• Problems of layout with Chrome

  Margin CSS-left: 10%; is ignored by Google Chrome any ideas please, people?

  My code and CSS have been correctly W3C valid and everyworks in all other browsers, but Chrome ignores the left margin settings.

  As an experiment, I've disabled maintable.css.

  I added this to grid-links - dream.css.

  .gridContainer div {padding: 0 2%;} Clear: both ;}

  You may need to change a number of things, but I see no reason to keep the styles redundant and contradictory in maintable.css when you do not really need.

• Incorrect layouts after download on Adobe BC/Web server

  Hi all, I'm pretty new to Muse CC and not too technical in this field, but I think I have a problem since update to the Muse 2015.1.1.21

  Nothing has changed on my current project (which is far from being finished so please, be nice). After the application was updated last night, I decided to add the FB link in the header area and pin it to the left of the header. When I saw the site/page in my browser (using Safari 9.0.3), all functions / responds to various devices exactly as it should:

  

  However, when I download this to a web service (my own server and Adobe BC) I find that the frame is broken (see below).

  

  With the exception of the FB link, nothing has changed and even remove it seems to have no effect on the resolution of the problem. I'm sure it has something to do with the recent update App but maybe someone else can shed some light or comment with similar experience?

  UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED

  I talked to Adobe support on this issue and they are working with a problem known at the present time. If anyone is suffering with this, go to:

  FILE > SITE PROPERTIES > ADVANCED > DISABLE I.B.E (in the edition of browser).

  Re-download your page/site and everything should go once more.

• Reading bar colors is not specific to the browser Chrome

  I did not experience with previous versions, but now with the colors in the PlayBar, Captivate 9 displayed incorrectly in the Chrome browser. I checked with IE and the colors display properly in this browser.

  Everyone knows about this or is it just me?

  In my view, that there is a problem experienced with the recent version/s of the Chrome browser.  Adobe has not released so far here a solution I know.

  I get the following error message on a site I'm building:

  "Some files on the server may be missing or incorrect. Empty the cache of the browser, and then try again. If the problem persists please contact author Web site. »

  This error only appears in Chrome. It does not appear in firefox or IE. Once I click 'ok' to clear the error the site load correctly.

  The site in question is www.auravana.com. The error appears on the home page as well as on other pages.

  I removed the document created by Sanjit_Da on the subject ("some files on the server may be missing or incorrect" Warning Message ), which was created in January of 2015. I was not able to determine the cause of the error by using the document. I also searched the forum for an answer, and although other people have had similar problems, none of their answers have helped me solve this problem.

  I do not use BusinessCatalyst. In Muse, export the Internet site 'in HTML format. I then all zip files and upload them to the server. Miss me not all the files and I'm not running in all conflicts. I have reviewed the homepage in the console of Chrome to see if there are errors, and there are no errors.

  I don't know what else to do. Any help is really appreciated.

  Yes that's right, the widgets must be updated by their developers as soon as the new update of Muse free.

  So please try to contact your widget developer and ask them to update widgets fo Internet Explorer.

• Google on Firefox gets my incorrect location (Chrome and Edge are fine)

  Since the upgrade to Windows 10, I had some localization issues when using Firefox. When I search something in Google, I get only US results (we are located in the Canada). However, Chrome and Edge both show good Canadian results. I checked the location of my IP address and it shows Toronto (as it always has).

  It's only a problem since upgrade to Windows 10. When I was installing Windows 10, I know that I turned off location services because I don't trust Microsoft with any personal information. However, thinking that this might be the cause of my problems, I finally gave in and activated the service return. However, it has not fixed the problem.

  I tried to change the settings for Google Privacy policy by clicking on the padlock and setting the access location to 'allow' but which does not have something or the other.

  I am at a loss. Firefox has been my main browser for more than a decade, but it's a deal breaker. I am currently working on a SEO project and I need my search results as specific location.

  Many Canadian and British users report that Google redirects is more research that Firefox sends to google.com on the local country site. Is that what happens to you, you get results on google.com , instead of google.ca?

  I have yet to see no explanation for the change, or any miracle. What I suggest is to install a google.ca- specific search plugin and do as your default.

• Chrome browsers windows incorrectly reported to be opened

  When I try to uninstall a program, it starts but the finishes due the following message "all browsers Chrome should be closed in order to complete the uninstalltion. Please close all windows of the Chrome browser. But no aoe open. ???

  Checked in Task Manager (right click on the taskbar, select "Start Task Manager") that chrome.exe does not appear as a process still open?

  My page appears perfect (three lines in three columns) on my desk and a cell phone and Dreamweaver all previews: HERE

  But on my laptop, the layout looks like this (no matter the magnification of screen.)  No matter what < div > copy and paste, it pushes everything out of this second line first column.

• Why my sensitive layouts change incorrectly?

  

  I'm trying to create a sensitive site. Screenshot on the left shows the layout for 600 breakpoint. Except for the two main bands of color have been marked as stretch to the width of the browser and all elements were pinned as centre and marked 'no '.

  Before moving to 960 point break, the elements have been re-arranged pin and registered under the previous name. But on his return to the point of breaking 600 items were as shown on the right.

  After investigating your .muse file, I found that you've designed your introduction to phone on the page master of itself, but your site isn't a unique layout, you should design the presentation of the phone in the menu instead of master pages, please try it and let me know if it works for you.

• Differences in layout among browsers - Firefox, Chrome and IE9

  Greetings.

  I have a site of old-school aged over ten years, have been updated for the last year and get ready to download. I don't know CSS or any other contemporary code, but can find my HTML OK way, especially on the Dreamweaver interface. I don't know how to go into the code, when I need to.

  Unfortunately, before I knew that Firefox and Chrome have more users than Solution Explorer, I renewed its site while Preview in Explorer. Now that I'm almost done, I presented a preview in Firefox and Chrome. Not too bad, but the buttons on the right side moving their positions slightly when moving from page to page (mainly the horizontal displacement). I've already been struggling so they align perfectly in Explorer. In some cases, even the outer table, edges move a little. The first three pages of the site to the top line just all three browsers, oddly enough. So I know I need to understand what I have done in the first three pages I did differently in the following pages.

  Any suggestions on which is better looking without seeing my real site? I had pretty decent before you download it, if possible, but if you can not help without seeing it, I'll upload it and liaise.

  In DW, go to modify > Page Properties (Ctrl + J)

  Click on title/encoding > of Type of Document (DTD) > select a type of document that corresponds to your coding skills.  I recommend 4.1 HTML Transitional.  Click OK.

  Save the page and preview in all browsers.  Repeat with the other pages of the site.

• Related topics incorrectly button showing links to the topics of other layouts

  I use RoboHelp HTML 8.0.2.208.  I produce several WebHelp Layouts of single Source of a RoboHelp project.  Each presentation has a subset of the files in the project.  For example, in A page layout, I've linked headings 1, 2 and 3.  Implementation B, I only have 1 and 3 related topics.  In all subjects, I inserted the same related subjects button that offers the links to all the topics of the three.  Previously, in other versions of HR, no matter what are the subjects were associated with a touch of related topics, links to only topics that appeared were those that existed in the particular arrangement you were viewing.  So, if I look a 1 subject in the Layout B, it showed links in topics related to items 1 and 3 button.  However, I noticed recently that all the links are appearing, even those subjects who were not in the page layout.  So, if you click on a link, it gives you an error not found page.  Is it maybe a bug?   Or if the functionality has changed and I have taillor each button related topics individually for each topic so no subjects outside his disposal appear?

  I don't know something has changed and then a simple test, I've just set up, everything seems to work as expected, only the headings of the build are presented.

  Have you checked your tags to build and expression?

  A search also finds the headings "excluded"?

However, when I check my website on my computer after that I have downloaded, format, it's not how it is supposed to be. There is a left and right sidebar. I have no idea how to solve this problem. • Some, but not all web sites display incorrectly. I played with NoSquint and layout.css.devPixelsPerPx. for 45 minutes without reasonable result.

  Windows 7.
  There are open spaces on some websites and not others.

  In addition, last several months after a Web site is displayed correctly (scaling, images, text), the text became and remained unclear.

  I probably won't be able to fix it myself. \

  OK, this is not a direct result of different scaling of defaults in firefox 22...

  can you try to clear the cache and cookies from flickr and reload the page or otherwise see if she does not work correctly when you start firefox in safe mode, once?
