  I have an APEX page with a dynamic region of PL/SQL.  This region calls a PL/SQL procedure that generates html.  In this html code, open a form with a text box (id = "txtUserEnteredText") waiting for user input.  I need to know how to set the value of an element of APEX page on click of a button with text entered by the user. What I have tried is the next dynamic action for the button (without errors or data is returned):

  -Dynamic action

  Event: When a click on

  Article type: button

  Button: P20_GET_TEXT

  -Action

  Action: Set

  Set type: Expression JavaScript

  JavaScript expression: $x (document.getElementById('txtUserEnteredText').value);

  -The items affected

  Selection type: item (s)

  Product (s): P20_DISPLAY_TEXT

  What I expect is that the P20_DISPLAY_TEXT element will display the text entered by the user once the button is clicked.  Another way to say that it is perhaps that I need is to know how to retrieve a value from a rendered HTML element already generated by the PL/SQL Web ToolKit via a dynamic region of PL/SQL.  The HTML element in question is a text box that allows a user to enter text.  I need to retrieve the text entered in the user in order to process these data instead of using Web ToolKit procedures.

  I know it's a crazy way to do things, but I just need to know if I can do it and how.

  I use APEX 4.2.2 on the 11.2.0.3 database.

  Here's what I did in the end to enter the data in the database...

  1. at the level of the page, I created the following function to set the value of the hidden page element:

  function setItemValue (pRequest) {}

  var itemVal = $("input[name=txtUserEnteredText]").val ();

  $("#P20_DISPLAY_TEXT").val (itemVal);

  doSubmit (pRequest);

  }

  2. then, I created a point of region button named SUBMIT (as a redirect to URL) that called the function:

  JavaScript:setItemValue('SUBMIT');

  3. Finally, I created a process page (as after the presents... and when you press the button) call to a procedure of package to do the actual update:

  pkg_name.proc_name(:P20_DISPLAY_TEXT);

  Call 'HostDatastoreSystem.QueryVmfsDatastoreCreateOptions' of object "datastoreSystem-278"on vCenter Server 'vCenter.domain.local' failed."

  We have new Dell R710, with a new MD1000 DAS. We installed VMWare ESX 4.1 on the R710 134 GB. Using vCenter 4.1, we tried to format LUN 0 on the TB MD1000 11.82, but get the error above. We have also tried to format the additional storage of 4.1 vClient directly connected to the R710, we get the same error.

  We cannot find the error code of "datastoreSystem-278" indicated on VMware.com.

  We know that VMware 4.1 maximum file size is 2 TB and the maximum size of the Volume is 64 to, we should be able to format the additional storage/LUN to 12 TB?

  With the help of TPG, we know that Windows server 2008R2 can format > 12 to.

  Is there a limit or a procedure in the form of our 12 TB MD1000 DAS?

  A quick answer to your question is Yes, there is a limit and it is 2 TB - 512 k

  a longer answer is due to the fact that ESX (i) uses 2 SCSI to SCSI protocol, the maximum file size that can be address is 2 TB if you need more, you have two options,

  first of all, the documentation States extended, but this is not really recommended because it is effectly game SPLIT of disks, and the same rules apply if you lose a disk/datastore

  The second option is to use NFS as your warehouses of data, on the LUN size may be greater than 2 TB, and 2 TB limit for VMDK also disappeared.

  Having said that you use DAS and as such, you only have the possibility to use EXTENSIONS

• Cannot find the dependency of the module with signature

  I use Visual Studio 2008 sp1 and Visual c#. The program works very well in environmental development and as a standalone .exe in the development computer and another in which he is also VS 2008 sp1 is installed. But if I try to run the program as one demo on another machine without VS2008, it gives me a module not found message as soon as it starts. If I delete the references to AIChannelCollection and ChanType, the program load without error. It does not matter whether or not the target computer has MAX on it. All machines are Win 7. I do not actually use Measurement Studio, but it seems that the classes are somehow associated with it. It seems that the program generates the error as soon as he calls a method with ChanType or AIChannelCollection in it.

  This problem has been resolved internally. For reference:

  The Measurement Studio merge modules have a dependency on the Visual Studio merge modules. (NOR) must be given a specific signature and version of what our modules-dependent (for example, we cannot say something like "we depend on this signature of wildcards with this generic version; "This is a restriction on the level of the Windows Installer). What happens is the following:

  1 Microsoft released an update that changes the signature of module of the MSM that we are dependent (e.g. it's bad to do because its existing customers as use breaks)
  2. where Visual Studio will create a Setup project, it looks like our MSMs ModuleDependency ¿and attempts to locate the MSM. The problem is that the Microsoft Visual Studio MSM update have a different signature/version and so Visual Studio cannot locate the MSM. So the MSM Visual Studio don't get included in your Setup project.

  So, basically, there was a kind of update Microsoft (probably to VS 2008 SP1) which updates the modules that depend on our DAQmx merge modules. As a result, the old buildings no longer exist, so the Setup program creates a warning and fails finally when trying to run on a target computer.   I work for a company that provides mobile content for handsets and have you encountered a problem when the combinations of Jad/Jar for BlackBerry handsets. In most cases, the files we delivery are the Jad/Cod files, we have no problem with.

  The first problem we had is the Jad files, which we received from our suppliers have been referencing cod files which we have not been sent. We were sent only the Jar file. We have removed all RIM - COD... lines of the file Jad and the problem was resolved. On delivery, the MIDLET-JAR-URL is dynamically modified to point to a page on our site that provides the content, as explained below.

  However, when we tried to install two different applications (the two combinations of Jad/Jar) for a handset, we received the error message: "[App2] contains a module called [WebpageName]. A module with this name already exists in the application [App1]. If you continue, [App1] will be replaced by [App2]. "

  We deliver our streaming content to valid requests to a single web page. Unique QueryString parameters determine which files are provided to ensure that our content is secure. The [WebpageName] in the error is the name of the Web page that all files are delivered, IE: http://www.someurl.com/ [WebpageName] .aspx? foo = bar & this = who

  This causes us some problems when clients try to download multiple of these applications/games.

  I looked at the following article, which unfortunately did not help:

  I had to create a work around for the problem. I thought I would post it in case it helps anyone:

  In IIS, I created a Custom 404 error that redirects to the page [WebpageName]. I then used the file name of the Jar file to create the URL in Jad so the module name is taken with respect to the individual application.

  Example: The MIDLET-JAR-URL in Jad line is changed:

  From: [WebpageName] http://www.someurl.com/ .aspx? foo = bar & what =

  To: http://www.someurl.com/ [FileName] .app? foo = bar & what =

  By default, I have replace the .app extension so that it is not a type of file in IIS.

  Hope this helps someone else.

  I have a form with pages having engineered.  JS for spawning exception works very well.  However, a text field on model is driving me crazy.  I wish that this field ("CaseNum") to dynamically display the page number, given that the page number also matches the file number.  On templage ("getcase"), I can calculate the value for CaseNum using custom script calc (event.value = this. PageNum).  But it does not work because each page having spawned Gets the same value (that is to say, what is the latest issue of the page generated). I also tried the JS below, using P0.getcase.CaseNum as the field on the model in which I wish the page number/box number to display:

  There are many benefits to the latest version of Firefox. You may want to consider the old version running on a USB key with PortableApps. This way you will always be able to run the latest version for your daily activities.

  If you want to roll back to a previous version of Firefox, just take a glance section of the Knowledge Base install an older version of Firefox.

  The monitor should have a TB and adapter power connector. The monitor works on both OSX. ? If so, shut down of windows, connect monitor and start Windows. Your TB 2012 monitor is not plug-and-play with Windows.
