I am the system administrator, logged as such, can't find a way to change these policies of 'administratoer' to allow me to download and install a program that I want to install!

However, you can try the steps below and check if it helps to install Quick time.
Method 1

b. right click on Setup.exe or install icon.
c. click the run as Administrator option.
Check if the program is installed.
Method 2
Try to temporarily disable control user account (UAC) on the computer and try to install the program and check if he moved very well. Subsequently re-enable the UAC settings after installing the program.

original title: facilities program
During ANY installation of a program (e.g. Skype), I get the "year error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:\Program\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu. What happened with cd installs, but also downloads on the internet. I already "took possession" of the computer, which is still delayed freaking, but am still unable to fight through all the questions of security, I guess that. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm about to DOWNGRADE to something more user-friendly. Thank you
BTW, this is WINDOWS 7 Home Premium
I had this problem for a long time on Windows 7. Finally, by pure chance I came across this solution that solved the problem. -Take the shortcut of the property
http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html
You will need to run the "fusion" in the context menu of a reg file, published as part of the solution to change some registry settings. On any folder, you'll get a context menu 'Take Ownership' which restores the property correctly. This solves a lot of problems installing.
Many people have trouble with this and therefore decided to post here.
Gem of a solution. Thanks to GRIM and Brink on Windows 7 Forum!

How to make windows require a password during the installation of new programs?
How to make windows require a password during the installation of new programs?
Hello
You will not be able to circumvent the password that appears before the execution of actions (installing a new program) in a non administrator account. If you are logged on as administrator, and again, you get the command prompt, you can disable UAC (User Account Control) to stop the password dialog window.
However, as a work around you can right-click on the installation of the program files and select run as administrator. Check if this is useful.
Let me know if I can help you with this question or any problem related to Windows.

Muse CC x 64 installs in C:\Program and not C:\Program Files
I want to install Muse CC x 64 through creative cloud Packager. Whenever I installed Muse, it installs to C:\Program and leading mad Windows.
I have re-uploaded Muse via CCP, but I'm still having this problem. I'm doing something wrong?
Edit the ExceptionConfig file. It is just an XML file. If you reformat it is not all recorded on a single line, you need to change line 109. Serach otherwise for the Muse section and change the Argument with the [INSTALLDIR] value.
[INSTALLDIR] must be enclosed in quotes. Change this key value to look like this:
You can then run the ExceptionDeployer.exe and it will install properly.
If you are manually install and don't define the installation directory be sure to place in quotation marks or use the 8.3 name path file to install.

Hi, I am trying to run restoring the system on my desk is a problem with the program in a loop. He directs the system restore and then comes back just to start the system again Restore page. How to solve this? I started having problems when I have updated the BIOS on my motherboard. When I installed the motherboard at the start, I think I used the incorrect installation disc (my son has same brand motherboard but the sound is more advanced).
Recovery of your computer (Windows) using "Recovery Partition" of the Manufacture or

To access the recovery Partition, start your computer, and then by pressing the appropriate function key. It can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12, DEL or tab key. Check the list below or your user manual for your brand and model.
If your hard drive has failed, do not have a recovery partition or the recovery partition is not accessible,
Then, you must contact the manufacturer support team and ask for a "recovery disc" which allows to reinstall Windows 7.How access/start the process of recovery of the manufactures listed below.

All Windows updates and all the patches and individual installation on my program
Is someone can you please tell me why every windows update fills up my programs?
I have about 30-40 on my all programs.
Can I remove all?
I don't have this problem on my other pc just this laptop.
Thank you in advance.Hello
It seems that no one is able to answer this question here. If you have 2 possibilities:
-disable the update of windows to avoid an additional installation of new updates and etc...
-go to "Add/Remove Applications" and uncheck the 'Show updates' (or something similar). This box should be at the bottom of this windowOtherwise, you should check out other, more associated microsoft forums, or just google a bit around to find an answer.
Welcome them

Incomplete installation of the program unknown - unable to capture/playback pop box
I am more able to update/install programs. I get an error message indicating that another installation is running. Programs already checked to see which would be installed to recently. Also checked the tasks of process & CPU Manager to try to identify which tries to run background booklet. Without success. The pop-up flashes too fast... impossible to read.
Also tried to run the detection of problem Windows progr. It is said there is a program in execution, but it does not provide a solution to cancel or complete installation.
Is there another way to catch/see what is at fault for giving up and reinstall correctly?
Run a full scan with your antivirus software.
Your installer of Windows can still run, try this to return to normal:

Dima
Hi Shane,
Thanks again for your response, I finally got a solution.
After uninslalling and the computer completely from products OR cleaning, manually by removing all remaining folder and files and cleaning the registry, I installed a new copy of LabVIEW by selecting only the LV 2011 components.
In addition, I think that did the trick, after a new version of the project of creation, I notised there are files that appear twice, for example: dp.msi and .msi dp (2), so I deleted the Installer project and physically on the disc.
... Finally, after creating a new installer and install on the target machine (that I also cleaned and deleted all the old files) the installation went well, and the web server has been deployed.
Thanks again for the help,
Dima
