  I understand that you are having problems with the rendering of a video with Sony Vegas Pro 13. I suggest you only look to the Vegas Pro - vidéo as it appears there are settings in the software that should help you.   My new HP Envy 700 - 215xt came with Win 7 Home and I've updated to 8.1 Pro Win.  In control compatibility before the upgrade, the software said that the bluetooth device driver was not compatible with Win 8 and forced me to uninstall it, I did.

  Now everything has been migrated and works fine, except for the part of Broadcom wireless adapter bluetooth.  The WiFi worked very well.  In Device Manager, I see the card wifi Broadcoom BCM43142 under the heading, network cards and I see a BCM43142A0 listed in the other peripheral topic, and it shows that there is no driver installed for him.  Try to uninstall/reinstall, it is nothing and a Windows search for a driver comes empty also.

I did not like the unit running windows 8.1 because it was not a touch screen. I got a new Windows 7 Pro, which I installed it and he posted fine and oots upwards in seconds. No audio beats, but it's not really my thing, no biggie. I can not find information on obtaining network, adapters, Lan, Wan drivers and basically can not access my services Adobe CC, which is my main fucntion. I have since bought a Dell and never have a problem with sys op separate etc.. I return to the problem of tis after several monts and decided I will ive it oe more attempt and them I think Im going to test the aerodynamic viability of this office. I am sure that it will fly ut Im not confident on its ability to land without damage! Please help if you can.

  I just bought a HP Envy 700-430qe PC and want to install a new 256GB Solid State drive.
  (1) can I just use the factory reset HP recovery option to install OEM Windows 8.1 on this operating system? Since the splash screen?

  You can use the external HP recovery media to install a new factory on the SSD system. It is the recommended approach.  Just follow the posted HP recovery procedures.  These extra HP posted articles will also be beneficial.  Read these articles before beginning the process.  Maybe twice would be wise.

  I do not understand these messages.  Here is the download page for software and driver for the computer.  As you can see, all the drivers for win 8.1 are listed.  They would not list them as much as they have not been tested.  I see no reason not to do the update.

  Here is the video card manufactured by EVGA.  It shouldn't harm your system somehow.  However, if you have trouble with the installation, you can contact their Technical Support (1-888-880-3842) or online.  They were very useful for me.  Read the reviews to see what users have to say about it.  As you can see, there are a lot of comments and appreciation 5 eggs.  You can't do better.

  You need an application to capture the video stream from a video of input material source.  This Roxio product should work.  If your PC has Cyberlink products then you will maybe upgrade the software and get a capture device similar to the capture of Roxio hardware.

  The first thing I would do is update the BIOS.  Here is the page HP Software and download driver for the motherboard.  There are three available updates.  You must use the update SSID: B 2 17 motherboard.  Here is what solves the update:

  Fix and improvements:

  -Fixed issue where information "Data Execution Prevention" incorrectly show under OS Windows 7 after you disable "Data Execution Prevention" in the BIOS Setup Menu.

  NOTE: Due to security changes, after installation of this update of the BIOS, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.

  I had to format and put Windows Pro 8.1 on it, so we could join our field.

  However, what continues to be, is whenever I have install Professional 8.1, it seems that it is only 8.1 Premium Basiles once again!

  The first time this happened, I talked to the person that I bought the computer and 8.1 Professional form and he replaced the 8.1 Professional Windows with another copy.

  However, who has not solved the problem.

  Is there something that HP is doing so, we cannot spend operating systems?

  HP does not recommend installing Windows 7 on a computer comes with Windows 8, and it will support the installation of Windows 7.   Most of the Windows 7 drivers from the drivers of HP Pavilion p7-1299 c desktop PC page should work on your desktop HP ENVY 700 - 000z CTO. Both models use a variant of the motherboard HP Jasmine. If you have missing or unknown devices after installing the drivers, please post the "Hardware ID" Device Manager for devices as shown in the example below.
