• Inspiron B130 T & L feature. Help please.

  I have a Dell Inspiron B130 XP Windows laptop and would like to help. Yesterday, I bought the video game The Elder Scrolls Oblivion and it turns out, my system does not meet the requirements of the games... (I don't have T & L-function) I have an Intel (r) 915GM/GMS.910GML Express Chipset and I would like to know if there is an update so that I can do to give my card feature & t, otherwise I would like some suggestions on the type of graphics card I could buy which has this feature without spending a lot of money. • Downgrade from Vista to XP Pro Dell Inspiron 6400: no sound, error Code 10

  Downgraded from Vista to XP Pro (V. 2002) on my Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop.  Have installed Service Pack 3.

  Audio will not play (I get beeps of warning system but that's all, there isn't a problem with the hardware).

  In Device Manager, there is a yellow exclamation by the "IDT High Definition Audio Codec" under sound, video and game controllers.

  Dxdiag shows NO device installed.

  NO device does appear as installed anywhere.

  I tried the updated drivers, did NOT work.  Get the error code 10.

  Automated fix - it doesn't include troubleshooting for audio.

  Does anyone have a solution?

• Inspiron 620, bad sound quality

  I have a desktop Dell Inspiron 620 under Windows 7 Home Premium.  I have Logitech LS21 speakers (S-00040) (L, R, and subwoofer). Until last week, the sound quality was very good.  Now, I'm getting poor quality, a little scrambled his no matter what I play: Pandora, CNN, music websites.  I swapped the speakers.  I've fiddled with settings of control panel of configuration/sounds.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the sound cards. I've updated the sound card drivers, I plugged the speakers in the front and the audio jack.  All to nothing does not.  I probably have a hardware problem? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

  I have a Dell Inspiron E1505, I recently reinstalled my Windows Xp media center. The section of the driver in the
  driver dell website shows not all drivers that set the sound without offspring. Bascially the system does not recognize a sound card on board.

• Inspiron 1525 records sounds of touchpad

  I have a new Dell Inspiron 1525 with Vista with the microphone plug Simtel. If I press the touchpad, or even the body of the laptop, it records sound when recording. It seems not serious if I have a microphone plugged in, if I press the touchpad (for example, double-click an application), the taps are picked up. • Inspiron 6400 Sigmatel sound card does not

  I have Insipiron 6400. Used if for about 20 months with no problems.

  Last month the speaker into the icon has disappeared and I wasn't able to get all the laptop except the beep sounds. After a few days it started working again in itself and now again its stopped working.

  Symptoms:

  1. I am not able to find driver Sigmatel in Manager devices under sound, video and game controllers. Sigmatel icon is also not available in the control panel. It seems that the Sigmatel Audio cannot be detected.

  2. in Device Manager > system devices > Bus Microsoft UAA for High Definition Audio driver displays a yellow exclamation point.

  3 Dell Diganostics tests show the following errors-

  IB63:0268 - a timeout has occurred while you wait for the audio controller to generate an interrupt.

  IB63:0667 - a timeout has occurred while you wait for the audio controller to generate a break in reading

  I tried Solutions:

  1. download and reinstall all the drivers available for Sigmatel whose one of the DELL CD that came with the laptop. Most of them could not install after reboot.

  2. removal of the Microsoft driver, install sigmatel and then install the Microsoft driver.

  Can anyone help?

• Dell Inspiron B130, not available in my computer CD player

  I can't find CD/DVD-ROM device in my computer, the Bios or Device Manager screen.

  When I look in the bios screen, I'm not sure where to check.  Are the only mention of devices CD was part of the priorities of Boot.  This does not necessarily mean it works.  right.

  In any case, Dell Insipron B130 Windows Xp home edition SP2.

• I'm unable to set up my new Linksys E1000 router to my computer dell Inspiron B130 laptop.

  When you configure a new Wifi router immediately, you can connect to the radio

  you have to go on the wireless router and you also need an ethernet cable to connect the router to your pc wirelessly

  normally all routers come with an installation cd. But if it does not

  Open your web browser and type the ip address of the default gateway

  The IP address of the Linksys routers is 192.168.1.1

  from there, you can set the security features and everything and after that you have set up passwords and everything please connect your modem to the wireless router so that you can access the internet

  to manage your network wirelessly with the windows wireless client, please activate your Automatic Configuration WZC wireless

  follow these steps to activate the automatic Wireless Configuration

  Start menu - click on RUN

  type in SERVICES. Scroll down the list until you see SMC Wireless Auto Configuration

  Double-click and should be in service type: automatic

  and also, click Start to start the service.

  I installed a windows xp pro fee. OS and downloaded a list of drivers from page driver Dell recommended but some drivers won't load and I get the error "no card Intel on board." • Inspiron B130/1300 CD/DVD

  I haven't received a disk with the system and trying to use the "Dell PC Restore" tool to copy the operating system on a CD. I tried to do it with a number of different cd - dvd and disc manufacturer without success. My drive is a Sony DVD + RW DW-Q58A with 5.1.2535.0 driver (not available). I understand that I have mapi cd-burning com should be executed, but when I checked the Device Manager appear is not running. No idea how to activate it please?

  
  

• Inspiron B130 doe drive CD-RW/dvd does not work

  My computer does not show only c CD-RW/dvd drive.  Device Manager shows yellow Semi colon with the following SDRW/DVD HL-DT-ST GCC 4244.  Diagnostic checks the drive and States that all past.  Could not locate my disc resource. NO DISC IS NOT WORK because the computer cannot locate.  It also shows Code 39.  Can someone advise please
