  The HARD drive on the second partition recovery folder to your laptop factory settings and so it has a capacity of 5 GB. The image in this folder contains the operating system (Vista), all the drivers and tools.

  So in your case I would not reduce the 5 GB partition.

  In General, you should always create a recovery disk.
  If you have created a recovery disc then this disk will help you set the laptop back to factory settings. This means that all the HARD disk should be formatted and would once again create all partitions. This means that you will get these two partitions again.

  If you want to move the free space in partition D to C, then you will need to use a software of partitions. I use GParted its great tool

• OfficeJet 6830: installation of printer on the second system shared

  I had a HP 6700 installed and shared success between two systems Win 10.  When the printer broke, I bought a HP 6830 and installed on one of the systems.  Went well.  The second system, repeated measures, all right.  Tried to print a random mail of chrome, no results whatsoever.  Checked Panel Printers, seen old printer was by default, deleted old printer, selected new printer and the default value.  Tried to print e-mail again, no results at all.  Double checked the control panel printers, 6830 saw new is now by default, print tried again, same result.

  Thanks for all the help.   Since this is a new printer, I was able to do a live chat with an excellent HP technician.  She resumed the system, discovered I had checked somehow shown as a default fax device. Which explains clearly what was going on.  We did the default printer, and everything was fine.

  If you already have two simultaneous activations in use and want to spend one of your existing activations to another computer, and then deactivate you the software on one of the existing computers before you install on the new computer. Open any application (for example, Photoshop), then click on help (Win) or Photoshop (Mac) > disable to disable the entire suite on this computer.

  No need to uninstall the software once disabled. You can leave installed in case you want to reactivate it later.

  There is nothing special, just remove them as you usually do. The thing most important you have already made the recovery discs. :)
