Inspiron 7559 + 4 to HDD 15 mm!

Hi guys, anyone tried this combination?

Probably does not, but who knows!

I already have the HARD drive in an external enclosure, but if (for some how) it fits inside the laptop I use as an intern...

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards

Zero.

There is no way to put a drive of this size within the system.

I've had my Dell Inspiron 7559 since the eve of Christmas 2015 and I touch screen 4K i7 6700HQ 16 GB of Ram GTX 960 M 4 GB VRAM, 128 GB SSD, 1 TB HARD drive and I want to start with the minor problem on some pixels are blurred and the wrong color, I painted a single line shape free white paint on a black background and inspect the pixels close I saw that some pixels are turning green despite being supposed to appear white.

And sometimes automatically screen adapts its lighting according to the color of the pixel range takes more space, for example to resize a window of (dark) steam will affect on the general atmosphere of the screen by slightly changing the color of the other windows, particularly visible with white windows.

My main complaint is the following: I had a lot of trouble with the audio.

I read that there are static pop noises there on many models, I have that too, then I noticed that I couldn't record while headphones/earphones were plugged into the output in January 2016 Jack with stereo mix, I have not tested if I still have the question now, because another problem came made me avoid a recording on your laptop

When recording with stereo mix, even with improvements by maxx audio dell disabled, only the low frequencies are registered, either with Windows recorder or audacity store and I compared the spectra of the record that I did with stereo mix of the laptop 7559 and registration for the 7559 spectrum showed me only the low frequencies being recorded and my other pc , and he could be heard that only low frequencies had been recording, he gave the audio effect deaf when I read the record.

I tried to uninstall the drivers, I do not remember how, but I managed to get it back for some time and I could save with good results until the problem is back for a reason which I am not aware of.

The speakers saturate when there is low frequencies even at low-medium volume, and sometimes bass you hear about with some more complex pieces of audio.

Video with audio recording with Nvidia shadowplay somehow works perfectly fine, despite the static noise pop and the poor quality of stereo mix audio recording

I'm frustrated by the poor quality of the audio related applications, I had related graphics problems causing bsod drivers nvidia in late December and I had someone at Dell guide me through the possible solutions and I was very pleased by the quality of their support to this question, but now I'm afraid that my sound related questions cannot be resolved due to bad quality with drivers control software or devices.

Again, I had indeed managed to restore the good quality recording with stereo mix but somehow after a while and after turning back on the pc as usual he re presented the problem and my recordings would only produce low frequencies.

I'm waiting for answers, and I hope that I am provided with effective solutions, but above all a quality support.

... I hope that I am equipped with effective solutions, but above all a quality support.

I think that the best you can hope for is that we will try to help as best we can.

I read that there are static pop noises there on many models.

Solutions that offered owners are summarized in the FAQ Audio Choppy/jump. There are about 10 of them in the section Inspiron 7559. One owner had replaced "components."

I tried to uninstall the drivers, I do not remember how, but I managed to get it back for some time and I could save with good results until the problem is back for a reason which I am not aware of.

I could try all the different audio drivers for the i7559 and see if one of them fixes the problem. If we correct it, but the problem returns, one reason for this is that Windows 10 frequently "updates" of the system. [Don't think you mentioned is what operating system on laptop computer].

Before you try the drivers, get rid of all the files of the Realtek driver on the hard drive.

    1. open Device Manager (found in the Control Panel, or type devmgmt.msc in the search box).
    2. expand the section 'Sound, video & game controllers.
    3. right click on "Realtek High Definition" Audio.
    4. click on "Uninstall".
    5. put a check mark in the option to remove the software driver, click ok.
    6. restart the laptop. Because you deleted the Realtek driver files, Windows will install its native audio driver, named "High definition Audio Device".
7 go back to Device Manager and look for "high definition Audio Device". If you see "Realtek High Definition Audio" once again, this means that there is another version of the Realtek driver on your hard drive and Windows found and installed it. So keep uninstall & reboot until Realtek is no longer appears under his... Controllers and "High definition Audio Device" appears in its place.

At this stage, go to the drivers Inspiron 7559 html page and download a driver for your operating system. Realtek audio drivers are available for the following 64-bit operating systems: Win 7, Win 8.1 (WB64A) and Win10 (WT64A). Start with the oldest one for your operating system, the test, then get the next more old ones. If you switch from the former to the most recent you shouldn't have to remove the files from the driver between the facilities.

If none is satisfactory, you can also try one directly from the Realtek site.

    1. go to the Realtek download selection page. http://www.Realtek.com.tw/downloads/
    2. on the page, click on 'High Definition Audio Codecs.
    3. check "I accept", then "next".
    4. (optional) in the column named "Description" find the file named README and download it. Who has the instructions for the installation or update.
    5. in the column named "Description" select your operating system and if it is 32-bit or 64-bit of 2 choices in the list.
    6. in the column named "Download", click one of the server names to download the driver.

It's just. I would say that, regardless of the brand or model of computer, test carefully while remaining within the return period and return if unsatisfactory.

  • Dell Inspiron 7559 - headphones do not work

    Hey everybody,

I was with my Dell Inspiron 7559 this weekend and suddenly stop the audio of my helmet. I had no problems during the first month I got the laptop and audio still pregnant works very well. When I plug in the headphones the dialog box also don't watch not asking questions on the audio device connected to the port. I know the headset works on my phone, and I tried uninstalling the Realtek audio driver and using the native driver. Nothing seems to work. Someone at - it suggestions? I'm grateful for any help!

    Best,

    Cameron

    Hi mammothus,

    Thanks for posting.

Have you tried another set of headphones?  The 7559 decision-making is a composite, which means that the headphones and microphones can be inserted into the same taken.  So if your current headphones are not lining up with the plug, so they will not show.

Some customers have tried a different approach by purchasing one of these dividers, which seem to work pretty well, and they are inexpensive.

Please post back with your results.  Thank you.

  • Inspiron 7559 refuses to activate the external microphone (speakers work well)

    Hello

I have a new inspiron 7559 (about a month), 10 windows, updated everything, no conflicting antivirus, etc.

Since the beginning, I was unable to use my external microphone. I have a headset with microphone, on one of these micro + combined speaker 3.5 mm plugs. When I plug it in, the sound system detects my headset very well and his career to it.

It bugs a bit me that the system does not display the individual devices and windows to perform a control instead of the reports just one audio device, but okay fine, I can understand from a technical POV.

However, the real problem is that no matter what I do, only the built-in microphone is used, never my external on the plug 3.5 mm taken. He appears as a device, there is no setting for it in the sound system, and the system is not automatically switch to it when it is plugged. I can not all the sounds of it (no, it is not broken).

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Faziri
By "no adjustment for her", I meant that the driver is not exposing the detection or allow you to replace everything. All you get is the combined unit, and if it doesn't work, it's too bad.

Many or most models computer Dell laptop with material Reatek'a have a Manager named application Audio Dell or just the Audio from Dell, which is a truncated version of the Audio Realtek Manager found on other brands of computers. I don't know if the 7559 is supposed to have or not, but if so it should be installed at the factory and also the part of the support of the notebook page download driver Realtek.

Anyway, if you have the app it might give you a little more control.

    Faziri
Any chance of dell step in and take care of an update?

I can't speak for Dell, but I want to emphasize that its roadmap is not good about the audio problems are fixed.

  • Dell inspiron 7559 screen brightness flicker

Hi, I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 7559 for school, my first laptop ever. It took me about 6 months to finally decide on a laptop, and I am very happy with it... it's beautiful. But I had two problems with the display. First of all, there is a slight yellow discoloration on half right, not a big problem, just my OCD, probably just a backlight bleed or something. But the big problem is that the brightness of the screen flashes constantly. I can only really noticed on the lowest brightness, but I use those so it's a problem. I've tried EVERYTHING. Tons of pilot fiddling, fiddling power supply option. I can't say if it sparkles in the bist of screen or the lcd screen of the bios, but I have disabled the NVidia intel HD graphics drivers and and no matter what I do, it still flashes. This makes me think that it is a hardware problem. If someone has an idea, I would really appreciate it. Do I have to send in for repair, or simply wait a little I read online somewhere that the lcd backlighting should "settle" so he can stop the blinking with takes a decent amount of screen time. Sorry for the long post, but this is my first pc, and I'm a bit picky about the function of my things. Thank you.

How long have you had your xps and don't know if it's a hardware failure?

  • Inspiron 7559 4K display (16 GB of ram, 960 m GPU) need help. white balance / tone is constantly evolving?

I just picked up a new laptop (inspiron 7559 4K display, 16 GB ram, 960 m GPU) and I have a problem with the display. Its always of switching/flicker between the white balance / tone between a true white and bluish white cooler.

It seems to be connected to what colors or lack of, are on the screen. When its just its beautiful text and white. When there is an image or a text in color, the screen switches to the cool bluish white.

also happened when you hover over an image or an area of color (not items that are links or who have special functions)

any ideas what I send that thing again? I'm certainly not satisfied with the new machine.

    Thank you

    Graham

    Hello

    I experienced exactly the same problem with this laptop (7559 4 k, 16 gb, 960 m).

I managed to get always this problem of color change (change from white to a different shade of wide white-blue) when highlighting text on a Web page.

Its quite irritating as the screen around is affected (not just the app you're using) and there's a twinkle in short when the color change occurs.

HP support were in fact very helpful, has ran a lot of tests, updated all drivers (BIOS, graphics etc etc!), but unfortunately nothing really solved the problem and I returned the laptop.

Others seem to be affected by this title by the youtube video below, which also shows the question quite well.

    www.YouTube.com/watch

Its really shame that such a potentially important laptop would have a critical fault like this. If they could solve this problem that I would consider buying it again.

Let us know if you manage to solve this problem!

    Thank you.

  • Inspiron 7559 becomes unusable for the slow 2-3 minutes after each start/sleep

    Hey all,.

As a preface, it was a laptop bought on sale of warehouse to Amazon, so it's a used laptop. No idea how long it has been used... But the drive was brand new by CystalDiskInfo. I'm guessing that this laptop has been opened but never really used. It is an Inspiron 7559, a fairly common game, laptop running Windows 10.

Out of the box, this thing was running incredibly slow. Even when you set up Windows 10 navigation between pages was taking 10 + seconds for the mouse input to register. I also tried a fresh install of Windows just to be safe. The only things currently on the computer are the standard bloatware from Dell and a few hardware monitoring tools to diagnose the problem. And when I say slow, I mean open windows Explorer or the task manager takes 30 + seconds and the keyboard and mouse inputs are taking 10 + seconds. When I touched the wall I see that the CPU frequency jumps up to 800 MHz, assumingly the lowest possible frequency according to the range of multiplier.

My temperatures are usually between 40-60 ° C, but my fans seem never actually start up. When I updated the BIOS fans started blasting, so I know that they are not only totally dead.

I also run several tests of equipment who say the hard drive, memory, and CPU are fine.

Someone has any ideas on what could be causing this device or any other means to diagnose the problem? Ran the Dell Diagnostics toolkit and the fan test does not throw any question, but I see no way to control the fans to test even if have the fans running on full blast would avoid this.

So I was able to understand what I guess was the origin of the problem.

I uninstalled the driver of "Intel Platform and thermal dynamic framework", detected on your tab chipset drivers page: www.dell.com/.../advanced

The page says that it has been updated 15/09/2016, so this is a relatively new update... However, whenever this latest version of the driver is installed it prevents my fans ever, causing my massive CPU limitation. I've tried 3 - 4 times back in place, and the second the driver gets uninstalled fans start just up.

For now, I'm running just with this uninstalled driver, that I could not find a previous version to check if there is a version that works.

It is not a perfect solution, because I'm sure that this driver is what allows the dynamic zoom of CPU based on thermal, which means that I will be stuck to my stock of CPU frequency... And I certainly want mode to give me performance gain and I like downclocking occurs when I sit idle so I don't eat the battery life.

If you have the means, I would hope that you would have someone to look into this to see if it is a reported problem.

  • Inspiron 7559 unusable, no BONE can install/run on it

    Hello. I bought a new Inspiron 7559 [7559-1264]

I ran its own OEM Win 10 single home language well, but I'm a programmer, and which is not enough for me. I have a Linux system next to a win 10 full Pro of the system. I tried to install/run Arch, Ubuntu and official win 10 ISO (select win 10 Pro when installing)

    Here are the results:
1 win 10 ISO hangs just during the"files ready for installation (67%). "and it is still 67%
-Tried to preload all of the drivers that Dell provides for this laptop during installation - same result
-Tried an ISO most former (before the infamous fall update) - cannot do, it will install just giving an error message on the screen (dialog box) during the same phase of "Getting ready files.."

2 arch Linux latest installed indeed and even run for a few 2-3 reboots, until I installed proprietary drivers NVidia, which curiously went very well but made driver touchpad MOMENTUM of Linux to prevent new boots. So not go too

3 Ubuntu hangs during the installation from the Live session or just 'Install Ubuntu'

So, I think that the material is correct as OEM preinstalled ran fine and the laptop is only 1 week old.
The sentence seems to be one of Intel, specifically the SATA driver drivers, but I got way to prove

I use the OEM Win 10 Home recovery only language on a daily basis.

Please help me make my laptop usable again. Thank you.

Error code 0 x 80070017 means generally bad media corrupted media or installer.

Check the integrity of the ISO or download another, then to burn DVD at 2 x, 4 x speed, check.

Or pay for a retail windows 10 usb flash drive.  The original version works with home, pro.

If it asks for a key word, I don't have one and proceed with the installation.

  • Upgrade ram Dell Inspiron 7559

Hi all, I recently received a Dell Inspiron 7559. It came with a 8 GB Skhynix "hmt41gs6bfr8a-pb No 1506 aa" stick of RAM. I want to upgrade to 16 GB. I thought that I had bought the same model of 8 GB of RAM on ebay, but I have a 8 GB Skhynix "hmt41gs6bfr8a-pb na aa 1511. They are two completely different models because of their different nomenclature? Can I still use it to upgrade my ram? Thank you

    I get similar Inspiron 15 7559, and yes the RAM should work as long, it's a real play "DDR3L 1600 (PC3L 12800)" memories. "

If you're unsure, this specific memory of WindowCentral video I found on Youtube on the extra addition of 8 GB of RAM.

  • Inspiron 15 7537 beep HDD

I have a new Inspiron 15 7000 (7537), and from time to time as some taps on the keyboard, I type cause a beep that creaks coming from the area of the HARD drive. I'm not alone, there is a video to youtube of the exact symptoms here:

    cs_setInnerHtml ('video_df98d153-46de-4e66-a130-12c9cd9370a7', ");

For me, it is sporadic (sometimes for a few hours while typing and then is silent for a few hours - it can be whenever I use the laptop that I move between each use)

It's the least extremely irritating, in the worst worrying cases.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any ideas what could be the cause of this? My new HDD is about to fail? A sign very worrying laptop otherwise quite nice...

    Thanks for any help,

    Jason

I think I followed the problem down to the driver from Dell free fall Data Protection . This is supposed to park your hard drive instantly head to avoid any loss of data if you drop the laptop, but it seems I have a duff accelerometer that triggers this behavior of parking if the case is tapped lightly.

I uninstalled it (Control Panel > programs > electronic accelerometer ST) 2 days ago and the noise has not appeared since then, so it seems likely that this is the solution.

(I'm not worried about dropping my laptop. I have never dropped one, I have a good backup, and I'll be happy to get rid of this uber-slow HARD and drop in an SSD - so for me the free fall is unpleasant in any case)

  • Dell Inspiron 7559 10 Anniersary update Windows PROBLEM.

    Hi all

My problem is... No, not quite so, my PROBLEM is of Windows 10 anniversary update gets downloaded, installed and does not again and again. When it passes through Windows Update Center everything is going well, but eventually, after a reboot, I get a notification that the system could not install the update. No other information or error codes provided. After Windows Update Center detects the same birthday update and everything is in the circle. I called Microsoft Support three times with different engineers but with the same end result - the problem still not solved. I used MediaCreationTool utility as well. With this utility, the whole process is going well, but eventually I get the popup window that says "an error occurred during the installation of update. When I tried to reinstall Windows 10 of the image created by MediaCreationTool I got the 0xd0000034 error code (finally! something that I can use to find a solution!), but searching through the Internet of this code did not help to resolve this problem. Other updates are installed without any problems. The problem with the update of the anniversary.

    Some info on my laptop.

    On the system:

    Version 1511

    10586.633

Windows 10 home edition unilingual (Russia)

    On the material.

    16 GB, I added extra 8Gb and I installed SanDisk SSD 256 GB SD8SN8U256G1122.

Everything else is a standard laptop configuration 7559.

Some specifics about what I did for my laptop. As I mentioned previously, I installed 8 GB of additional memory (memory identical to that installed chip) and SSD hard drive. I buy the license for Paragon migrate OS 4.0 SSD and moved my system hard drive to SSD. After this error free movement of the system works without any problem.

I have McAfee Antivirus. I uninstalled before the update, but this had no effect on the outcome of the update.

    I've updated all the drivers.

It lasts more than a month. Please recommend how to solve this problem.

Download the .iso image file, make a USB Bootable with Rufus (installation program by using the formatted GPT for UEFI BIOS and FAT32 partition scheme). Then try to clean install. Use own Diskpart if this fails (you have your system image to restore failure).

  • Inspiron 14 3000 - 3452 HDD

I just got my inspiron 14 3000 - 3452.  It is equipped with 32Gb eMCC.  Before that I bought it, I learned by the Dell Agent's cat that I could change/upgrade the HARD drive in the future if necessary.

When I looked in the background, it does not appear change the MEM (64 GB) or add a HARD drive.

The service manual for the 3452 provides a procedure to replace the HARD drive, but?

Different model 32 GB of mem, perhaps is a subset of the 3452?

I picked it up partly because of the removable battery.  The 500 GB HARD drive model reported having a non replaceable battery.

    Thank you

    Joe

I think that if you check, it has developed a couple of times now, and that systems that are provided with the embedded SSD are not have the connector on the motherboard to hard drive - in other words, the system has the MEM in car, OR a hard workout - there is no way to install both.

  • color washed out on my Inspiron (7559)

There is something wrong with my colors. I ran a test on Gta V and the sky looks more gray than blue and in general everything is blurry and washed out. I know it, is not the best display, but is something I have never experienced in any screen. What is a driver issue? I installed later.

:-) I would like to replace the screen under warranty.  You will have to go through the hoops a bit.

  • Is - this inspiron 7559 has a processor intel graphics hd 530?

As mentioned above. Recently, when I was with Microsoft edge, the notification Center told me several times that the intel driver for graphics card hd 530 for Windows 8 work stoppages and retrieves. This is quite annoying, and for once, the system refuses to request access to the driver. So I was wondering if the product itself had the graphics card intel and NVIDIA GeForce GTX960. Can someone help me with this? Help is always appreciated!

Hi please PM the system tag # as requested, we will see in it.
If the drivers are installed the Device Manager will list the HD Intel and NVidia (if chosen point of sale), even though intel drivers are not installed, it will show the generic display under graphics cards drivers.

    Update BIOS to v1.1.8

My system there is 1 minute left until completely cool and said the battery remains at 99%.

Any advice? Downgrade BIOS? Any form to provide comments on this topic concerns directly to DELL is it?

I managed to uninstall other two (proposed by the Dell website) drivers. IO driver series Intel and Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and Management Console if I'm not mistaken. Maybe that was the problem, but I'm not 100% sure. Everything works fine now.
