Recently, I bought a HP ENVY 15-q006tx Notebook PC (J3Z54PA) and found out that HP installed a different part of what they promised their official website. So I call HP customer looking for the wizard service.     What is the issue that you are experiencing that you think that the system restore will be remedied (or you are just convenient)?  System Restore is not a time machine, but of course, this should work if you think you need.
    Some tools Anti Virus 'protect' your system so that they will not allow a restore of the system work properly.

    For example, if you use Norton/Symantec products, you will see a message like this:

    No matter what you use for protection against malware, I do so and then only begin to solve any problems:

    If the system or Mode restore safe work not and you do not have a Microsoft Vista DVD, make a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    CS5 cannot go higher than 6.7. If your device requires a more recent version, download the free Adobe dng converter. You convert your RAW to DNG, which can then be processed 6.7 in camera raw.

    You can download the installer for OS X directly from Oracle.
