  I get error "-12 out of memory" when using CopyTabPage (Panel, TAB, 0, Panel, TAB,-1) on my request (the first duplication tab).

  There are several levels of tab panel system (like this example)

• Out of memory when running only Firefox + flash

  Hello

  I am running Windows 7 on this computer. I'm only under Firefox (without Add-ons) that runs one leg with flash. The flash seems to be stifled because there is not enough free memory.

  According to the Windows Task Manager, Firefox uses 213 MB (size of validation is 240 MB). The flash player plugin uses 127 MB (size of validation is 217 MB).

  Yet, in the Windows Task Manager, I see the following for physical memory:

  • Total - 3327
  • Cache - 1419
  • Available - 1391
  • Free - 1

  I think the problem is that so much memory is cached, but I don't know. However, I think a machine with 4 GB of RAM should easily run a single tab with flash...

• Audio out of sync when you import VOB files

  I am importing VOB files coming from a recorder VHS to DVD set of VOB these fines (for example on VLC), but when they are imported into Adobe Premiere elements 13 the sound is out of sync. Different VOB files are released by different amounts.

  Because the VOB files are synchronized when played elsewhere, this must be a problem with Adobe Premiere elements 13 and not a problem with VOB files.

  Apart from setting the clock manually on each VOB file, what can I do?

  Audio sync is not unique to Premiere Elements or work with the vob. Can happen and version, but...

  How did you get the files DVD video vob (VTS_01_1.VOB and series) in the mounting of elements first?

  Hi, I m trying to increase the sga_max_size parameter, but when I start the DB is the following error message:

  May sound like a stupid question, but are you sure that you are using Oracle 64-bit? The OS is 64-bit and SHM kernel parameters appear to be configured correctly, but there is this 3.6 GB limit is for 32-bit applications, which makes me wonder...

• Out of memory while reading a PDF file

  When reading large PDFs in the Mid-document I get an out of memory error, and the document will no longer appear beyond this point.  I also have an internal error Acrobat on the same document.  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit with 32 MB of memory - should be enough.

  The document is likely to be corrupt. Contact the designer for a new copy.

• Nine (3 days out of the Box) HP Envy 700-230qe automatically restarts after the initial boot...

  I have now a whole new desktop 700-230qe HP Envy (after about a month in the loop of the HP Technical Support).  But again, I have problems.  I took late delivery December 23, 2013.  After giving him enough time to become the temperature of the room, I opened the box and replaced my old HP Pavilion h8 - 1210t with envy again desktop computer.

  Took my time and made sure that everything is properly connected - then pushed the power button.  Everything seemed to work perfectly - until what the brand 20 minutes - when the system powered off and rebooted itself.  But for the rest of the session, everything went well - no problem.  It was Monday night.

  On Tuesday morning (December 24, 2013 - on Christmas Eve), I pushed the power button once again and the system started fine.  But 20 minutes later, it turned off and rebooted itself.  But for the rest of the day everything went well - even if I had to make several reboots all reinstall my applications and migrate my data.  I started to wonder if I still had problems.

  Christmas day (December 25, 2013) is the same thing.

  And once again on Thursday (December 26, 2013) - I finally called HP Technical Support.  I spoke with a gentleman (Terrence) - he accessed remotely my system which makes me nervous (but these guys of Nova Scotia are very good and are savvy customers.  He looked around - ran MalWareBytes and CCleaner - and said that he saw nothing thaat would be a problem.  We agreed to wait a day and see what would happen.

  Rolled Friday autour and you'd know it's the same thing.  Then, I called HP Tech Support and spoke to a lady (Norma) who, after having read the file of description of situation and asking me my name, phone number, email address (which they ask you every time you call - you would think they write this stuff and keep it on file), she immediately decided that the best thing to do is to 'Recreate the IMAGE' on my drive - to which I replied 'NO WAY '.  This seems to be the standard response, if they can't fgure out - recreate the image on your disk.  They don't seem to care about all the work you put into the construction of our system with applications with associated and all data - they want to just Blow-It-Away.

  It made me so angry that I have immeddiately contacted my case manager company HP with the history.  These people - business - case do an excellent job, at least the one I did a great job.  And I know she'll get to the bottom of this situation and go to a happy camper.

  Anyway, if anyone has the same problems with their machine - I'd be interested.

HP has a 21-day return policy, so you can ask them to replace it with the same model or another model as they will send you a FEdEx shipping for a full refund or Exchange label. I wouldn't waste my time with a question like this on a new computer.

• LabVIEW is out of memory when I write in a spreadsheet file

  Someone had helped me earlier here regarding opens a binary file and write the data to a text file. I modified it a bit, and for smaller files (for example those included in the zip file), it works fine. However, I have a LOT of 120 MB of binary files (Yes, they are great) I need to convert to text files and LabVIEW is short-term memory. I watched it in the help files, and I tried some of the suggestions (as a Subvi) since the files help, but whenever I find myself with LabVIEW short of money (see bmp files in the zip file).

  I tried running only LabVIEW to try to allow her to have a lot of memory possible, but this does not help unfortunately.

  If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear.

  No, you're still not understanding. If the file contains 3600 files, then say things to read 3600 records at the time just does exactly the same thing as what you had before with the - 1 wired to the count. -1 indicates the function to read all records. This is precisely what you don't want to. You want to read a limited number of records at a time. To do this in a loop until you have read all the records.

  You don't want to open the file each time through the loop. You want to read it inside the loop since it is that you do repeatedly.

  This has nothing to do with LabVIEW. It is the basis of the principles of programming.

  Please see example attached to how you can do it. Note that I used the code to create filename based on the first timestamp. Since you are reading the data into segments, you don't want to change the name of the file on the way as the timestamp may change.

• No sound when importing. Video file M2TS in PP

  Hello I hope someone can give some insite on why I'm having this problem. I use the Hauppauge HD PVR to capture images of my DVR HD

  and I'm getting results mixed when I import in PP. The video is very good, and sometimes audio works and other times it doesn't, I left PP comform file before I try to change. Captures are @1920 x 1080 5.1 audio, if I capture with only 2 audio channels I have no problem and everything is fine but captures 2 channel audio kinda defeats the purpose to the Bluray highdef. When I view the same file that does no audio in PP with a player just plays and sounds great, so I know that the capture process is fine. Any suggestion would be appreciated!

  It is unlikely, especially with SD material. Reverse engineering AC3 encoders/decoders can often cause problems, but fully licensed are more expensive, so sometimes corners are cut to make an attractive market better/more price for certain products. Hauppauge is perhaps one of them.

  I suggest that you try to find a tool to examine the contents of the memory segment (for example, jmap) just before the closure of the environment. Something fills your pile, and if your cache size I is only 5 M, then it's not information I.

  I enter Mode secure with reboot and hold down the Shift key. This isn't a job I food and hold it pressed to force shutdown.

  So I rebooted again. Surprised, he continued the installation and it is successful.

  Maybe you have a virus or something like a Trojan horse, which takes memory and does not come back. I suggest the following:

  1. install the latest version of the anti-virus software and the new malware Remover

  Thank you for your message.  It is a known problem for VLC under Windows 7 users because VLC uses default Direct3D.  You can use Windows Media Player 12, which uses the correct output for Windows 7.  Or you can follow the steps below, keep in mind that this will disable Aero, but should allow you to see your media in VLC.
  In VLC, click on 'Tools' > 'Preferences' (Advanced mode) > 'Video' > output modules, now set video output module for ' video output DirectX.
  Please let us know if it did or it does not solve your problem.

  It is likely that the various files contain the CODEC, that are either not installed on your computer, or PrE is not able to use them.

  You list several types of files, and I urge you to first see this FAQ entry, then get one of the utilities file info, related to it, G-Spot, MediaInfo, or MediaInspector, then view the details on the different CODECS: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/440037?tstart=0

  In addition, WMP cannot play the video shows the probability of a CODEC problem.

  Or another of the great, try free media players, VLC Player, or MediaPlayer Classic HC. Both contain many useful CODECS, but they do NOT install them in the operating system.
