  Just prior to leaving changes (installation in this case) is done on the Mac OS application password & it must be the password for Mac system. This password is the native guest of the system clean & accept the password only. Please make sure that it's the right password (all/admin rights) and the game should work.

• How to move photos in 9 of the elements on a Mac?

  I have just installed Elements 9 for Mac and had some difficulties to import all my photos from IPhoto, because I had an older version of Iphoto which has not been supported.  My work around was to export all my files/photos Iphoto to a folder on my desktop.  Then using PSE 9, I imported the photos in the software.  So I think I do well, until I try to move or delete the folder office with original photos.  As soon as I did this, PES 9 shows I have all of the missing files and wants to reconnect them.  I've read about support Adobe if you want to move photos, you must do this within the PES, not directly from the desktop.  But talk about all the help sites I found the Windows version software, and using the feature of moving/file.  Though Mac has only move copy on removable disk.  I don't want to move it to a removable drive.  I want to just move out of my office.  How can I do this?  How can I move with my pix on my office source files to another folder on my mac?

  Well, the simplest thing would be to this point to simply move the images in the Finder to anywhere where you like and then start again with a new catalogue, but if you have a LOT of albums, what spoke to you (copy/move) is to move the pictures in offline or on a different hard drive. If you want to use the same catalog, you need to open the folder view and settle there.

  In the Organizer, go to view > folder view for an overview of your folders and drag the photos you want.

  You must understand that the Organizer is different from iphoto because it only keeps track of your photos - it do not make copies or store the fact iphoto library, so if you remove a photo from the hard disk through the organiser, it disappeared completely. These office files contain your only copies (unless you still have them in iphoto so library or a backup somewhere else). Organizing did not others, so do not delete just them or you delete your photos.

  I would also keep in mind that it is quite version 1.0 mac Organizer.

  I downloaded the trial version of Affter Effects on my Mac.  When I double click on the installation launches the installer box, profile system checks with the bar travel nearly 80% through progression at the end and then I get a window saying loading the installation program, then comes a box saying alert Installer and nothing else.  I even waited for an hour so he can finish loading, but nothing happens.  The box saying alert Installer is completely empty with no points to close or minimize it.  The only way to get rid of it is to force quit.  Mac G4 OS 10.4 with a lot of hard disk space free.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

OSX is always OSX, however the binary code running under the hood is completely different for different processor models, preventing a type of code run on the other platform. Until taken AE CS3 Adobe supported universal binary code, which contained both versions in a program, but from CS4, which has been deleted in the interest of more effectively by focusing on the current hardware. Not to put too fine are perhaps new to AE 6.5 and AE7 one point in detail, but a G4, but is really, really old now, if not expect modern software to run on it. even Apple themselves wil lcease support for all things PPC with OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) except for the most critical patches. So, until the day you get a new computer, you will not be able to get too much joy out of the current version of the AE and the same will be true for CS5, when PPC supports constantly even in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash...

  The boxed version comes with DVD discs for use on Windows and Mac.

  If you purchased a download it will be only for Windows.

  You can request an exchange of platform if you want to transfer the license to Mac OSX.

  Buy Photoshop elements 13 and when trying to complete installation, all upward will not allow me to enter the redemption code in order to get the serial number.  If the code entry of redemption in the capitals to match the cover of the CD or lowercase he always tells me that the code is not valid.  Also appears on the cover of the box, there is a serial number, but installation will not allow the entry of letters, numbers only.  Stopped the installation program, CD removed, rebooted and tried again with the same results.  I am trying to install on the HP Envy laptop.  Any solution?  Thank you

  go through the last link in message 7.  solve the problem yourself (with a few useful suggestions) is a chore, but has a few countervailing rewards.

  You can also try another computer to contact adobe support, but you will probably need to be near the computer that needs PES installed on 13.
