• Incoming calls of blackBerry Smartphones do not always correspond to the entries in address book

  Well, not quite. Nothing is blocked or has expired, it's just sometimes it would show all attributes, name and number, and sometimes - just the number. I don't know what it was, but I wiped it, clean and just restored, that the address book with no parameters and it seems to work fine now... (touch wood!) Thanks for the input so!

  I am a new user of Pearl. When I answer calls, they seem initially as a speakerphone calls, and then after a second or two regular calls. It's annoying, and the appellants are complaining about echo and the bad quality call. Pushed in manual and options, but see nothing to reset. Clues?

  1. make sure that the device is on, not connected to anything.

  Then remove the battery. Its very important you don't turn it off before you do.

  This looks like a hardware problem and therefore, you cannot fix it yourself.  I suggest you pay the good folks at AT & T a visit.  Ask them if you can try your SIM card in another phone.  If the quality is better, ask your phone under warranty for one year from the RIM.  It's just a problem with your phone, because this isn't a problem widely reported with the 9800.

  Wonder if there is a way to organize all of the incoming message; SMS, e-mail, etc.?

  I noticed that all of the entrants is store in the message item, is there a way to move to another folder or create each type of message to new folder in the memory card?

  Sure you can! Follow the procedure that will give you a folder separated for your SMS messages and e-mail - below

  Go to Messages -> Options -> General Options -> SMS and email inboxes: separated

  By design in BlackBerry all e-mail messages will come in a folder of Messages as well as separate file created with differentmail IDs. Reading of mails in the personal file will make the same email as read in mail. Check for emails in memory card is not possible. But with fastener OS 4.5 and BIS 2.5 download memory card will be possible some time later.

  On call logs, you can change the setting so that it does not appear in your messages folder. Go to the call log -> Options -> Call Logging -> select None

  Have you tried to resolve your profiles? The icon is on the desktop of Blackberry Handheld. You can go to the icon and ADVANCED to edit your profiles or create a new profile.

• Texts & journal of phone calls of blackBerry Smartphones are missing.

  When I make a call or send a text message as it appears on the appropriate paper, but at the time where as the backlight goes out on the screen, they are gone.  Not where to find them.  No text at all.  No information contained in the call doesn't connect at all.  I don't know if it's the phone or if it is my service.  Never had a problem with the service before I switch to this phone then I think it's the phone.  Out of options and any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

  It looks like in your very low on memory of the device. Check your memory available via options, State. Write down this number. Now remove the battery to reboot your BB leaving about 30 to 45 seconds. When it's done restart check your available memory once more. You should gain a little space. Also in the sticky section on how to optimize the memory of your device. A lot of good things on this forum for help with exactly this situation.

  One thing really miss me about this 8310 is when I miss a call, sms, mms or whatever it is the only thing that happens is the Red blinking light. In my industry (construction) that the light is useless, so I keep having to remove the phone to see if I have anything missded. I don't have sound when I receive a call or a text message but my workplace is noisey to hear it sometimes, so a reminder every min or so would be useful. My razor has this and I grew up on this subject.
