  Hi I got recently to clear my computer just because it has crashed and erased all of my computer. I always have my backup of my adobe Creative Suite CS6 on my time machine upwards. Is it possible to re - install this on my my computer without making a full time machine backup? I avoid doing this because I already did and my computer won't go to EL CAPTAIN if I do it this way. Help!

  Hi, I recently bought a new computer, but when I transferred my creative suite 6 to my new computer, I realized that I needed to enter a serial number or key, I do not know... The problem is that the creative suite has been installed when I was in College, and they kept the CD and everything, so I don't have any number. Is it possible, as it is still installed on my old computer to find the serial number if I could use it on my new computer, because I can't really afford to buy a new license.

  HOWEVER... If CS6 has been installed BY an employee of the University, I THINK that you do not actually have the software, and you will not be able to activate the software because you are not the owner and that you do not have the ID of origin used for initial installation and activation

BUT when I go to Adobe and download the 'Extended' version, he says that I have a better program already installed. IF this program is Pro 9, so it lacks the 3D capture feature I used to create 3D models interactive PDF user of AutoCAD 3D off the coast of the model tab.   Any idea what I need to do?  Thanks, Cliff

  The version of Acrobat provided with CS4 was Acrobat 9 Pro. Acrobat 9 Pro Extended was sold as a stand-alone product.

  If you already have Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, and then uncheck the option to install Acrobat when installing CS4, and you can continue using the stand-alone copy. Acrobat and CS4 don't actually talk to each other, so the installation of CS4 will not affect your installation of Acrobat unless you force the CS4 install program to replace it.

I read the number of the guy who answered the phone at Adobe, gave him my serial number and he confirmed that it was indeed valid and that one cat would help me surely solve the problem and not to worry.
