  Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.

  Go to Control Panel > program and features.

  Under the list of programs, look for " 2012 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package (x 64)" and uninstall the same.

  When you are prompted to " reboot" the computer.

Then we see the CS6 main page or window. Then click on 'help', then we see Disable all grey, not able to highlight or a link to something. Old forums indicate contact Adobe. We go to the adobe support window and says no links available for this product, forums only phone contact.  Is there a link to 'chat' to someone at Adobe. Today could have an easy answer, but I think that some rear wheels on the ground in movement are necessary and the thing "trial and error" to do. Changes in Google lately might cause problems here with these XP, I see glitches every week in general performance given that Google made improvements. What to do next?  Jimmy G
