installation on two devices e-mail account

Currently, I have a client which configuration of email account on their mobile phone & computer but when e-mail is sent from the internal E-mail co worker gets through.

Have ensured that I left a copy of the message on the server to ensure all accounts receive the email however if the same field unable to receive e-mail.

If I send an e-mail outside source is not a problem but a source no internal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Swanno

What email client?  OE?  What happens when the email is sent?  Get a copy in sent items?  Is it e-mail analysis is enabled on the computer 'internal' (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  If the email is placed in the sent items folder, then it is probably leaving the computer.  Then it must go through the servers until it reaches the recipient's server and it must be downloaded from this server.  So can you get to the e-mail via webmail server and check to see if the message goes into a spam folder?  This could be what it blocks reception.  Otherwise you should get some sort of error message, if its not sending.

  • Cannot synchronize a spesific on Sony Xperia devices e-mail account

On my Z2 and my mums Z1, I can't sync my Hotmail account on the bed in the email app, but on my HTC & LG his job very well.

My moms @Live account works fine on his Z1, and I have another test account which is Hotmail.com that works very well on my Z2.

Can anyone think of SOMETHING here? I've searched for days now, but nothing.

Just after installation, it syncs fine new emails, but only once, and then it syncs more "Sync problems currently. He'll be back soon' but only on an account...

The problem had something to do with my Inbox... I moved all my email inbox to another folder, set up e-mail on my Z2 once again, moved all mails back and setting up email on my Z2 once more... After a while, it seemed to load the emails from a month back as I put too, and now it seems to work very well...

I still don't know why the Z2 was of problems and not my LG or HTC...

    Well, case closed.

  • I have two main e-mail accounts and mail is "forwarding" emails sent to one account to the other older account, they arrive a few hours later. Not sure why it's duplicate my emails at all. How can I stop this?

Kind of hard to explain in the title... who probably is meaningless.

Basically, I used to use a BTinternet email for any account. But over the years, I went to my iCloud email account. I have both implemented in mail because I still have the BTinternet account that is linked to many things, despite always use iCloud for the new things now.

However, when I get a message that was sent to my new iCloud account originally, it appear a new message in my BTinternet a few hours later. And it's quite annoying! Makes me think I have a new email, but this is the one I read Twitter.com.

It's as if there's some rule set up causing Mail to transmit all messages sent to my email from iCloud, to my BTinternet email. I have no idea why this is happening. There is no actual 'rules' put in place for this in my Mail preferences. Don't know what it could be.

    Any ideas?

Check iCloud.com/Mail, click on the gear at the bottom left, select Preferences, then accounts. The iCloud account is set up to transfer emails?

    Concerning

  • prevent connection to a pop Mail account

I have several devices, iOS, Mac OS and PC, any connection to two different e-mail accounts. I recently started each of them using IMAP, rather POP, to collect mail from servers.

There is a certain older e-mail that my mail clients have collected over the years as accounts pop. Some of these emails are no longer on the server, so the new IMAP accounts on email clients show them.

So when I did the new IMAP account on my mac, I let the POP accounts in place, rather than remove them. I don't want to 'turn off' old POP accounts, because I could always not wanting to search emails stored there, but I don't want to continue the collection of mail from my servers.

How can I keep the old POP accounts in my list of accounts on the left side of my Mail app, but put to retrieve any new mail the mail server?

While we are at it, is there a way to do this in Thunderbird for PC as well?

    Thank you

Move mail POP in "on your Mac" by creating new mailboxes and drag and drop. Now, they will be on your computer HD

    Use Message rules.
Open Windows mail > tools > Message rules > Mail > New.
Note: The rule for an e-mail address, rule #2 #1 for each other.
Under Select the Actions for your rule: when you have selected the action, also put a check mark on «Stop treating rules more»
See if you can do it yourself.

  • Is it possible to have two different licenses for an e-mail account?

    Hello world!

Here's my situation. I need a single license for the work to freelancing and another license of a business of a company, that I work at.

Question 1: Is it possible to have two licenses for an e-mail account? Only one, a company?

If this is not possible, go to question 2.

Question 2: If I have an email account different for the work of the company, it is possible to work with a single instance of installation CC, a computer and freely switch between licenses? If I do freelance work with a single account and company work with another account, but on the same PC with the same instance of software CC?

    Waiting for answers, thank you!

Q1 - I don't think it's possible. For example, an organization may have several licenses related to their main e-mail address, but then they are assigned to individual users.

Q2 - Yes, you would just have to log out of your account in the application of Office CC before logon account.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

  • Merge two e-mail accounts

I have a few email addresses Yahoo and SBC Global, I'm able to check in a single mailbox on yahoo.com, while being able to select in each address when you compose an email.

However, I'm unable to understand how to configure my Apple Mail account to reflect my yahoo.com account. Currently in Apple Mail, I have a separate account of the SBC Global and a separate account of Yahoo. I implemented this way because it was the only way I knew to be able to select different e-mail addresses when you are composing an email. The problem with this configuration is the number of unread emails is doubled due to them being two identical mailboxes.

If possible, I would like to combine/merge the mailboxes while being able to have two e-mail addresses to select when you compose an email.

I hope that what I am asking is logical and someone out there will be a solution because I know that I'm not the only person using several e-mail on the same Yahoo account alias.

Thank you, in advance, for any help you are able to provide.

    Chris

Hello and welcome to Apple support communities, OMMBoy.

If I understand your post right, you are wanting to be able to set up your Yahoo/SBC Global account once in post, rather than implement them separately, but still be able to choose one or the other when you dial an outgoing message. I know from personal experience, how practical is to be able to choose the account that come from your emails, so I'm happy to help you find a solution for this today!

It is not a way to 'merge' mail accounts in the mail that you mentioned, but hopefully that won't matter because it seems that these two accounts are already merged on the side server. That you would do so first remove one of these mail e-mail accounts so that only rest. It shouldn't make a difference, that you decide to keep. You can find steps on how to remove one of these email accounts in Mail for Mac: Configure Mail with your email accounts, specifically this section:

    Delete an account

When you delete a mail e-mail account, messages from the account are deleted and are no longer available on your Mac. The copies of the messages remain on the mail server account and are still available (from webmail, for example).

Important: If you are not sure if you want to keep the messages are still on the mail server, move or copy them to a mailbox stored on your Mac (the mailbox appears in the section on my Mac in the mail sidebar) before deleting the account in Mail.

    1. Choose Mail > Preferences, and click accounts.

    2. Select an account, then click on the button Delete .

Note: If the account is used by other applications on your Mac, you are prompted to delete the account in Internet accounts system preferences. Click the button to open an Internet account, and then clear the box e-mail for the account. To stop using the account in all applications, make sure that the account is selected, and then click the button Delete .

Once you have one of these e-mail accounts deleted, you will follow the steps of Mail (Yosemite): use e-mail alias, to add the address to remove as an alias. Don't worry that the article shows "Yosemite", the steps are the same for Sierra.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

    Take care.

Apparently, you have defined a master password at one point. The password protects passwords that Thunderbird remembered.
You can reset the password. More information in this article.

I deleted two e-mail accounts in mail on my iMac (El Capitan). I have reinstalled the first without problem. When I tried the second, I got an error message that the account already exists. Any suggestions?

First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.

From the Mail menu bar, you select

    ▹ Connection Doctor window

In the window that opens, look for an SMTP (outgoing mail) account with a name that corresponds to the account that you are trying to add. Double-click it. Another window opens, displaying the list of all outgoing mail accounts. Click the sign button less to remove the corresponding one, and then click OK.

Try to add the email account again. If you still can not, log off or restart the computer, and then open the preferences window accounts Internet and check if the account is displayed.

How can I configure two Time Warner Cable Road Runner under Outlook Express e-mail accounts? I wish I could separate emails for each account, but the access or the other at any time.
You can use two different identities, or if you want to have access to these accounts in identity, set up your accounts and use message rules to move incoming messages.

First, create a local folder to be used as a second Inbox and name it anything you want.  Use it to one of the accounts, as well as the default Inbox for the other.

    Then create a message rule.

Where the message comes from the specified account.
Move it to the specified folder & stop processing more rules.
Click: specified account and enter the account name for the second Inbox.
Click: specified folder and select the folder that you created.
    Name the rule.

Move the rule to the top of the list of rules, and incoming messages will be separated into their respective folders.
