  You must use the exact installation file that corresponds to your serial number.  of course, the versions must match.

  a little less obviously an acrobat pro installation file must be used with a number of pro series, and if a serial number is a sequence that includes acrobat, you must use the installation files on.

  We use Essbase Studio 11.1.2.1.00 with EAS, IST (all 11.1.2.1.00) and now I am trying to install just Essbase Studio 11.1.2.2 and do not touch other Hyperion products (which are: Shared Services, EAS and environmental impact assessment).
  
  I downloaded and extracted the 7 parts for 11.1.2.2 and when I run the installation using installtool.cmd I had the window of setup of EMP and on the page where I should be able to select the option ' Version of Maintenance apply "is grayed out now leaving me with only the 'New Installation' option, which I won't do.   You may be in the view of eLive currently. Click the media tab in the organizer of items and that should fix the problem.

• Can not do a fresh install of the CS2 CDs Pshop: Pshop App Install Option is "Grayed Out".

  I have CS2 Premium that I am running on an older PowerPC Mac (G5 - dual 2.3 GHz) running OS 10.4.11. I have had this setup for many years (registered/activated with Adobe) but all of a sudden one day I could no longer run my Photoshop application: when I clicked on the icon of Pshop he would start the procedure of (open) launch... and then almost instantly he would leave (within a few seconds before the application has even had ' title/credit' on-screen).

  I recently tried to uninstall CS2 (all except Acrobat) and I ended up doing a manual uninstall of Version Cue. I've been on a Mac for 20 years and so thought this might be a fairly simple procedure - uninstall-> reinstall, then back to work.  Nope.

  I'm looking for a new direct installation the original CD of CS2. In any case, when I try to (re) install CS2 - and after through the standard screens with Adobe and selection of disk usage agreement hard installation - I get to the screen where you choose what applications to install by checking the boxes (or, Alternatively, to install the entire suite) but the "Adobe Photoshop CS2/Adobe ImageReady CS2" line and the box are grayed out , so it will not allow me to archive them and to continue the process of installation of Photoshop. Gah!

  I've been struggling with this for hours ... but no progress.

  Any ideas on what I need to do to allow Photoshop to be installed again?

  After you have uninstalled firefox, remove all traces of the registry and installed a disc, many scans for malware, spyware and anti-virus and scans even programs programs, registry cleaning, I found that there are no problems with my computer

  I then tried to install an older version of firefox (v20) hoping that would solve the problem, to my surprise, everything finally worked!
  so I've updated to v26 and nothing worked as above!
  Then I tried downgraded v25 and once again everything worked!

  Since I understand that the issue was NOT with my profile, extensions, plugins, settings or whatever it is my fault, there is a problem with firefox 26 and more!

  If someone has similar problems, I recommend that you install a previous version of firefox and see how it works, disable automatic updates if that helps the issue

  You format your drive Seagate for a Mac? It is delivered formatted for Windows and if you are wrong in the installation of the software on the drive, it will be read/write until the software stops, then you will be able to read the disc.

  Select the drive, then the get info (cmd - i). See if it says that the format is NTFS. If this is the case, it is formatted for Windows and OS X can only read the drive natively. You can install a third-party software to read and write, but it is apparently not well maintained and seems to fail to update to OS X.

  If this is the case, I would say you move the files to another drive and then format the drive as Mac OS extended (journaled), then move the files back.

  Yesterday, I tried to downgrade my iPad Mini 2 (128 GB) of 9.3 to 9.2 of iOS in DFU mode. Before that, I backed up my iPad in iTunes. After decommissioning, apparently all of my 3rd party apps have been wiped out, and that left me with a huge 'other' part of the use of the iPad. So I decided to reset the iPad and erase everything. I noticed that after the reset, the iOS returned to 9.2.1.

  When I plugged the iPad to my computer later, and tried to restore the backup, I got the message "the backup cannot be restored for iPad because the software is too old". In addition, in the iTunes iPad summary page, the button "restore backup... "is grayed out.

  I guess it's because I backed up my iPad to iOS 9.3, and now it's 9.2.1. But y at - it another way to restore backup of iTunes? Or do I have to update to 9.3 first? iOS 9.3 is currently unavailable (last week it was, however).

  You cannot restore a more recent iOS backup on a device that has an older iOS. You have saved when running iOS 9.3 and your device is now in 9.2.1. You must update the device until backup, you can ise. Unfortunately, as you know, the update is no longer available. Apple shoot because there were significant problems.

  I have a W530, with installation standard i7 and 16G.

  I want to activate HV - X and found that they are marked as being disabled and disabled in the BIOS, also date is grayed out too.

  Do you know how to fix it? I7 should take over virtualizaion, while times of setting is grayed out, I think it's a safety issue or a bug in the BIOS, but I had the same problem with the BIOS in February 2013 and also update to the latest version of BIOS, 2014, same problem here.
