  I have a new computer and you have to install my Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4. I still have my serial number and whenever I click on the link for the download I have in my email it automatically takes me to the new Adobe CC 2015.

  I downloaded the demo of 2015 CC just in case, but I don't want to pay for something I already bought. I want to just add my CS6 serial number and start editing again soon.

  It is strange that you have run the cleanup tool and that it did not always work

  You can try to connect to the Root user account and then run the cleanup tool and then check.
