Incorporation of video?

Hi guys

I worked with Dreamweaver, but I'm a more oriented as encoder design. I had thought about using the Muse at its launch because of the blog widget (as any form of CMS does not seem to exist in Dreamweaver without having to work with WordPress), but was put off because it does not seem to manage the integration of video players.

Now, there were a few versions, it's always the same for the incorporation of video or is it easier to insert a video player these days?

Best regards

Graham

You can insert swf and flv videos in Muse, but these formats are not supported by mobile devices. The easiest way is (not necessarily best) uses a video on youtube: https://helpx.adobe.com/muse/using/embedding-videos-html-content.html

In this post, you can see how to embed videos using HTML5 tags (a solution more profesional than youtube) Muse: Re: integration of video in Muse

Finally, you can search for widgets to insert videos in Muse: Adobe Muse Widget Directory

  • Incorporation of video using video JS

    Hello

    I am very new to the design of web sites and enjoying the graphic nature of Muse.

    I hope someone could help with this simple question.

    I'm editing my personal site current and embedding video using the video player HTML JS.

    I copied the HTML head and inserted the HTML code in the body of the page.

    Currently the site and videos are on my local drive, so I use the add files for download command to use videos from Muse.

    Here's the question (s), when I saw in the Muse (using Preview), I can't play the video.  I just get an error stating that "the video could not be loaded, either because the network to the server failed because the format is not supported."  No problem, so I saw in a web browser (feature has been the same in all my browsers).  When I do this, the video plays as expected.  The problem here and preview is that I never get a picture of the poster.  I think I've named everything correctly.  I'm puzzled as to why the web preview is the video, but not the image of the poster.

    Here is the code I have in the body of the page:

    < video id = "MY_VIDEO_1" class = "video-js VJ-skin by default" - speed control

    preload = "auto" width = "960" height = "540" poster = "assets/PCSK9_Video_Still.jpg. »

    data-setup = "{}" >

    < src = "assets/3D_Reel_Update_2015_1.mp4 source' type =" video/mp4">"

    < src = "source MY_VIDEO.webm" type = "video/webm" > "

    " < class p 'vjs-No.-js' = > to view this video please enable JavaScript and upgrade to a web browser that < a href =" http://VideoJS.com/HTML5-video-support/ "target ="_blank"> supports HTML5 video < /a > < /p > "

    < / video >

    I added assets / in front of my items that nothing has been downloaded on my server.

    Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

    Thank you

    Mike

  • incorporation of video imports into separate folders

    Hello

    I have my mp4, webm and ogv videos, but when I import into my document it products are imported as separate files instead of a single folder with all three formats in their

    no idea why?

    Emily

    'Files' do you mean symbols? You have files named exactly the same? The only different thing should be the file extension. For example, you need to ensure that your video files are named as follows:
    "Video01.mp4" "Video01.ogv".
    "Video02.mp4" "Video02.ogv".

    NOT

    "Video01mp4.mp4" "Video01ogv.ogv".
    "Video02mp4.mp4" "Video02ogv.ogv".

    It was a mistake I made early on.

  • What should I do to avoid 'flash loading' then the incorporation of video to PDF?

    I can integrate video h.264 to PDF via acrobat pro or inDesign.

    However, there is always a moment of waiting, flashes color background Acrobat

    until the film is finally loaded and played back.

    I have seen tutorials where this does not occur,

    but no predictable difference in what I do.

    Any ideas how to avoid this behavior that occurs however I embed the video.

    Second problem: when I play the video of mebedded in the size of the presentation

    so, he gets stuck in the slide. You have to hit the arrow button several times

    until at some point happening in fact to a random slide below the presentation.

    My computer is very powerful and I use the most recent CC InDesign and Acrobat XI.

    I have read all the help and I do what Adobe said I should do.

    Is it possible that Adobe cannot just treat the video to PDF on a professional level?

    Tips on how to make this look right is appreciated!

    The best

    Stefan

    Whenever a Rich Media Annotation is manipulated, Acrobat/Reader should load the Flash Player extension, unpack the data video/SWF and drop overall. As a 32-bit application that involves a lot of much processor juggling resources is not uncommon to wait one or two seconds. There is a similar pause when the extension is disabled. It depends on what size are the assets, if he executes several at the same time, etc., but there is no way to avoid it.

  • Incorporation of video on the page

    A spent the last hour or so looking to see if I could find an answer to my task, but could not.   Don't shoot me, but I use Dreamweaver 6.0.

    I inserted it in Flash (FLV) format via the Insert > media > Flash, but I don't see is a white screen when I preview the page and when I download the page and the files from my server.

    I am naïve when it comes to these video formats.  May I use a version of DW that is too old for this sort of thing?

    Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

  • Buttons of rupture during the incorporation of video clips (CS4). What the?

    It KILLS me. Its the most trivial problem ever, but I can't for the life of understand me WHY its happening.

    First image with the button named "play_btn":

    Stop();

    play_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, countryside);
    function playGame(evt:MouseEvent):void {}
    gotoAndPlay (2);
    }

    The second image with the button named "ball_btn" (this button has the embedded movieclip):

    Stop();

    ball_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, selBall);
    function selBall(evt:MouseEvent):void {}
    trace ("Ball!");
    }

    Basically in a game that I do, I have a bunch of buttons and movieclips with integrated to create effects of brightness. They are all worked well, until I created a main menu with buttons on a new framework. Then it gives me this error:

    TypeError: Error #1009: cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
    at buttonGimp_fla::MainTimeline/frame2()
    at flash.display::MovieClip/gotoAndPlay()
    at buttonGimp_fla::MainTimeline/playGame()

    I tried to recreate from scratch and all buttons. What really bothers me is that this is a bug when the buttons are on the second image and only with a movieclip integrated with alpha. What is an obscure problem!

    You can download a .fla here with everything away except scrapped for the absoulte basics (50 KB):

    http://drop.IO/b031ndu

    If you delete the first image, you will find the button started working!

    You should be able to host your own new versions the .fla here by clicking on 'Add '.

    WHAT THE GUYS FROM HELL? What I am doing wrong?

    It's really weird. I do not know if this desired behavior flash but apparently the movieclip 'buttonShine' inside 'ball_btn' causes the error. Remove or separate with CTRL + B to convert it to a vector shape in plan. The error will disappear.

    Look what I found: http://blog.anselmbradford.com/2009/09/10/this-isn' hrowing-null-object-reference-error-in-flash-cs4/ t-right-movieclip-nested-inside-button-t that's exactly the problem you are experiencing. This is a bug. It only works on frame 1.

  • Add video - visible for all devices

    Hello

    I read a lot but am completely confused. And then I want to be on board with best practices. A few notes:

    • I'm on MU CC2014.3 and cannot go higher, until I update my OS. I hope that you will at the beginning of the year.

    • I need 2 videos of a customer downloaded as soon as possible, but NOT as a browser, more than one size of default standard youtube fill.

    There is no such thing as the first video on youtube, I have both MOV and MP4. The host is GoDaddy for I can download here and a link to this link rather than on youtube?

    • The second video is on youtube, I don't have it up to what I download.

    Two videos must be visible on all mobile devices as well as desktop... Please let me know how to do this according to best practices.

    After trying a few videos, this reference seems to work best:

  • My .flv embedded video is blurred in WebHelp

    I have included a video (.flv) in a webhelp project and while playing online, the video is not as strong as the original. It doesn't matter if I play the webhelp online or local.  I see not all controls to set the video quality.  If I play the video in VLC, I can do full screen and the video is razor sharp.

    Ideas?

    Stretching is not so much about the aspect ratio, but more about what makes the video appear larger than the original size. In this case, the system tries to fill the gaps, in creating a blurred video.

    Before RH2015, incorporating a video works best if you set the HTML code. This way, you will have less surprises. I did not at all FLV so I'm afraid I can't test it myself.

  • storage / integration of video

    Hello

    I have a general question regarding the incorporation of videos. I am a creative Member Cloud and use Adobe DPS unique Edition, can be that I turn to Professional Edition in a few weeks in order to be able to create multi-questions rather than only a single question apps applications. So far, I always videos into my folios because only then you can watch videos anywhere also without access to the internet and you don't have to deal with annoying streaming interruptions and waiting time. I have short videos, let's use an example of 400 MB of video content integrated with folio. If I do an app of several question with 10 sheets per year, this means that the reader will have 4 GB of video content on his iPad to reading my magazine app. Is this correct?

    Or y at - it another way to do this? Are videos of old folios may be stored on the server, Adobe or Apple or something?

    Thanks in advance for your answer.

    In a scenario of muli-folio, the video would be downloaded only when the user downloads a folio. The user does not need to download all of the folios at the same time, they can choose. For example, if you have 10 sheets with a 400 MB video in each, the user would have the 400 MB video uploaded only when actually the folio downloading. The user can remove the folio once it is seen and then download another to manage the space.

    Video are either incorporate or streamed. You can stream YouTube, Vimeo, your own website, etc.

  • Video integration problem

    Hello

    I'm having a problem during the incorporation of video. I copied and pasted the embed code of the site in indesign and once it has loaded I get a message that flash player is required to play the content.

    I decided to test the page in any case in the viewer of content (both for mac and iPad) and when I typed on the warning message, playback of the video.

    I don't want to confuse users with an error message when the video work, any ideas how can I fix?

    Don't worry about the error message in InDesign. Set the Auto Play overlay and add a picture of the poster on the overlay, and it works perfectly in the DPS viewers.
