Please download the config file for 32-bit from the link given below and install it in a clean boot state.   I have a Portege R930 (pt331a-01w001) running Windows 7. All about the laptop works as expected, however, when I connect the laptop on a screen high resolution (2560 x 1440) via the HDMI port, I get a blue screen of death.
  Can I use the HDMI port to connect my 1080 p LCD TV and my monitor to work which is a lower resolution and it works well.

  I tried several cables and different monitors of the same resolution.

  Recovery disks do not use the Image you did install Windows and all software/drivers hard disk from the factory original.

  You would start with repair cd to restore the Image.

  The GT 730 requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI until mid-October 2012.  There is no way to add UEFI to the motherboard.  The last series of video cards that does not need UEFI was 640 gt.  I suggest you contact the manufacturer's Technical Support to help choose the best card for your computer.
