InDesign crashing on save as file size of 4 GB. Error loading 6, HELP!
I work with some of the big files in InDesign. Today, about 5 or 6 times, when my INDD file spent 4.25 GB it would break. I would say it was a loading error 6 or something like that. Several reports have been sent. Once it crashes, it becomes impossible to open again. I've been shooting a lot of copies, but I'm still crashing... Is there a capacity of size of files known to CO-OPERATE? I'm reaching and passing it? Is this why it crashes?
Linking to placed images requires more work and certainly discipline, although she is certainly pay seriously in terms of potentially dramatically low. Files INDD and flexibility with regard to the modification of the content placed.
Tell your client that their approach is really impossible for the scale of the project and that Adobe recommends linking instead to incorporate placed images.

I could open your Explorer of files and go to C:\Users\Vanbee (or any folder of your user name), then right click on the folder on the desktop it there and go to properties. On the Security tab, make sure that you have a full control on the folder.

How the hell have managed to turn a great piece of software Adobe (Macromedia Dreamweaver) in a piece of absolute garbage, it's horrible and riddled errors javascript, I can't even save a file due to error in javascript, so what's the point of this unwanted software and how Adobe in good conscience keep it on the market? I mean who in their right mind, he would buy.
I don't have JavaScript errors.

Palm Vx - pocket computer crashed, please save my files
I have an old friend, a Palm Vx, which has served me well since 1999. I accidentally let the battery and now it won't Sync., well it sync normally, but no data are transferred - just quickly going through the routine - the handheld is empty, but alive and displays the Sync routine. I did a hard reset, uninstalled and installed the program on my laptop, check user names and replaced the .dat files that I keep manually as backups in a separate folder in Windows Explorer. I have personal data registered as births, death, travel, etc., in these files that I have to put it in a form; However, I can't do nothing to copy, export, open or read, including the .dat, .bak, .dba, .aba or .mpa file. Can someone help me move or convert the files listed below in another format/software that will open showing all my valuable recordings? Keep the Palm format is not important for me, I just need complete and readable information in any software: Excel, Word, Notepad, Internet Explorer, Adobe Reader, WordPerfect, Snagit editor or other software/converter that will give me my previous records. The files needed are:
Address.dat
datebook.dat
Memopad.dat
Notepad.dat
These documents contain, respectively, 384, 1 236, 78 and 2 KB of data. Palm tree on my laptop works perfectly, I just need to get the information in an another safe place to serve as a reference.

Thank you.With Palm desktop closed, copy the .dat files in the respective folders in your user name on the PC. Paste the address.dat in the address file. If you see another file with the same name, overwrite it because your Palm desktop has no data.
Open Palm desktop and see if the data is there. If this does not work, try and use the import feature to try and import the .aba, .dba, .mpa file into the respective applications in the WFP office. Open Palm desktop, select address or contacts, select file - import and select the .aba file to import. ABA says AddressBookArchive.
Once you get back data in Palm desktop, I suggest to use the export function to save your data. It seems you have files to archive, but they are not current. Here is a procedure to back up your data recovery disaster.
The best way to protect your data is to export the data in each category of Palm Desktop in a separate folder on your PC.
Create a new folder on your PC somewhere that suits. Name it something like Palm Desktop data. Click on the link below and follow the instructions on this page for the export procedure.

Make sure you only select everything for the beach in the export window.
With the data stored in the created folder, make a copy of this file and save it on a USB key, cd - rw or external hard drive.

With this process you can always import the data in Palm Desktop, whenever you have a problem with the data in Palm Desktop, or if your computer/hard drive/device crash.

Can someone give me a solution for this. I'm frustrated by the latter.If anyone is interested, I finally solved this oner myself. The outage was caused by the security systems of windows itself and determination of corrupting the file to install. I solved it by removing all traces security essentials and any other security service on the PC, including the previous version of Fix - It. Having done via control panel uninstall and the register looking to be sure, I was able to install the software.
This problem occurred on my PC did the same on both, both works now properly so the utility works fine in the background where other systems use resources.

I don't think that Helvetica or Futura was already included with all Microsoft products, but I could be wrong. Appear in the list of fonts in Word? If they do, they are installed, and you should be able to use them in the code. It might be a problem of different versions, and if this is the case, you can replace the current version for those using Type > find font...

As the user before, I am moving back to the CC 2014 (after installing CC 2015) - I have serious problems with break for Indesign - very unstable and my file sizes are HUGE for some reason any. 1. What is the file extension of the project files you are trying to load?
2. when the file is saved?
3 does happen with all files or only some specific files?
Please check if you are able to open these files on another computer or not.
Also create a new test file and see if that opens.

Hi - I'm populating a lightbox to my site and after adding a few images it will not save the file. I get no error message, it just won't save. If I try to quit smoking Muse he asks me if I want the file saved, and them that it will not save it... so I have to force quit to start over again. Please notify.
ENRamseyMiles . so far, you're the third person to the report of this meeting. For the other two, it happened quite evenly, then suddenly stopped. The other two cases do not seem to have something unusual in common (in terms of system environment or the .muse himself file.) It would help if you could send us the file MuseLog.txt of the 'Documents' folder to [email protected] along with a link to this topic of forum for the context.

What version of Muse (from the Adobe Muse dialog)?
In other cases, when this happened it was specific to a single file. If another file or a new site has been opened, the new site/file may be saved with success only the original continued to be possibly-able. Is this true in your case?
Until we can isolate and resolve what is the cause, you'll want to check out the "last modified" date on your .muse file before the Save and confirm change when recording. If the backup does not work, then the date of "last modified".muse file does not update.

InDesign crashes when I open a specific file
I have the feeling that the file is corrupted or something. But how can I recover or repair? I'm on a Mac, 10.8.5 and using Indesign 5.5.
I tried to make an alias or name something else - does not work. I'm not able to export it to an IDML because it crashes before I can do it. What can / should I do? Of course, this is a large document and I'm supposed to download to the printer tomorrow. I was making the last corrections when this happened... arg!
PS. .others files open very well and I am able to work with those.

I could not run the script. I ended up back on my backup HD and was able to open the file from the previous day. I was able to save this file as something different and just because a few hours of work to catch up. Thanks for your help.

InDesign crashes when I click on the file tab
InDesign crashes when I click on the file tab. I can open and save files by using shortcuts, but it is not possible to create a PDF or a package. So, I have to use the file tab. And then, InDesign stops, I need to force it to stop. I've already deleted InDesign from my computer and reinstalled, but I had the same problem. Can someone help me?

Photoshop 2014 (Win7) crashes when you save large files

A new user in our design Department has problems with its Photoshop 2014 frequently crashing when saving large files.
It runs on a new brand PC (Windows 7 x 86), which has all the latest drivers for hardware and Windows updates. CC Adobe indicates that no update is available for Photoshop.
After installation of the product, I'm not particularly familiar with Photoshop, so apologies if it is a common/known issue that I'm not aware of.
I don't think it's a hardware problem as only Photoshop is having these issues (the user is also AutoCAD 2014, which works perfectly). However, I ran Memtest 86 + all night, who reported no errors.
Here is a typical crash report and also a copy/paste info from System. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful.

No offense, but for any PS works by today's standards, what you have here is simply not enough. The registration process fails probably simply run out of memory during the generation of the preview or other operation. Unless you add more RAM and get the 64 bit, your problems probably will not disappear, and I would like to same thing working with ACAD on such a system is not particularly nice, considering the amount of RAM it uses to load its libraries and a few other things...

Photoshop CC 2014 crashes when you open or save PNG files
I'm having a problem where open or save PNG files causes my copy of Photoshop CC 2014 crashing.
I've updated to the latest version, restarted my computer and don't have any plug-ins installed. I also re-installed the application program cloud creative, although I have not tried a sequence complete uninstall/reinstall.
I'm running an x 64 version of Windows and we tried the 64 and 32 bit versions of Photoshop - or work.
Other file formats do not seem to cause any problem - the problem is specific to the PNG files (Adobe Photoshop does support on any PNG as LibPNG library? Maybe an older version was installed by a different application?)
This question seems to have taken place in the past on the Adobe forums, but there is no clear resolution.
Part of information is missing, but your CC 14.1.2 DO CC race not 2014, and14.1.2 must be updated to 14.2.1. Also, I don't see the date of you video drivers. Looks like my CC 2014 and my 14.2.1
