  When I open my e mails on Safe-mail with Firefox, I can't open my HTML messages. Just, it presents itself as a blank page and said new tab at the top of the screen. I don't have this problem if I use Internet Explorer, but I much prefer to use Firefox and it's a nuisance to have to use Internet Explorer to open my HTML messages, and I get a lot of them.

  I need to read and HTML message, including embedded images.  I found this paper on hot to get the contents of an HTML message. But how images embedded in the message?

  The images should appear as SupportedAttachmentParts of the message.

  You can test this using the BlackBerry smartphone Simulator if it is connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.  However, the ESS (mail server Simulator) and MDS - CS Simulator is entirely not support HTML email delivery.

• Thunderbird 38.1.0 does not handle HTML messages

  Try this:
  (1) open a new HTML mail
  (2) copy/paste a table libreoffice (or html text)
  (3) send to yourself
  (4) get new emails

  You will see that text in your e-mail.

  1. Right-click on the account in the folders pane, and then select settings. Composition and to make this new message in HTML is selected.
  2. In the menu (Alt + T) tools > options > Compositions > general > send options and ensure than sending it defined nd HTML or HTML text.
  3. Check your mailing address to in your address book is not only to receive text emails.
  4. Check the display menu (alt + V) > body as it is defined on the original HTML of the message.

  I use DW to create HTML emails that I send to my customers for product update announcements, etc. As you may know, HTML email generally always use many conventions archaic pre - CSS to ensure compatibility, mainly using tables and different deprecated tags to put in shape content rather than attempt to use div tags, etc. And there are other differences of note as having absolute - not! -Links to the images uploaded, etc.

  If someone with experience that can then pass on a few tips? Mainly, I guess I have to turn in the way HTML compatibility level down to be able to insert some of this stuff. In general it is often not even anything in the header part of the message.

  I can't understand this. I can't just link the picture on the website of payment - it would be great if I could, but does not work. The payment site gave me an HTML code to place on my site.   I'm under Oracle DB 11.2.0.3 Windowsx64 and Apex 4.2.4.  I recently applied patches 4.2 - > 4.2.5 update Group and I see some weird behavior in the e-mails that sends the Apex.  When you view the email in HTML (with Outlook), I see paragraph breaks and the type of content in the section p_body information such as:

  PL/SQL code to generate the email looks like the following and has been working perfectly under all previous versions of the Apex where I specify p_body and p_body_html and if the drive is capable of HTML, it only displays the HTML part:

  It is the Group of hotfixes 4.2.5 that causes this problem.

  Oracle has a patch to solve this problem.

    Solution: there is an exception to the Group of hotfixes for this on My Oracle Support - search by bug number.

• Error in creating the body of HTML for Email with attachment

  I have an application where I send emails with an attachment. It seems to work very well. I'm now add content to the body of the Email and I'm running on about how set up the body. To test, I created a small amount of html code which is placed in part p_body_html of the script send mail, but because it's going to be a little (more than 1000 characters) to create the real html table, I'm trying to create in a declared variable and then have the p_body_html call the variable l_body_html and that's where I'm running into the following error message :

  I said the l_body_html as CLOB then I fill it with code and then I reference it the p_body_html. I have this work under other forms of e-mail with no attachments and it works fine. Don't know how I have too many statements as the error States and would appreciate any help

  Hi Wally,

  The SEND() function may take varchar2s or CLOB to p_body and p_html_body. In your code, you declare l_body_html as a CLOB, but assigning a string. It is possible that the database is confused?

  Try to use TO_CLOB ('...') to set the value of l_body_html

• In Thunderbird, can I received email from one address to be text only (no html)?

  LinkedIn sends updates to the son of group discussion with a "teaser" of comments posted in a comment. I heard somewhere that if I can convert email of the SENDER in the text only (no), then I will receive the full text published in this comment.

  I have no need to do this for any other SHIPPER to my system.

  So, is this possible?

  A simple answer to your question is NO, it cannot be done for just a single sender. All messages would be treated the same.

  You may have heard that the text version only contains the entire text of the html message. This is true if the message was composed in BOTH formats 'html' and 'text', (a multi-part format)

  If the update of LinkedIn does not give the entire message in html format, change to display it as text will display any additional parts of the message.
  The text version is the same message as the html version, but without the html tags.

  When I press on reply or reply to all, the original message is not included. If I select forward, it includes the original message. I tried unchecking and checking the automatically quote composition and addressing and changed the composition of HTML messages to plain. Thanks for your help.
