  Which parameter in the character Panel are you talking about?

  Settings such as font size, vertical offset can be increased or decreased with the top and arrow down, but you must first click on the parameter and then use up and down arrow.

  How/where can I insert code (which I have), so this extra tab is outside the bounds of this table? Or y at - it a way to define the tab off the table in this table?

  I'm quite comfortable w/CSS, but setting-up/organize the tables/rows/cells in HTML is more difficult.

  Just so that you know, resolution has nothing to do with it.  Browser window width is the variable of the device.  A given page will look the same on ANY resolution until the width of the browser window is kept constant.

  I have InDesign CS4 documents with lists numbered in various places in the documents. I was numbering them manually because I can't find a way to insert a tab character before an AutoNumber. The bullets and the dialog box numbering doesn't let me insert a tab at the beginning of the number of auto - gives an error message. The reason for the tab before the number is that the numbers will line up at the moment where there are 10 or more items in the list.

  You don't need to insert tabs, put you everything in the section 'Bullet and Position of the number' balls - and - Numbering tab. These work values for 10 points lackey:

  Alignment: right
  Withdrawal left: 6 pt
  First line indent 6 pt
  Tab position: 18 pt

  I should find each space which is the last character of a string in a particular character style. For example, in the "123 456 789" passage (the underlined part here indicating a passage located in a specific character style), my ideal GREP search would produce a match after the number 6.

  How to do this?

  Define your character style in the Format Panel find, use this GREP: \s$

  $ is the match end-of-string location, and when you search for text in a style character style, the end of what this style is applied to is considered the end of the string.
