  • Space between menu and object that is not supposed to be there

I have a menu on my master page. All on other pages is aligned against this menu at the top. All of a sudden, I have a space between the objects and my menu on my pages. It is located on every page. I have not changed anything, I worked only on my meta-tags... Everything seems fine in design mode, but in the preview and the downloaded site I get this space... • How to insert a drop-down menu item via HTML without moving any other existing content?

    Hello

I inserted an Electrolux (Bullseye Locators) reseller on my business through HTML Web site. When you preview in a browser and try to use the Locator, the results appear, but because it is a drop down with the results, he pushes in fact all content below down and I get a white space between the Locator & content. I tried to separate with the Locator on another layer, but it doesn't seem to help. Anyone had this happen before? If so how to solve the problem? -Thank you

Draw the HTML in Design view of Muse large enough to fit the entire height expanded area of the Locator.

  • Space not inserting any space between characters

I don't remember ever having this problem before.

The SPACEBAR is nolonger a space between characters.

I tried to move my iMac to my Wired Apple Keyboard wireless keyboard; replace preference files; booted from several other partitions (which share the same Photoshop app); checked the palette of characters for kerning and tracking; and I tried different fonts.

It can be I have to trash preference files and reset them completely... but I sure hope not.

I tried two backup preference files (but maybe this problem, which has spent more time than I thought, and two backups are corrupted).

Any advice before I trash my preferences?

  • newbie question. How to insert equal spaces between clips?

    Hi forum,

I've not used After Effects for about 10 years and now I'm back with baby steps so be patient and gentle if I don't get quickly.

I created a simple composition with a bunch of clips one after the other. They're all on different layers which I think is how it is supposed to be. I want to put a space of equal time between each clip and I want to make a transition between images and adjacent clips on this space.

I've spaced the clips by dragging and gaps between them trying to be equal to the eye, but would like to know if there is a distribution function that makes it easier and better.

You can adjust the overlap with layers in the sequence to a negative number or a positive number. I keep my calendar set to executives. Just follow this movie and you'll see how your layers in sequence. BTW, length of layer is not serious, but they must be arranged so that they start to the first frame of the timeline for the overlap be precise.

  • Numbered lists... Need a line gap between list items

Hello. Here's my problem. I use 7 HR. When I use the numbered list feature, there are no blank lines between list items. I think that to look sloppy. I can simulate it by pressing SHIFT ENTER after each line item. Who gives a fine appearance and translated very well to help on the Web, but when I generate my file Word of him, it ends up being an extra line between line items. I guess it's because Word uses its numbered list function, which is to skip lines. He added also that < BR > HR.

.... I guess I just a need to know how to use HR to generate lists the way I want it, or I need to know how to configure word do not skip lines between list items, so that way it will be just skip a line due to this < BR > in the HTML code.

I have a feeling that it's simple, but I'm lost.

    Thank you

When you change the style of lists, you change the OL and UL tags. So in theory, what you do with this style applies to the list as a whole, and not to list items.

Colum spoke on the creation of a new "other" style (or maybe a paragraph style, but the list items aren't paragraphs, if HR tags like that). Then, while remaining in the Styles dialog box, you would go to Format > bullets and numbers, then select the numbering you want. Format > paragraph, insert a value into the box after to get your space between list items.

Then apply this new style to your list items.

Select the Menu container. Open the control panel of the spacing. The horizontal gutter value 0.

You can always add padding for menu items to create extra space.
