Install ESXi keeps restarting without end

I try to install ESXi on a Dell PowerEdge 700. When I boot on the installation CD, when the 60% of its gobblygook reached about progress bar shows on the screen and then reboots. This loop will continue until death.

I checked the downloaded ISO file MD5 signature and one binary compared the CD burned with the ISO. I tried to turn off all devices in the BIOS except for the drive controller with the same results. Although, the PowerEdge 700 is not listed as having been tested by anyone, the 830/850 was and he has the same SATA controller. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Paul

    Hello world

I am looking to install ESXi 4 but I'm running into some issues.

I have access to the initial boot loader screen and select the option to install ESXi. From there, a series of files are loaded on a black screen with many... (periods) that represents progress. Once finished, I happen to a black screen and yellow with a progress downstairs bar. This appears to be complete on stage: loading managed dvfilter (or something like that). At this point, the server restarts and the progress of the installation starts from the beginning. Am I missing something with that? Certainly, any help is appreciated.

    Hello

Reinstall the printer driver and your audio/sound driver. Note update drivers was also
one of the methods in the previous troubleshooting. Have you tried the clean boot method?
    Did you also run CheckDisk?

If necessary AFTER those try a repair Installation / upgrade on the spot that allows you to keep
programs and data backups however redundant are always a good idea.

You can use another DVD that aren't copy protected but you you need to own
Product key. It must be the same version 32 or 64 BIT Vista OEM. Also the system
machine to usually sell the cheap disk since you already own Windows. Don't forget to make a

  • HP Envy 7 ": HP laptop"logonui.exe application error"+ auto repair restarts without end

I really don't know exactly what is the name of my product, however, my problem is very specific:

First I got an error message titled something in the sense of "logonui.exe application error" with a background black, I couldn't start my laptop up so I went to recovery and just all backed up successfully and went to reformat but it got stuck at 2% until he finally said the Recovery Manager has stopped working , I tried just about everything until finally my laptop just say 'auto repair start' goes to a blue screen, restarts and repeats again and again. I can't really do anything, it seems pretty well doomed. It seems like a virus, but really, I don't know what I can do, if the only solution is to send in for repair, can I try now?

    Kind regards

"The 'LogonUI' in Windows application manages your startup and shutdown graphical user interface (GUI) that displays the Windows on your screen logo and the status of your judgment." It also displays the login screen that you see when you start the PC. Corruption in this application could lead to problems start and stop, such as gel. »

I found this paragraph from a titled link: LogonUI.Exe Application error after update 8.1 of Windows that can help you! There are a few in there troubleshooting steps that may help.

Here is a Microsoft document for you to read as well. This is called: error: LogonUI.exe application error.

I understand what you are saying about this marking as resolved. Tell you what, read the links I provided on the error in the application (which, from what I've read, in my opinion, does not sound like a virus), replace the hard drive and then if the issues are resolved for you, come back and mark this question as an acceptable Solution for others.

  • Install ESXi 5.5 restarts the Adaptec RAiD card

    Hello

I have a job im trying to install ESXi 5.5 on. I got it running on the machine perfectly well until I added a map of Adaptec Raid 3805. Now when I try to install ESXi it restarts everything when trying to load the AACRAID driver. It isn't hanging or show all errors. It just restarts immediately.

VMware claim the Adaptec 3805 is compatible with ESXi 5.5

Anyone got any ideas on why this is happening?

  • My computer keeps restarting with a driver failure

I have a laptop Acer Aspire that I have had for about 9 months. I've noticed a few problems over the last 4 months with this computer. It keeps restarting now. Sometimes after it restarts once it starts up perfectly fine but other times he keeps just restarting without end I tried to do a clean boot, cleaning the registry, the chkdsk, the sfc and update the display driver (since sometimes random color banding appears on the screen instead of a reboot or the Office would just go crooked with lines paralyzed at startup programs open to the top or icons). But im still getting the same problem and recently I got a blue screen on a driver failure.

These are the details that I received from whocrashed:

  • Install ESXi 4 without cd player

What is the best way to install ESXi 4 on a server with a cd player?

    Hi 1 x 1 x 1

You can use HP USB Disk Utility to copy the CD SmartStart ISO on a USB and then directly boot from USB.

Link to utility USB HP: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=US&swItem=MTX-9239be09de8445df862ef01788

In addition, as Andre says if you have ILO on your HP Server then you can use the Virtual Media feature images and mount iso from another computer remotely.

  • Mac keeps restarting and is very slow running

Why not keep restart my mac and works very slow since I installed El Capitan?

Most likely because you upgraded an already dysfunctional system without the first fix. Or your HARD drive may be faulty.

Try these in order to test your system after each see if it is back to normal:

    1. a. reset the PRAM and NVRAM on your Mac.

    b. Macs with Intel processors: reset of the controller (SMC) system management

    2. restart the computer in Safe Mode, and then restart again, normally. If this does not help, then:

HD recovery start: restart the computer and after the buzzer, press on and press and hold the

COMMAND and R keys until it appears the Utilities menu screen.

3 fix the hard disk and permissions: select startup drive in the Utilities menu utility. Fix the hard drive and the permissions as follows.

When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. After loading disk utility select it

back from Macintosh HD entry of the list on the left.  Click first aid button in the toolbar. Wait for the operation

ends, then quit disk utility and back to the main menu.

4 reinstall OS X: restart from HD recovery Select reinstall OS X from the Utilities menu, then click on the continue button.

Note : You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest to use Ethernet if possible because it's three times faster than wireless.

When you get it working properly, and then download and reinstall OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 Combo Update.

  • Satellite A305 keeps restarting

    I have a Satellite A305-s6857.
    Windows xp 64 bit vista.

This is what is happening, please bare with me it gets really confusing. Laughing out loud

My laptop keeps restarting on its own.
at first I thought it was overheating - so I downloaded SPECCY and clean the radiator using carbon Spray. CPU temperature average around 60 degrees.

so after ANOTHER REFORMAT. the computer worked fine, installed all the drivers using the recovery CD. (computer remained without restarting)
everything worked well. After you have installed all the drivers, I restarted the computer and it came

"your account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrater' so I went safe mode created an administrator account.
Another thing to install TOSHIBA came after rrestarting the computer where I would choose an account name and password.
so after that I got through the process, he went on the desktop.

After that, he did it again. Computer keeps restarting, sometimes only takes a few seconds, sumtimes lasts 5 minutes.

RELATED ISSUE: Tuner FM from Toshiba keeps repeatedly installation and restart the computer.
then I went to msconfig and disabled everything on start up.

I don't know much about laptops, but in MY OPINION.

It is a software problem, VISTA/driver problem, if its vista I think it has something to do with the admin default thing, cus when I am connected to this account, that it has not been restarted.
but when this thing "account disabled" came and I had to use a new user, he did it again.

AND ALSO: When in safe MODE, the computer does not restart.

someone please get back to me.

    Thank you

  • HP Pavilion dv2000t keeps restarting...?

My friend has a laptop HP Pavilion dv2000 and it was incredibly slow. Someone had installed a variety of free antivirus and firewall for them programs, but it seemed that there was still a virus somewhere and nothing turn scans. The laptop is used primarily for access to the internet and has not been inflated with the software. We decided that a new facility would be the best bet. I used my external hard drive to back up all the files that they wanted to keep and we used the recovery DVD (we had to order one of hp because the burned game could not be located) to reinstall Vista. Initially, he started not as I expected to (na not ask name of the administrator or the zone or something like that, but I tell myself it's because it's a "valuation" and not a new installation) and the task bar and start menu was set to classic mode (not a huge problem (, but I thought the default was aero). Now the operating system takes about 5 minutes before it restarts. We tried to disable automatic reboot in case of system error, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I have a feeling that the virus survived the process of "valorisation" but I'm not sure. Safe mode seems to be stable. Any suggestions?

Has nother thing interesting I discovered everything in tinkering with him last night is that the recovery process while retaining a (c) for only 24 GB, the total capacity of the HD is 160 GB. The optical drive is labeled (d) and there is no HP_Recovery partition, which I thought to be a factory default. On another laptop HP (dv6000) there are two partitions (C :) and (d), (d) being the HP_Recovery partition and the optical drive marked (e). The system continues to restart without any error message. Finally does anyone know if recovery disks (disk: this is a single dvd) are able to completely reinstall the operating system? For example if I used a live CD to completely erase the hard drive (overwrite with zeros or) can I still restore Vista with the recovery disk? Or part of the operating system should remain intact because it is just "valorisation"? Thank you,

    Leonard Ortega

Yes we finally thought to it. It keeps restarting as part of the new installation procedure. I don't know why he has to do, but for some reason any HP needs to restart the system several times in order to get all the speed. Just start it upward and let it keep restarting, we had to let it run all night, so it may take a few hours. Just let it go, and it should work after that. Let me know if it works!

  • Help! My A1-811 keep restart itself

I need help! Ajter try to update to KitKat 4.4.2 manually using this article http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29931#_ga=1.159508285.1207883840.1437316707 my compressed get reboot forever. I did everything also, I downloaded the PDF of drivers and manuals Section and did exactly what he said, but the update will not install, just the image with the fallen Android and some information such as that in the manual. So after that I just pressed restart system and... nothing. It keeps restarting itself. Help me is it possible to fix it?

PS: In the section drivers and manual there are two files for the different image files. I get the WW_GEN, because before trying to update, I checked the last image in my settings, and it was ending with WW_GEN.

Good news! Today, I bring my tablet of service and it works with KitKat 4.4.2. But IronFly I have question for you. You said that the first time that I connect my Google account it automatically detects the applications installed in the front, but he didn't do it. I'm going to Google game store, and he wasn't the applications and games that has been installed on my front tray. Why?

EDIT: Oops, does not check in the sections "All". Sorry now everything is fine as before. Apps and games backup is saved and I can't countinue where I was arrested

But still, after all that I spent, it was terrible. Acer should do a video how update manually, I did everything as it says in the article! Maybe I should post this in the suggestions subforum?
