  You haven't don't need CS4 to install CS6 (Upgrade). The serial numbers for the old and the new version will be enough.

  During the installation of the CS6 Setup invites you to enter the serial number previous version and the current version number.

  Enter the respective serial numbers when prompted and it should be good :-)

  This is true of some software, but it is not the case for Adobe or Microsoft software.

  Older versions must be uninstalled manually when you're good and ready.

  Many users want to have the old and new versions available for a period of time for example contiunue using the old version for the production of a time all to get used to the new version.

  In addition, you should know that CS4 has dropped some features that were available in earlier versions:

  "Deprecated features.

• No way to upgrade to CS4 Extended CS4 versions?

  Looking at the options of upgrade/eligibility under Photoshop CS4 Extended Upgrade in the store, there is no list for Photoshop CS4.  The difference in price (full-full) is $ 300.  So, if I am not mistaken, if I'm still "allowed" to update CS4 to CS4 Extended, it will cost me $50 more than if I had just bought CS4 Extended pure and simple?  Is this correct?  I can spend my old version of CS (8.0) for the same amount.  This does not seem right to me.

Try to install the program istall check my system profile then asks me the serial number of the product. all well up to this point, then on the next page, it tells me it cannot find an existing product to upgrade and asks me to insert the serial number of the eligible product. I have the full version of the standard cs3 on my Mac so I insert the number. OK so far. on the same page it asks me to choose my product qualifying showing cs3 extended in the box. However when I try to insert the standard cs3 I find there is nothing to change this option only one.  On the adobe website, it clearly shows that I should be able to update to the standard version, expanded. Can someone dvise me. I bought the upgrade of Apple and it is the international version.

  It could be you have been sent or given the wrong upgrade package.

Surely, there must be a way to do this.

  You can install the upgrade to Photoshop CS4, serial number for the CS2 you will work as Adobe has not extinguished the activation server, which means the serial number are always good for installation.

  I will be rebuilding my PC which has Windows 7 Home 64 bit installed.  I did the upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 with a family 3-pack.  Can I use a disk Windows 7 Home full version and just use the key to version upgrade license?  Seems a little ridiculous that I have to install another OS and do the upgrade.  I searched the forums and could not easily find an answer to this question.  Help, please.  Thank you!

  I had been using windows XP 32 bit before decide me get windows 7. I have read around and thought you could buy the "version upgrade of windows 7" and go for 32-bit windows xp to windows 7 64 bit. Unfortunately, when I got home to do a clean installation of windows 7, I received an error message when I put in the 64-bit and says that the disc is not compatible with my current windows. I called Mircrosoft and they told me that with the version of windows upgrade 7 "" you can't go from 32 to 64-bit, that I would need to get the full version of this one for $200 here in the Canada. Unfortunately, at this time, I have the product installed and running. I'm a bit disappointed in this light my 6 GB of ram go lose and not to mention my $120 I spent. So I wanted to know are another that blow $200 for full windows 7 and lose my $120 on the updated version, is there another method to get the 64-bit? Because at this point, I am at a total loss.

  You can go from 32-bit XP to Windows 7 64 bit by doing a custom (clean) install with an upgrade version disk.  You don't need to buy a full version disc.  But you can't start from the upgrade disk.

  I don't know what you have installed now.  If XP is installed, turn on the computer, insert the DVD upgrade after start XP and follow the prompts.  This method might also work if 32-bit Windows 7 is installed.  If not, maybe to re - install XP to start the upgrade.

  You can go directly to TC 6.x or TC7.x if you want to, with all the different security issues, probably the best going with the latest version of the software. Just need a version key valid since it is a major release of the version you currently have.

  Looking to register your telepresence to CUCM codecs? If so, suggest you read Administration of running TC7.2 on 10.5 UCM endpoints.  If you plan to save your end points of CUCM, you CUCM destined firmware.  If you plan to save your VCS or use as a standalone codec, then the software package that you have surrounded in your image, it is what you want.

  VCS will require a release key as well, since it will be a major version upgrade, the latest version is X8.5 that came out last month. MCU requires that no key release at all, so you can improve it without concern.

  Since then, I decided to build a new computer using the Haswell i7 architecture and an SSD for the boot drive, and I want to start with a clean OS install. The old system will be eliminated parted and the boot drive is destroyed.
  Is there a way to install my license Pro Win8 existing on the new system? If so, is it possible to do without the installation of Vista and upgrade to Win7 and then Win8? I guess I should buy a new Pro Win8 license, but it will cost nearly $300 if I merge the $90 I just spent from Win7 to Win8.

  Recently, I bought a new computer and I am trying to reinstall CS 4 on this subject with the CD as much as I bought a few years ago. On my old computer time CS4 and CS2 had been installed. CS4 was an upgrade that I think. In any case, I am prevented installation of CS4 because it cannot find a previous product of CS. It says serial number is invalid this is absurd. I retyped it controls 3 times for errors on my part. None for this purpose.  So, what should I do then? I'm working on a deadline when trying to get jobs at the door.

  If cs2 is not installed, you will be asked the cs2 serial number, for example, the serial number cs4.  Be sure to enter the correct serial number to each guest.
