I read elsewhere on the site that someone had the same problem as me and earasing everything on computer seemed to have worked according to your suggestions (so I did and put everything on my USB). Later, I used the "dics ghost" factory, which deletes the database from the computer to the factory settings. So I'm trying to upgrade and the first CD has worked well "Acer upgrade disc. "Enter a different upgrade key
The upgrade key that you entered is for an edition of Windows that does not work with Windows Anytime Upgrade.  Enter a different key. »

Just to be sure, I tried upgrading several times, but got the same message.
Due to manufacturing defects, my laptop had to be repaired three times.  The motherboard has been replaced twice, the hard drive has been replaced three times and the processor once.  In fact, just a year last month, it still does not properly.  I bought the Windows Anytime Upgrade [upgrade to Windows 7 Professional to Home Premium] at the same time that I buy my laptop. Thank you

    Hello

Have you tried to update the display driver? Maybe you have an older version that is not fully compatible with Windows 7. Just check the Web from Toshiba site to get the latest version:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com > support & downloads > download drivers

Normally for mode full screen in games you choose the native screen resolution of your screen there.
    Check this box!

  • volmgrx.sys damaged during vista sp2 upgrade pc does not start

I had this problem after downloading and installing SP2. Well actually the never finished SP2 update correctly because this problem has occurred. To be precise:
1 - Download SP2 via windows Update and starts the installation.
2 - installation routine was told he needed to restart to complete update so I clicked on restart
3 - PC went in "installation of updates do not turn off" or something else
4 - PC restarted, but could not start
5 - went to Startup Repair where it could not solve the problem, but it has identified as being "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\volmgrx.sys boot critical file is corrupt.

That this problem had never occurred before that I can only assume that it was caused by a problem during the SP2 update. The problem is that I now have no way of fixing.

-The PC will not boot in Vista
-Startup Repair cannot fix the problem
-The manufacturer system restore function seems to have been boosted by the problem of too and will not work
-Booting from a recovery DVDs only gives options of startup repair (which does not solve the problem) or a clean install, I don't want to have to do.
-I can not replace the corrupted version of the file with a known good because it is protected (access denied) and I have no way to change the attributes of protection to allow it to be removed, or replaced.

Can someone please tell me how I can fix this apparently simple problem and avoid having to trash the system and rebuild it?

  • Satellite L670 - after Win 8 upgrade WIFI does not work properly

Afteer upgrade to Win 8, the WiFi of my Satellite L670-128 has stopped working properly.

The connection only works some time, usually only a few seconds before the connection is lost.
After a few seconds or minutes the connection is restored, just soon to be lost again.

Cannot download large files or even to see larger photos on normal web pages. Is there any Win8 driver for Broadcom coming 802.11n network card, or should I throw one 2.5 year old computer in the trash?

Buy a usb-wlan card is not an option, as wireless mice is already "permanently" reserving one of the three usb ports and wlan card it would be just to the left...

To my knowledge this L670 series isn t Win 8 taken in charge and this means that there is no special Win 8 drivers for this device, so I put t think you will find an another Win 8 driver for this WLan card.

But do you really want to throw this laptop in the trash just because the wifi does not work properly running Win 8?
The device was working properly under Win 7?

I would recommend running a few Wlan test.
For example; Disable wireless encryption on your router and Wifi connectivity with the open network do that just for testing purposes, perhaps you will need to change the type of encryption to test.

Windows is no longer autoplays CD/DVD because of the possibility of malware that infected the autorun / autoplay executable. Manually go to the DVD drive and run the Setup program and follow the upgrade produres mentioned earlier.
