Installation of Illustrator problem - number Unicode (Web Premium CS4; 10 64-bit Windows)

A few years ago, I bought Adobe Web Premium CS4. Earlier this year, I bought a new laptop with Windows 10 64-bit onboard. I installed CS4 - it took place without a hitch. Unfortunately, a few days ago, I had to have my reinstalled system. After the relocation and the update of my laptop, I tried again to install the Adobe software. This time, everything went well outside the Illustrator who can't run. My problem looks like the one described here: Adobe Illustrator Spanish version crashes or won't start or launch | Windows 8.1 -the difference is the language of my system is Polish. Whenever I try to launch the program, the system inform me that Illustrator is not compatible with my operating system and I should change the settings for programs that don't support Unicode. Of course, I tried to do this, but without success...
I contacted Adobe experts, but they do not know the solution and they sent me here. Is it possible to solve my problem? If this isn't the case - download the English version of Illustrator? Although it is part of Web Premium, a consultant from Adobe suggested it would not work as I have for the Web Premium serial number not for Illustrator itself.
Help, please! I seriously need Illustrator and cannot afford new version.
Thanks again, Ned Murphy. The problem is that I bought a new laptop, because the former was far too slooooow for work with the most demanding programs (such as I, for example). Yet, I really appreciate your efforts to console me.
Fortunately, I managed to find a solution. It's pretty simple - all I had to do was to change the settings for programs that do not support Unicode in the language of my operating system (in my case - Polish [sic!]). For all of you who are having the same problem - you can find this option in the control panel > regional and Language Options (in Windows 10 regions only) as described here: How to change the language for non-unicode programs settings in Win10?
That's all. Everything works fine again - I can't believe :)

Installation of Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium CS4 - No PhotoShop/Illustrator
I have registered for Web Premium CS4 serial number that I'm trying to reinstall on OSX Yosemite. I removed the superdrive in my machine last year, so I downloaded installation program appropriate to the Adobe site.
I launched the program installation and my key entry, which was accepted, but in the list of installation options customized, I wasn't able to select all commodities (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver etc.), ancillary products like Acrobat, AIR and so on. I went with the standard installation instead, but this has not yet installed all the commodities.
The re - run the installer, I get only the option to install or reinstall the auxiliary products: Photoshop and others still do not appear as options grayed out now.
My series was licensed student, acquired in 2009. It is true that it is now expired? The software worked fine until I had a game with 30 day trials CC last year, but I don't feel the amount I use the software would justify the cost of the subscription/upgrade.
Any help to restore my Photoshop and Illustrator would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you have IIS as the Web server 'by default'.
Try this http://localhost: 8080
If that takes you to the Apache Web server, then you must set it as your default.

News added: it is possible that both are listening on port 80 and IIS is a winner. To reconfigure IIS, open it and site web by default, you must change the site link. Http must be on port 8080.
If Apache is already set to port 80, then you will not need to do anything else. I think that is fair. I don't know how to set up Apache to listen on port 80 if it is defined on port 8080. I do not have to look at.
Make sure that you stop and restart your web services.

They no longer carry versions of languages of Western Europe, but I'm guessing that Hungary falls more on the eastern side. You can try to contact someone on this site to see if they have something to offer to your needs. They are the only resource known by most here for links to older versions of Adobe. In fact, they download from Adobe servers.
You can also try to contact the Support from Adobe directly via chat. They might be able to provide a link, at least I saw here several times.

You can not buy Web Premium CS4 more! Shocked? So here's a convincing answer for you...:
Since you want to buy a Volume License, then you can buy the current version which is CS6 and 'Downgrade' of CS4. This Downgrade is available only with Volume licenses and does not come with the retail version. You can buy the Volume Licensing of CS6 on the purchase of Adobe license or reseller site and contact support Adobe Chat or telephone to request a downgrade.
Adobe delivers only the serial number for CS4, after decommissioning, but does not download for this product box issue. So before asking a downgrade you fix CS4 media yourself. You can go to the site to check if the required product is available by download link / box of replacement.
If it is not available in the link above, you can contact an Adobe authorized reseller to check with them if support is available.
Once you buy the full version of CS6 and media for CS4, you can contact the Adobe Support at the request of decommissioning. Usually, they would ask for these queries, so keep this information available when you contact them:
1 down the name, version, platform and language product
2. reason for Downgrade

This is the error message when you try to install my CS6 Design and Web Premium, I received. I tried installing on another computer using Windows 7 without any problem, so I tend to believe that the problem is with Windows 7 on my machine. I recently had to do a clean install of the original operating system (Vista) and then to reload my upgrade to Windows 7. I tried to close all programs, including my Microsoft Security Suite and reinstall with the same result. I also tried to rename the Files\Common\Adobe\OOBE to OOBE.bak and resettlement program. I got the same result. I checked the logs of the fatal errors and did not. Any suggestions on how to fix this? My system is a 32-bit system running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 and is up-to-date on all the latest updates. Download, installation, setting up

Installation of Illustrator problem

I have a MacBook Pro (17-inch, 2.4 GHz) built 2007, on El Capitan, and I have problems with the installation of Illustrator. Other applications of CC are installed and works very well.
I installed Illustrator, but it doesn't have to be open, so I tried to re - install. And because each installation attempt looks like this: it starts installation, progress goes from 0 to 99% immediately, Illustrator appears on the list of installed applications for a second then disappears and appears on the list of applications available for installation.
So I uninstalled all applications of the CC and the creative cloud application, restarted the computer and installed application creative cloud from scratching. But it did not help. Illustrator does always the same strange, while other applications work correctly.
There were previous installations of Illustrator (like CS5 or CS6) on the Mac, but they have been uninstalled some time ago and this cell was not in use for a while. Now, I'm giving him a new life.
Are there cases where some old files are sitting and confusing installation app? I'm not a Mac expert, so any help appreciated!

Adobe Web Premium CS4 - Adobe updater "there is no update at this time"
I did a clean install of Adobe CS4 Web Premium via the orginal DVD media.
Immediately after I go to the update to update the adobe products, but he said only: "there are no updates at this time."

I hope that this has not been asked before, but my question is this: I want to upgrade my laptop Windows XP to Windows 7. But I've heard that all programs be uninstalled after installing Windows 7 on a computer running Windows XP. I have to reinstall all the programs again to use CS4 Web Premium. But my student edition says that I can only install the program on two computers. Does that mean I can install the program twice, or can I still install on the same laptop after changing the operating system (I installed CS4 on both computers, my computer, laptop and desktop)? The question isn't installation... it's activation. Disable the software first. (Help > deactivate from any application).
Back up all your data, preferences, etc. because, as you note, it will be a clean install of Windows. Know that it is only cool method to upgrade a Windows installation. NEVER don't upgrade a Windows in place (or, IMO, Mac OSX).

None. The only thing you'll be missing is Photoshop CS5 64-bit version.
Setup will only install the 32-bit version.
You seem to have the impression that there is a series of 64-bit. This is not the case. There is only one version of each suite.
In the case of suites with Photoshop you get both installed with a 64-bit operating system. For the production and the masters collections there are several applications that are 64-bit only, but this will not affect you.
