  Start with disk #1 to install it on Windows 32 bit, however the #2 disk is to install on 64-bit Windows.

  I just bought photoshop elements 13 and downloaded to my new laptop using the links provided, but I get an error message saying that I can't install it. It says I need to download the 64-bit version, although when I use the info on map of downloading software I find myself explaining how I do this.   During re - install my laptop, I get the error message that I need IE 4.0 or higher. I use IE 11.0. I tried to download a version of the Adobe site, but it has only Photoshop Element 7.0 or superior-installation files. I have a much improved version 1.0 (Yes, 1.0 10.0). Can someone please help? I have no idea what to do next.

  If you really want to say version 1, so you'll have no choice, but to press the disc you have - there is no download for what anyone prior to version 7.  The following could be useful for thwe problem you describe...

• Installation of Photoshop Elements 9/10 on new computer

  I try to install Photoshop Elements on a new desktop computer with an operating system of Windows 8.1.  Previously, I bought Photoshop Elements 9 and later put on level to Photoshop Elements 10.

  When I try to install from this download page products download Photoshop Elements: 9, 8, 7 and introduce my serial number, I said that the serial number is not valid.  Of course, I checked the numbers, but it is the same as that indicated on my order history.  Then I tried to download it directly from my command history page and a 413 error code appears.

  Can anyone offer assistance on how to download this?

  Oh, and if I don't get to the point where I can download, download v9 first, then v10 upgrade?

  Simply download the installer of PES 10.

  at the beginning of the installation, you will be asked PES 10 serial number.  When the installation program detects no PES 9 installed, you will be asked the pse serial number 9.

  Enter the correct number at the right time.

  If you see an incorrect serial number message, error "serial number is not valid for this product". Creative Suite
