  Don't forget to unplug our other USB devices and remove all media from the optical drive.

  On the type start troubleshooting screen then hardware and sound and finally hardware and devices.  See if Windows and fix the problem.

  Go in (key Windows + X then M) Device Manager and find the optical drive.  Go to the properties and uninstall this driver and restart.

  If the above does not work then install Windows drivers 8.1 following in this order:

  Intel Chipset Driver - restart

  Intel Management Engine Interface driver - restart

  All Windows 7 and Office 2003 updates have been obtained.

  So far, I had no problem with the feature.  It is, at best, boring.  At worst, it could cause data problems.  Our IT-functions are distributed among staff with responsibilities other, very different, so I have to solve this problem for me and a colleague with the same model new laptop.

  If your version of Design Premium CS4 for Windows run on a 32 bit OS, then I don't think that it is running in Windows 10. There are a few cases of people install with the 64 bit version of CS4 Design Premium, however. See this thread: Re: CS4 and Windows 10?

  You simply drag the Acrobat DC application from the applications folder to the trash to uninstall.

  Then restart your system & install Acrobat XI Download Adobe Acrobat products. Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X.
