Installation CC update since system restore problems

Hello

I am on Windows 7 and had to do a restore of the system this morning. So far everything worked perfectly with CC. Now, I get a consistent message: "a new version of the creative cloud is available. Updated now? "When I click on the"Update"button, it displays"Installer initialization,"then"launch creative cloud Office", disappears windows of the Office of loads for a few seconds, then the message,"a new version of the creative cloud is available. Updated now? "appears again. He travels just by that time and again. My CC apps seem to load and work very well.

Any ideas how I can get the update to install? I can install it manually?

Thanks for any help!

It seems that your computer is unable to remove the creative cloud application.  This is probably due to the system mentioned above, restore feature that was used.

I recommend that you try everything first to remove the creative Cloud application using Control Panel programs and features.  If you continue to experience difficulties then please see http://forums.adobe.com/message/5635591#5635591#5635591 for additional steps.

  • SERIOUS PROBLEM! Help! Windows not working, Defender update do not update, missing system restore points...

Someone please help! I am an intermediate user and I can't get windows update to work since December 4. I was on youtube and what you clicked on a link under a video, a Malware Removal window skipped upward and before I could do anything he disappeared since this happened, windows update does not work, (not KB972696) (error 80072efe code). I ran AVG, advanced system care and a multitude of online programs that say they will fix the problem with nothing doesn't. I tried to remove the "winhelp" virus last night by doing the hard and using regedit, but it did not help. I'll do anything to remedy. Can someone help me please. I am at a total loss about what to do next? I get a sign of malware/trojan removal of ad-aware and defender who said "onacokuhupotovun.dll_old" but he says it removed but it comes back. I get a pop-up from windows saying "a service host has stopped working and was closed" but soen can't say that. How can I return update still works once, then update of Defender and system restore points?

I use an Intel core duo 2, E7500 2.94 ghz, 4gig of ram, Vista professional.

    Help, please!

  • Task Manager/System Restore problems

I have Windows XP - from one day to the next, the Task Manager has changed appearance. All I can see are the processes. It does not show running programs, refresh, stop, etc..  So I tried System Restore and cannot restore.

Looks like you can be / are the Task Manager running in mode tiny/small footprint.

If you double-click on the empty space around the border of the screen of the Task Manager, it will change from normal mode, and then you should see the tabs you are accustomed to seeing.

  • System restore problems

This morning.... woke up went to computer it fine

so of the error messages in the lower left corner by saying that this file and this file was corrupt - that was the message of the yellow trianage.
While the "record all users ' documents and settings was corrupt.

If a system restore one day last week - when I knew that everything was fine. This succeeded, but when the thing started again a lot of software files were missing, dial internet connection, and the menu was a fifth the size it was before - a lot of things went like all programs:

    all programs
    Accessories
    System - missing tools

Then I tried to book the system restore and it works not - a reported that he had failed. So tried to do a system restore I left yesterday. If not what should I do?
The file with all of your software is still there, but it's reinstalling Dial etc.

    Any advice appreciated

    Hello

As far as I know the System Restore tool restores the operating system to the point of beginning and all files.
If you have installed the files or have changed some settings after the restore point, all these things will be deleted after you use the System Restore tool.

A similar problem had happened to me. I saved a large number of files on the second partition, and after using the System Restore tool all these files and data that was created after the restore point has been deleted.
    There is nothing to see

If you use the tool at any time, you must create several restore points.

  • Satellite A500 - system restore problem

    Hello

Recently I replaced the HARD drive in my A500 1 2 with WD5000BPKT with Advanced Format. When I try to restore the system of system restore Toshiba dvd I created, restart the computer after the installation of recovery and error message gives:

    File: \windows\system32\DRIVERS\LPCFilter.sys
    Status: 0xc0000428
WIndows cannot verify the Digital Signature of the driver.

Boot Manager Windows "screen" always comes to the top and Windows does not start.
    1. ask a windows installation disk-thought, it was given to Toshiba Recovery DVD I burned.
2 Chosse language settings - click next
    3. click on "repair your computer."

    How to restore my system?

    Hello

To be honest, it's the first time I see this error message.
Are you sure that the new HARD drive is OK?
Maybe installation issues concern the new installed HARD drive?

It would also be possible that your recovery DVDs was not created properly
Who knows that anything is possible

In your case, I recommend to check the HARD drive first. The test of HARD disk drive is an excellent tool. Select this check box. Its freeware

If the tool would not detect any errors, then you should try to install a Windows operating system by using a different disk, you can also order a new disc of recovery from here:

Network adapter Atheros AR8151 PCI-E on the map connected to the LAN Cat6

    Windows Pro 10

Windows Home Server 2011 on LAN

I had a hard drive failure partial who gave no symptoms or errors except a VERY slow start-up and operation.  I tried to do a restore of the entire system of my Home Server 2011 backups to see if, perhaps, just the image was corrupt.  USB was created and all drivers copied from pilots for the full system restore folder.  Has started the full restoration of the system and loaded the missing NETWORK adapter driver by using the scanner for drivers.  Driver support was successful but no lights NIC and the message "cannot find server".  NETWORK card was working fine before, even with the bad hard drive and also after the abandonment of the restoration.  Installed the new drive hard C:-System and that was the main problem, BUT..., the later to restore attempt was always the NIC starts not problem.  Tried the driver directly at Gigabyte support and drivers drivers for the full restoration of the system of records from several different backups.  No love.  Just NIC does not start after the specified load successful pilot.

    All good advice?

  • Oblivion save games system restore problem

So, a month ago, I deleted some files that I thought were unnecessary. Well after that I deleted files and I tried to run Oblivion he says something like this: "missing bink32" or something like that, so I took my save games and made copies and uninstalled the game and then I installed back again, I placed the games in the right folder backup, this time, the game worked fine , but when I tried to load my most recent backup, the game said this: "something is maybe missing" or something like that and then he asked if I wanted to continue and I clicked ok. The game starts to load the backup, but every time I tried to load the game crashed. A few older stops worked well, but I really want to get the most recent return. So took me about a month to put the process on the issue, I asked my friend that what I have to do, and he said that I should try to use system restore, well, I got very happy about this, but when I tried to use it, I realized he would restore only as two weeks back , and uninstalling happened like a month ago, so I'm asking what to do and how to get my back stops. Thank you and sorry if my English was bad, it is not my mother tongue.

    Hi leibakki,

Please use the forum for Support of Vista,

I can offer you some advice on a possible solution, but it is outside the scope to our support forum.  We can help you if you are having problems with the game play in Vista, but no recovery recorded the game files.

Here's something you might want to try, keep in mind the system restore will be only restore system files.  All other files will be NO affect, so very probably that your saved game will not return either.  If you can locate the game recorded in his file, try right-clicking on the file and select the tab from the previous Version.  If there are dates, you can restore the retroactive to the date that you choose and I hope this will allow you to load your game.  Sorry, we can't help you much with the problem, but I hope that help.

  • Windows 7 - How to create installation of the automatic system restore points

After installing Norton 2010 Security Suite, my hp officejet pro 8500 printer stopped printing. When I tried to do a system restore, I found that I had only a restore point and that was created after the installation of Norton.

Under XP, I had restore points created every day, automatically.

How to configure the creation of automatic system restore points in Windows 7 Pro?

    Hello Mikeoncamano,

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site

Turn on or turn off System Restore

System Restore regularly changes made to your computer's system files and uses a feature called system protection to create restore points. System protection is turned on by default on the hard disk that Windows is installed. You can enable restoring the system for other disks by turning on system protection for these disks.

You can not turn on protection system for a disc is formatted by using the FAT or FAT32 file systems.

    To turn on System Protection

Open system by clicking Start , right-clicking computer, and then click Properties.

In the left pane, click system protection.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Under Parameters of Protection, click the disk, and then click Configure.

    Do one of the following:

To be able to restore system settings and previous versions of files, click on restore system settings and previous versions of the file.

To be able to only restore previous versions of files, click only restore previous versions of files.

Click OK, and then click OK again.

    Kind regards

It will create automatically restore points when there are changes to the computer or Windows.

Disable your Norton protection system and check if she created the restore point...

  • Windows 7 Starter System Restore problem.

I have restored my netbook to factory settings, and now two accounts lift you, "Director" and "other users". When I select Admin, I get the error message "this account has been disabled. See you system administrator. "When I click on other users what I (thought) my username and password, it says it is incorrect. I've read a few other similar questions and nothing happens when I try F8, alt + F10. Solve this?

If you did a factory restore then Windows will ask you a user name and a password at first startup.

If you have a regular system restore then your accounts and passwords will be put back to what they were the day you have selected a restore date.

How to get Vista recovery Media and/or to use the Vista recovery Partition on your computer.

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

You can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

They will tell you how to do this.

Every computer manufacturer has their way of doing recovery disk/s.

Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
