  Basically, just be deleted muse (looked for my mac for: "muse adobe" and offered "muse adobe uninstall" I did, including preferences), then installed following the advice on the post of Sachin.

Looking at the Adobe InDesign CS4 folder, I see a stop sign icon and a handful of empty folders. Adobe Extension Manager folder has not been uninstalled.
