably 99 of them.
