• Is there an API for OIM Design Console?

  I was wondering if there is an API for OIM design Console.
  I would like to add fields to a connector resource and configure the commissioning of the resource of connector and the search for reconciliation through Java code.

  After installing WebLogic 10.3 and Oracle Identity Manager 9.1.9.1 on Windows 2003, I installed the OIM design Console. When you try to start the Console of the design using the xlclient.cmd, I get the error "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Design» I tried to include libraries in the classpath and copied the weblogic.jar in the directory xlclient/ext. I use jrockit_160_05.

  try to re - install the console design and remove the spaces in the path to your installation directory (if you put space...).

• Problem with OIM design console

  Am using IOM 9.1.0.2. I am creating a utility task that will print a shot. In the console design while trying to create a utility (utility type) task when I go to the screen where I can choose 'API Source' and 'Application API', I see nothing to select "API Source" drop-down. And in the 'Application API' dropdown I see a bunch of classes beginning with 'com.sun.accessibility '.
  
  Can you please let me know I'm not able to see the usefulness of the IOM APIs for the selection of whey?
  
  When I check my console installation xlUtils.jar Design, xlIntegration.jar rt.jar files are already present in the DESIGN_CONSOLE_HOME\xlclient\lib folder
  
  And I see no error while logging on to the console of the design.
  
  Am I missing something?

  It's absolutely perfect behavior. You don't see there in the API Source drop-down list. Just move the scroll bar down to the API of the Application and you will find all the com.thortech... so.

  I have connected to the Console Design as user xelsysadm with the intention to create a list of choices to the following definition:
  
  Key code decode

  Disable DISABLE
  activate
  
  I have entered the following settings:
  
  Code: Lookup.MY_USERS. Status
  Field: < white >
  Type of search: selected
  Type of field: < not selected >
  Required: < not checked >
  Group: objects
  
  However, the 'Add' button is disabled. I am therefore unable to act. Any help will be appreciated...

  You save the definition of search after entering the name, the domain and the Group? You must save the search first to add values to it.

• How to skip the installation of the patch before the login screen.

  When new updates have been downloaded, I restarted my PC. And now, when I'm trying to load, before logon screen I see the dialog box that some updates install right now, after a few seconds install fails to process (the screen becomes black) and my computer restarts.

  It seems that there is some incorrect updates for my video driver.

  When I'm trying to load in safe mode, I only see a black screen with a pointer to the mouse and after that my pc is restarted.

  Is there a way to skip updating the installation process? Delete some files downloaded by windows update service can be?

  It is not supported. RDS does not access system that is required by the remote control.

  I installed IOM 9.1.0.1 on weblogic 10.3.Now I want to change my application server I want to use the JBoss application server because the system becomes very slow with weblogic. Is there any installation to run for the manufacture of existing IOM to work on Jboss application server or I have to go with full installation again.

  Just install the JBoss server first & IOM reinstall. In the end, to just replace * .xldatabasekey of

  Xellerate/config OLD to the new Xellerate/config.

  Then it runs on JBoss.

  I've added the url of the Deployment Manager on the Security tab of java, but still when I open (export and import) Deployment Manager I get below error .is there something more I need to configure.

  Hello

  Oracle isn't connector Lync. You can install the connectors Exchange/AD 11.x and after AD/Exch commissioning, you can write a task to run your custom shell of power which can define lync attributes in AD/Exchange.

  I encounter the following error when I try to create a new version for a form of OIM Design Console process:

  Description: Could not run the database to read. The database has encountered a problem with the specified SQL query. Solution: Check the database query. Contact your system administrator.

  It does not matter that I use xelsysadm or any system administrator account.

  I found the solution!

  I was going through this blog: OIM 11 g: error after startup server IOM: retrieve the connection at the base

  In the last comment by Amit, he mentioned that the settings IOM - config.xml must be changed.

  So I discovered that IOM-config file. XML from my environment, under directDBConfigParams, url (jdbc thin driver) was wrong because of cloning.

  In addition, OIMFrontEndURL, RMI and SOAP URL were wrong.

  I corrected the and guess what... each utility works...

  However, you don't have to import/export the config of MDS file... you can change these details in the following MBEANs

  1 DirectDB

  2. the discovery

  3 SOAConfig

  > Reboot the server of the IOM.

  I knew this jdbc driver was not, but did not know where to set it up.

  I have listed the error in my last comment, so that if anyone has this problem, the text of this presentation would help.
