Insertion or not based on the date range

This has been driving me crazy and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the following data
A_ID    R_ID    START_DATE  END_STATE
15027   28531   10/1/2008   10/1/2010
15027   28531   10/1/2010   10/1/2015
I would not be able to insert a row with the following
A_ID    R_ID    START_DATE  END_STATE
15027   28531   10/1/2009   10/1/2999
15027   28531   10/1/2007   10/1/2999
But I should be able to insert a row with the following
A_ID    R_ID    START_DATE  END_STATE
15027   28531   10/1/2007   10/1/2008
15027   28531   10/1/2015   10/1/2999

Maybe this,

I have not analyzed completely it. If I missed any, let me know.

  • The smart Albums based on the date range cause app Crash Photos

While I'm setting up a new Smart Album based on day of photos between 12/01/2015 and 31/12/2015 the Photos app closes with a crash. Cannot set the second date (the end date for this album). However, I can easily create a new Smart Album for next month (01/01/2016 and 01/31/2016). I create smart Albums, because the new Photos app does not like the old iPhoto does with my Photos from the photo gallery.

How can I solve this? I don't have an album of December...? !

You are in an area where the date format is different from the United States?  Earlier this year, we have seen small business issues have reported that rules for smart albums date range do not work with the primary language set to French or German.

Try to change the primary system language to English with an English date format. Photos could be trying to read the 12/31/2015 as the 12th day of the month 31.

Or use a different date based on 'before' rule and after.

  • Insert rows in based on the data in the column in the Table_A Table_B

    Hello

I have a column (STRING) in the Table_A called specialization that is imported from an extenral application.

Data in this column is supplied as follows:

"Spec_A" - If the user wants to get Spec_A
"Spec_A | Spec_B '-if the user wants to get both Spec_A and Spec_B.
    "Spec_D | Spec_F | Spec_W' if the user wants to get Spec_D, F, W, and so on.

So basically all the options are in the same column, separated by ' | '. I don't have an option to change this data will always come like that.
For each card, the user must meet certain criteria, so I need these data resulted in another table, in rows.

I'm looking a PL/SQL script which will analyze the string in the column of specialization and insert lines depending on the number of specialzations in Table_B with the user_name and Spec option.

So if the user name is Steve, and there in the column specialzations = ' Spec_A | Spec_B' I would like 2 lines insterted in Table_B, 1 for Steve Spec_A and the other for Steve with Spec_B.

    Thanks for the help,
    Diez

  • Split line based on the date range

    Hello
Can someone help me on how to write SQL for power condition
I have some files like this
SERVICE SELECTION     SO     BUILDINGNAME                DT1                DT2               DOLLAR

    36002845             BAS     15 - 17 HUNTSWORTH MEWS     01-12-2004     30-11-2005     21942
    36007029             BAS     15 - 17 HUNTSWORTH MEWS     01-12-2006     30-11-2007     2101
I would like to divide the lines above according to t1d and T2D
For example the first record I want to split into 12 lines IE a line for every month between (2004-12-11-2005)
Second disc I'd divided in 11 lines, that is to say a line for every month between (12-2006 to 10-2007)

    Thanks in advance

Not very well why you say that you get only 11 lines for the second record that goes up to 11-2007 No 10-2007 as you suggest.

  • Find (weekly) missing date ranges based on the Date of submission

    Nice day:

I have a table that contains the data with a date of presentation of the report column.  If the requirements are that each employee must submit at least 1 weekly report beginning January 1, 2015, how can I find the weekly reports missing, based on the date of submission of reports.

    The ideas that I had:

    • Left join by partition by date (range between)
    • Create a date dimension view?

Of course, I'm not sure how to approach this dilemma without creating a query of Monster.  Sometimes the simplest queries mistake me...

    Thank you, Aqua

  • When you change the date range, some data refresh some is not the case.

In looking at some the report explore end-user (EU - FxM cartridge), I noticed that some data are updated based on the data and the time I selected. I noticed that the response time service level and measures processing time service level (metric in the green circle) doesn't refresh at all. I noticed the same behavior when you look at some different indicators in the report to explore end-user. Anyone encountered this?

I think you are referring to this point of view, but I don't know how you got there from the browser of the end user:

Looking at the Design tab in the right pane of Action and selecting the view "user end/FxM/Applications/Application Service level Layout" to inspect, it turns out that "jelly bean" service level indicators are configured to display:

    / responseTimeServiceLevel/value/latest/min

    / processingTimeServiceLevel/value/latest/min

As the notes of Osama, the "last" value here will not change when the time interval of page is updated.

Contrary to what he says, if this dashboard has been configured to display the "current" value, these indicators would show the last value not expired before the end of the time range of page.

    You can:

-Open a session to demand that this configuration of the dashboard be changed in a future release, a matter of pension

-change this system view (which will not survive an upgrade of the FxM cartridge)

-(deep) to copy the view "User end/FxM/Applications/FxM information request" and change the copied view (which survive and upgrade). You must also change the type mapping "FxM Application result" in Applications/FxM/end user to point to your point of view, updated the.

  • Get number of records in the date range - IDE: PLSQL Developer

I want to count the number of records of members who register within a date range specified, based on effective and expiration dates and their "elg_code". I posted the SQL code for some examples of data. What I would like to see returned is in three columns of the counties where the eff_date date_exp members fall within the date range specified by the SQL and have an Elg_code of ' ' (space).

So what I would like is all members with elg_code ' ' where he eff_dt and exp_dt range is April 2012, 2012 MAY & JUN 2012. Thus, according to data from the sample I posted, Mark, where his elg_code record is ' ', his eff_dt is 01/01/2011 and April 2012 (30/04/2012) is his exp_dt. Range of the brand statement may 2012, but not MAY or JUNE of 2012. Marty would tally for the APR and MAY because his eff_dt is before MAY 2012 and his exp to MAY 2012. etc...

According to the data below, the results should resemble:

    APR MAY JUN
    4-3-2

APR should have FRANK, MARK, MARTY, MARY.
MAY should have FRANK, MARTY, MARY
JUN should have FRANK and MARIE

NOAM and JOHN should not appear as his records with elg_code ' ' have no documents eff_dt and exp_dt which are April-June 2012.

So what I tried without success as it appears that I have a kind of Cartesian question (?), is:

    Select count (m1.mbr_name) APR,
    Count (m2.mbr_name) MAY,
    Count (m3.mbr_name) JUN
    mbr2 M1,
    mbr2 m2,
    mbr2 m3
    "where m1.eff_dt < ' 01 - may - 2012"
    "and m1.exp_dt > ' 01-Apr-2012.
    and m1.elg_code = ' '
    "and m2.eff_dt < 1 June 2012"
    "and m2.exp_dt > ' 01 - may - 2012"
    and m2.elg_code = ' '
    "and m3.eff_dt < 1 July 2012"
    "and m3.exp_dt > 1 June 2012"
    and m3.elg_code = ' '

    Here's the DML

    Thanks for any help!

    INSERT IN THE LIST
    (ROSTER_EMPLOYEE_DEF_ID, EMPLOYE_ID, DEFINITION_REGION_CODE, DEFINITION_DISTRICT_CODE, DEFINITION_TERRITORY_CODE, START_DATE, END_DATE)

    VALUES
    (5,300,501,401,301, "1 JULY 2011', JULY 20, 2011" "")

In the table above we have columns like

    EMPLOYE_ID, DEFINITION_REGION_CODE, DEFINITION_DISTRICT_CODE, DEFINITION_TERRITORY_CODE, START_DATE, END_DATE

The result I'm looking for the table above is based on the employe_id OF start_date AND end_date

I need to get the OLD_DEFINITION_REGION_CODE and the NEW_DEFINITION_CODE
    Similarly, OLD_DEFINITION_REGION_CODE and the NEW_DEFINITION_REGION_CODE
    and OLD_DEFINITION_TERRITORY_CODE and the NEW_DEFINITION_TERRITORY_CODE

I need to get a row of data for each employee saying old value and the new value

for the employee 299 there are 3 records he puts the new record which is the latest date is to say beginning August 1, 2011 and end date of recordings old 30 August 2011
    beginning July 1, 2011 and July 20, 2011

For the data in the table above, I need to get the data as below

    EMPLOYE_ID OLD_DEFINITION_REGION_CODE NEW_DEFINITION_CODE OLD_DEFINITION_REGION_CODE NEW_DEFINITION_REGION_CODE START_DATE END_DATE
    299 223 224 334 335 20 JULY 11 30 AUG 11
    300 500 501 400 401 20 JUNE 11 JULY 20, 11

Please suggest me to get the result above, based on the data. Please let me know if my messages are not clear

  • How to plan the report filtered by dynamic date based on the date, the Agent is running

    Hello

I have a question about account using OBIEE agent.

If I run an agent today to deliver A report, can I me A report based on the date of last Monday or any dynamic dates?

For example, say is today, December 18, 2013, and my agent is run according to how I put the calendar. Now the content of the delivery report one being delivered. Now A report has a date column, normally this column is filtered by the current date. But if it comes through the agents to different users, the data should be the previous Monday, so in this case, 9 December 2013. When this agent is run once again, declared December 27, 2013, then the report must be filtered by December 16, 2013, which is the previous Monday 27 dec.

Something like this is possible in OBIEE 11 G?

    Thanks in advance.

    Yala,

    Not in a straightforward way

    (1) let the report through Agent with filter current Date

    (2) after he ran for the first time you can see IBOT name/last execution time (LAST_RUNTIME_TS) in S_NQ_JOB

Create a variable reference 'last_run_agent' to aid in sql to get max (LAST_RUNTIME_TS)

    SELECT max (LAST_RUNTIME_TS) from s_nq_job, whose name = "AGENT_NAME;

Change analysis with current date filter report and amend accordingly the condition of filter to filter on repository variable, newly created

    Thank you

I would get the average of 7 days, as long as there is date for the rank of enough previous dates, is it not, then it returns a null value.

the results should look like this

I tried something like this at first, but becomes "missing keyword" error
    select
    t.*/,
    sum(
          case
            when date_val between :day2 - 6 and :day2
            then value_num between date_val - 6 and date_val
            else null
            end
            )
            as 7Day_avg

    form t
Should I have the structure outside the sum function?

    Any thoughts?

    Hello

If you want to calculate the average of the last 7 days, including the current day, then then RANGE should be 6 PRIOR, not 7.

    Try this:

    WITH got_min_date_val AS

    (

    SELECT id_key, date_val, value_num

MIN (date_val) compared to (AS min_date_val)

    T

    WHERE the date_val BETWEEN TO_DATE (April 1, 2013 ', "dd-mm-yyyy")

    AND TO_DATE (April 20, 2013 ', "dd-mm-yyyy")

    )

    SELECT id_key, date_val, value_num

    CASE

    WHEN date_val > = min_date_val + 6

THEN SUM (value_num) OVER (PARTITION BY id_key

    ORDER BY date_val

    PRIOR TO TIER 6

    )

    / 7

    END AS avg_7_day

    CASE

    WHEN date_val > = min_date_val + 6

THEN AVG (value_num) OVER (PARTITION BY id_key

    ORDER BY date_val

    PRIOR TO TIER 6

    )

    END AS avg_7_day_2

    OF got_min_date_val

    ORDER BY id_key

    ;

    Output:

  • Table is not fetch all the data of the VO at a time?

    Hello world

My version of Jdev is 11.1.2.3.0.
I developed page ADF that has a single Table that should show all the data in the original Version at the same time.
The table has vertical and horizontal scroll bars. And the VO has more than 900 documents.
The question is, at the start when loading the page table shows 20-25 records then when I try to scroll down and then the data is going to look this day there ("retrieving data" message) by which its takes a long time to see the data because its extraction at the time where I scroll down.
    How can I avoid this?
How will I be able to retrieve all data from VO (all 900 records) by which when I scroll data should not look at this time?

And also increases the size of the table and is based on the data when I scroll down.
    How can I avoid this?
How can we fix the size of the table regardless of the content?

All suggestions will be really useful...

    Thank you.

The message «Retrieving data...» "is issued by the client component of table rich user interface when it retrieves data of the server-side model component lines in its local buffer of lines. Even if the server-side model component has recovered all the rows from the database (e.g. VO has recovered all of the rows from the database in the cache of the VO), the client component of table UI does not download all of them locally, but it downloads as needed into portions whose size is controlled by the attribute 'fetchSize' of the table. By default, the 'fetchSize' attribute is set to the value of the property "rangeSize' of the corresponding mandatory ADF iterator (whose default value is 25). In this way, if you scroll to the bottom of the table of the UI after the 25th row, the table would download the next set of 25 lines of its components side server model (and it then displays the message "retrieving data... ('') and so on.

If you want to avoid downloading frequent of the next rowset of the component side server model to the customer table component user interface, you can set attribute 'fetchSize' of the table to a more fixed, for example:

In this way, only the client user interface table would download locally 1000 lines (if there are so many existing lines, of course) and it won't download more rows until you scroll the table after the 1000th line (when it would download a next series of 1000 lines).

Be wise when the setting 'fetchSize' of the table to a large number, because more the 'fetchSize', greater would be the size of HTTP, the longer answer response would be and more memory at the customer level would be consumed for the customer table buffer. Note that-1 (for example "get all") is not a valid value for the attribute 'fetchSize '. If you set it to-1, it will default to 25.

  • Creating primary key based on the Date

    Hi all
I am trying to create a unique ID for each record, based on the date that the record is created. Example, if the folder is created today, I want to the key is 20101130XX where XX is a sequential list of numbers e.g. 01, 02, 03 etc... in the case where more than one person creates a record today.

If 3 people created record yesterday their unique ID would be

    2010112900
    2010112901
    2010112902

and then comes the midnight and someone creates a new record, that it would be

    2010113000

This is intended to give each record with a unique ID that will be used to reference the ticket.

We are already using the date format, but currently users have to manually enter the id and who can create errors such as 2011112900 when it should have been 2010112900 then instead of 2010 they put 2011

I'm not sure how to create a trigger to generate this type of unique identification number and would appreciate any help

    Thanks in advance

    Wally

Never said it was perfect, but then again, it is a rather sticky issue... Reset sequence work would be scheduled to run @ some point... You entered in tables past 24/7? I would say that system could be locked for those 5 minutes sequence is updated, or the table is locked to allow no access while the process is...

To be honest, that is the question in the design of a key value that is dependent on outside data, as apposed to a surrogate key, which is generated System... Again, you could have at ONCE and have the surrogate for a key key REAL primary and date + sequence as a secondary key for the use of basic unit of carbon...

    Thank you

  • On the date ranges in search of oracle forms

I use service number, name, type person and date as search criteria in the custom form ranges.
When I enter the employee number, press the search button, I get the exact info in the block of result.
    Result block contains
name of the employee, personid, emp numbed, org, start_date.
Similarly when I enter the employee number, dept, I get the correct values.
My question is, when I enter the date range. IAM unable to filter the data.
When I enter START_DATE between nvl(:BLOCKNAME.) Start_date, 1 January 1901 ') and nvl(:BLOCKNAME.) End_date, 31-DEC-4712') where block clause in the result. I had data for the range of dates also.

If I give condition in where clause results take so long when I search with the name of the employee, number, dept, person type.

If I have a query with the date, the persormance is good.

Think you know everything, how it prevents START_DATE between nvl(:BLOCKNAME.) Start_date, 1 January 1901 ') and nvl(:BLOCKNAME.) End_date, 31-DEC-4712') when look us with the employee's name, number, dept, person type.

So leave the WHERE clause of your empty block and put something like the following in your search button:

    IF :BLOCK.START_DATE IS NOT NULL
OR :BLOCK.END_DATE IS NOT NULL THEN
      SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY('YOURBLOCK', ONETIME_WHERE, 'START_DATE between nvl(:BLOCKNAME.START_DATE,TO_DATE(''01-JAN-1901'', ''DD-MON-YYYY'')) and nvl(:BLOCKNAME.END_DATE,TO_DATE(''31-DEC-4712'', ''DD-MON-YYYY''))');
    END IF;
