  So, I suggest that you create a no fill/no frames of race on the images and then convert them to a button. Set the action, like going to the URL and add the URL like that.

• InDesign CC 2015 crahes while refreshing linked graphics

  I'll work on a file ID and select a graphic in the links palette to edit in Acrobat, PS or HAVE. After completing the changes and saving the file ID tries to update the chart and accidents. I again select launch ID, send error report, and then proceed to update the link manually. I don't lose any data, but it is incredibly frustrating, because this was never a problem in the past. This happened since I installed the latest CC (about 2 weeks).

  I'm testing my new found skills epub in InDesign CC2015. I'm working on a simple project which was originally for printing (pdf) and decided to make an epub version. I created an external css file where I included the left and right borders for aesthetics. These borders are growing and contracts vertically, depending on the amount of content exists on the page.

  The problem I've come across is if I have a picture as the last asset on the page, the image appears slightly higher than the lower part of the border (see screen shot on the left). It seems that it is a pixel or two higher. The pixelated graphic is anchored to an empty paragraph with a single non-breaking space character. The text block has no indentations, no space before / after values and auto leading together. Object styles have been created for the frame and a paragraph and graphic style has been made to the text. This happens for any image I load in the page and place it at the bottom.

  In the another screenshot, I have a block of text as the last element, and I get a perfect drop-in appearance at the bottom (turned to the right of the screen).

  I cracked open the epub and seen in Chrome html pages. I launched the F12 tools to see the HTML and css code and margin all values are reset to zero. I can't understand why this only happens for images and no text blocks. Anyone has an idea why this happens?

  

  I recently found the answer to my own question. I indicated that I was with a CSS file external to add some additional styles, mainly for vertical borders. After, I cracked open the ePUB, I opened the page html in Chrome and dug down to find the via F12 tools.  I pointed out the tag and took a glance at the corresponding CSS. There is no margin value so I added a img {margin-bottom:-3px ;} entry and it's the bottom of the image, run ras from the bottom of the border.} Then I went back to my file CSS external to the ePUB and added values. When you export to Adobe Digital Editions, I got the same desired results. The other images in the document may not be visually compromised this either so I think that's a wrap.

  Hello. I received an InDesign document an organization where they placed a header at the top of the page image. I can't select all. There is nothing on master pages. Unlock all on spread is grayed out.  There are no other layers in the document. How can I select and change the graphics?

• Client Windows untie or re-edit the link

  We had a working test environment up and my Windows client was connected to it.  We have removed the test environment and installed a new production environment.  Since the test going to have now disappeared I could not disassociate from him put a link to the new environment.  I uninstalled the client and related to the new environment without problem.  Then we had some problems with the new environment and made the decision to scrap it and start over.  Everything works fine except that I can't connect to the new prod with my Windows client environment.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the client and I continue to receive the error message that the service is unavailable, even if it is available and running with the same name as it was previously.  My questions:

  1. is it possible to break the link of an orphan WILL and one link to another without having to reinstall the client?

  2. How can I connect to one IS rebuilt with the same name?  I guess that there is a unique identifier that must be eliminated to allow me be reprinted - but it does not seem to have removed with an uninstall of the customer.

  I searched but didn't find anything on these issues.  Thank you.

  Check the HoriznWorkspace.log it seems that this could be a problem in the Internet Explorer browser, which opens in HWS to make registration.

• Editing the links of profile content (front-end)

  I read the guides (the User Guide for the content server and content management (profile links chapter)). He said that if I were to create profile/rules in the back-end for a particular type of content to be "archived", UCM will automatically create a "drop-down menu" for research and Check-in in the bar of the main menu in the front end of the Complutense University of MADRID.   Yes you can do this with a script idoc

  Here is an example to hide the link to users with role "yourRole.

  1. go in Configuration Manager applet in Admin Applets
  2. go into the Profiles tab and choose the profile you want to work, and then click edit
  3. check the box to enable "restrict the personalization links.
  4. place the following code on the script for check-in or research, according to which you want to change:

• Dynamic display of the link Image URL

  I have a requirement of typical report for which I have google, but did not get the right solution.
  
  The report contains two columns, OrderId (Integer data type) and CustomerName.

  It takes whenever the user clicks on OrderId it must display its corresponding invoice image.
  
  The URL is

  OrderID should change dynamically in the URL and display the corresponding Image of the invoice for OrderID.

  Since you want to display the order ID and have a hyperlink on it, you can use the following as the formula for the order ID column.

  '': order.order_ID: ''

  Replace the order. Order_ID with your table and column name. The "_blank" is for the hyperlink open in a new page. Also note that in the line above, the two single quotes in the end (' ') should be replaced by a single quote, the less sign, oblique, the alphabet and the plus sign and an apostrophe. The last part does not appear in the forum.

  With the desired required precision, replace tank (5).

• library to re-edit the link does not

  Hi, I opened a project this morning and he asked me to re link my images that are in my CC library, nothing had moved or changed since yesterday when I worked on this topic but anyway. Now when I try to create a link to the image with the library, he says that "dosent it files exist, you do not have permission or the file is used.

  Its not used, I checked in photoshop and illustrator and my library works fine but I can use them in Indesign.

• Best way to recreate a link to articles when re-edit the link is grayed?

  I am responsible for updating a folio created by another agency and hosted by the customer. All I have to do is re-edit my InDesign files updated the current articles, given that the changes are small, but the statutes of the folio the customer gave me access to (shared with me) are grayed out. It seems that I have access to other changes, but not republished. Is this a problem of permission on the client side, or am I missing something obvious?  I don't know the best/better way to proceed. We do not use an xml file. Thank you.

  You can only do if you own. You can copy the folio so you admit it and then recreate a link to everything.

• Good way to update the linked Images Clone

  Hi guys, what is the best way to update a linked Clone image without having a ton of shots on the main template?

  To update, I know I have to do the following (not including the tasks of cleaning and others):

  1. Power on template, apply the changes (patches, app updates, etc.)
  2. Turn off - take new snapshot
  3. Tap the pool of offices on the new snapshot
  4. Recompose existing workstations using the new snapshot.

  I finally can clean snapshots or it will be just an infinite number of snapshots from 1 day up to this image gets his retirement? I made the mistake to delete the snapshot, that test workstations before redial already used to the new snapshot

  Exactly, I delete the older snapshots that I'm, and I feel comfortable.  I got more than 4 Active snapshots before.

• How to get rid of border around the linked image in IE?

  Still developing my page and I wanted to see what it looks like ona a few different computers.  I've linked the images as part of my bar side/nav bar.  In Firefox on my machine

  the images are as I want them to be... sitting in the border sidebar with no individual border around them.  If I watch on another computer with Firefox

  If I look in IE, each image has its own black border around the image (which I assume is because I put them in place in the form of links).  How can I change the
