  My network all-in-one Photosmart Premium C309-g worked very well on my desk until recently, when suddenly the HP software could still see and connect to the printer, but Windows 10 could not. I tried to remove the printer and uninstall all associated software, then tried to reinstall the software. Unfortunately, the installation will not get to the point where it starts and then suddenly disappears with no trace of her still running in the background. I hope that someone out there has an idea, that I have not thought yet, transferring files to my tablet to print from becomes a pain in the rear.

  I understand the printing software will not fully installed for your Photosmart C309 on your system Windows 10, and I wanted to answer with my suggestions for trying to help! Here are my suggestions for you to try. When you are finished, please let me know the results and problems or errors that you may encounter!

  First step: clean boot, restart the PC and try the install again.

  1. start by typing "msconfig" in the search box of Cortana, and then click MSConfig (run command)
  On your keyboard press Windows + R key at same time and type Msconfig in the run window, and then click OK or press ENTER.

  2. now, choose Selective startup

  3. Remove the check of the Load Startup items

  4. click on the Services tab

  5. check "hide all Microsoft Services" and then click on disable all

  6. click apply , then OK

  7 restart the PC and temporarily disable firewalls or antivirus programs

  8 run the Installation Wizard for Windows HP printer to install the printer

  9 turn on the firewall and start services

  Second step: you unregister and re-register the Windows Installer Service:

  1. hold down the Windows key + R to fill the box "Run" and type cmd.exe, and then click OK.
  2. at the command prompt, type msiexec /Unregister , and then press ENTER.
  3. at the command prompt, type msiexec/regserver, and then press ENTER.
  4. at the command prompt, type exit and press ENTER to close the command prompt.
  5. run the Wizard for Windows HP printer installation

  Step 3: run System File Checker Scan (up to 3 times) to repair the corrupted system files:
  1. go to start
  2. type CMD
  3 right-click and run as administrator
  4. to check and repair the OS type sfc/scannow (note the space between sfc and ' / ')

  You may need to run this upward to 3 times to solve all the problems

  When finished, it will say one of three things
  Windows did not find any breach of integrity (a good thing)
  Windows resource protection found corrupt files and repair the (good)
  Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some (or all) of them (not a good thing)

  Try to reinstall the printer.

  Step 4: activate the built-in Windows administrator account

  1. first of all, you'll need to open an administrator mode command prompt by right-clicking and choosing "run as Administrator" (or use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Enter in the search box).

  Note that it works the same in all versions of Windows. It just search for cmd and then do a right-click on the icon of the command prompt in the start menu or the boot screen.

  

  2. If you are in Windows 8.x or 10 you can click on the Start button and choose to open a command prompt in this way.

  

  3. now type the following command:

  NET user administrator / Active: Yes

  

  4. you should see a message that the command completed successfully. Log out, and you will now see the administrator as a choice account.

I have win 7 Professional, so I tried to use the windows anytime upgrade. one successful. a fails. overlook a request for information (name address, phone, etc.) of the billing and you request then click next to go on the payment. I got the error:

  No rememdy or suggestion what is wrong. I can go back to portable sister and run the Upgrade Advisor to ultimate just to rule out connectivity issues.

The message arrives as - ' year error occurred while installation wrighting on the disk. ". Check to make sure space is available and click Retry, or Cancel to end the installation.  I checked the disk space and there are 13.7 GB of free space.   Premiere Pro CS6 is a 64-bit software and will only install on a 64-bit computer. There is no way around that.

  It seems you accidentally bought the version of PSE 8 Mac and you try to install on the Windows machine.

  Try to go back to the seller or Exchange it somehow with the version of Windows or buy a new copy for PSE 8 Windows. Then, you'll be good to go...

  I tried several times to install the critical updates, nothing helps. I also tried to use the FixIt on several occasions. Still, it detects and solves problems, but the updates always fail to install.

  I am looking at the view of all programs and there is absolutely nothing that says "Windows Virtual PC" or "Windows XP Mode".  I look at the programs and features in the control panel and indeed, Windows XP mode is installed (and taking up 1.13 GB).  I have uninstall and re-download the 500 MB file and reinstall it.  It is not always appear in the sight of all programs, does not add an icon to my bar quick launch or desktop or anything that suggests a way to start.  It is located in C:\Program Files\Windows XP Mode, but there is no executable file it.

  Problem #2: Step 3 says "Download Windows Virtual PC".  When I click on this button, the download starts, but never works (I tried several times, notably after a clean reboot, with nothing other than the execution of Internet Explorer); I get an error window that says:

  Setup has encountered an error: 0 x 80070422

  The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices is associated to him.

• I have a XP W my last PC installation disk and I recently bought a Zoostorm PC no BONES. Why the XP will not be installed?

  As in the title, tried to install XP on my new PC. Started OK with partition disk etc. and got to the real Windows Installer screen which seemed OK progress until it reaches install will finish in 35 minutes. page, then it froze and BSOD appeared. I tried a number of things suggested by Zoostorm, IE changed the bios SATA to IDE settings and also ran memtest for RAM errors. Found nothing, but still get BSOD. The XP disc would be defective?

  First of all, don't know why you use an intermediate version of 9.0. You must use a version of FCS such as 9.0.1.10000 - 37. Second, it looks like this are IPVMSA newspapers that you shot? There is an internal fault for the errors you see:

  CSCtz44498    Characteristic SW license no longer exists in Kirra 9.0

  Symptom: MOH serves not registered. No Conf Brodge. Conditions: Fresh INstall Only. Workaround: N/A (the fix - the check for the SW Feature license needs to be removed) 

  Fixed in versions:

  009.000 (001.10000.037)

  009.000 (000.99121.003)

  I suggest you to install 9.0.1.10000 - 37 who should have a fix for this problem.

  Nevermind, I guess... Suddenly, Firefox is now show bookmarks from another computer. FYI to all, it took more than an hour of synchronization, and during this time, there was absolutely NO indication to me that what was actually happening. That's why I created that, initially. Firefox, there SHOULD really be some sort of recognition by the user that the synchronization is truly something. Thank you.

  I've GuideGuide 2.1.3 successfully installed in the same environment as your. I guess you used the same version of guide. Have you updated to the latest version of the CC extensions Manager? Could you try to uncheck the option 'Allow the extensions Manager to access the Internet' in the Preferences dialog box, and then install it again?
