  Adobe does not integrate or covering Dreamweaver and Lightroom. It is easy to download galleries from lightroom, but how do I integrate these galleries on my website using Dreamweaver. I confess that I use Dreamweaver 5.5, but I see nothing in later versions, making it easy to do. I would think Adobe would be in addition to that. Maybe they are, but I'm not aware of any improvements.

  I'm looking at the passage to articulate story line through to Captivate, but the only thing that is not clear to me, is whether or not Captivate can support several reviews in a course.  The use case I have is that my journey is broken down to a number of modules and there is a short questionnaire at the end of each module.  I be ale to summarize the responses of all the questionnaires of .

  I can repeat: tool of the aggregator that comes with Captivate is NOT designed for courses that are required to report notation or data on the interaction of an LMS or LRS.

  If scenario allows you have multiple slides Quiz result dispersed throughout your course, at the end of the day, if you submit a course module multiple from the LMS as a SINGLE (short SCO) Shareable Content object then the LMS will see he saw a quiz.  Additional Quiz result slides plot allowing you to create do not effectively mean that the LMS sees the course as a Multi-SCORM course.

  Only Captivate gives a built-in Quiz result slip even though you can model your own false result slides for different sections of your course if you want to use variables and advanced Actions.  But still, if you want to see your course as a Multi - SCORM LMS, you must use a separate CPTX file to create each of the individual SCO that is delivered by the Multi-SCORM packaging tool.  This tool is then responsible for coding required in the imsmanifest.xml file that reviews the LMS when working on how the course is structured.

• CS6 Dreamweaver and contribute

  I spoke with several representatives of Adobe customer care and technical support. None of them could not even answer the most fundamental questions about the new cloud of Creative Adobe and web designer/developers who have web projects that are sent to customers the latest impact software (including Muse).

  Here's the question:

  I create websites in Dreamweaver and have formed my clients to use Adobe Contribute to manage the content of their sites. It has worked very well for a long time.

  I recently signed with creative cloud and begins to use the new CS6 products (Dreamweaver CS6, etc.). But there is no CS6 contribute.

  When I called to ask, I was told that "Contribute has been ignored and will be replaced by Muse. I was also told that any NEW sites that I create with Dreamweaver CS6 will not work with customers using Contribute CS5 (or 4 / 3). So now what?

  A tech support person suggested that I "gives new customers your login/password to your cloud account" so that they will be able to use the MUSE to update their sites. I asked about safety, and if my credentials, they would have access to ALL my content in the cloud, including the other work of the client, they said YES. (What about the stupidest suggestion you heard?)

  It's confusing, at best, and here's why:

  • My clients pay between $10-$20 / month to pay for hosting on their existing sites. new customers will probably pay the same.
  • Previously, they would simply * purchase * Contribute that would allow them to edit the content on sites that I created for them based on locked with designated models "editable regions" to give them access to.
  • So if Contribute is abandoned, how customers keep their site content?
  • If they subscribe to the MUSE of cloud, it will cost them a $15 / month extra. (as much as their accommodation costs!)

  Of the questions that I have not yet of answers for (since no one at Adobe seems to have a clue!)

  1. If I create the site with contribute CS6, customers will be able to change in the defined areas "editable" of their site using MUSE pages?
  2. Where will they host their site?
  3. A monthly subscription to MUSE includes accommodation? or is this yet another separate charge for hosting through Adobe Business Catalyst? and what is this handset cost?
  4. All these seems very cumbersome and not in the interests of my clients or to me as a web developer using Adobe Creative Suite products?  and finally...
  5. HOW can I get answers to my questions? (I spent 5 hours talking to staff support tech overseas with "Adobe" read from a script that cannot answer ALL these questions in total)

  1. no Muse is not a substitute for Contribute, Business Catalyst is what Adobe hopes to hold this role.  It is their hosted CMS solution.  I compare Muse what is in a logic of Photoshop.  It is for non-professionals to set up a Web site without coding.  It is not a content manager.

  5. not a strength of Adobe and one of my complaints about the 'cloud' that no support is included, so you don't pay for a higher level of support.  There was an open letter from Adobe VP Lambert Walsh ( http://blogs.adobe.com/captivate/2009/08/open_letter_to_our_customers_o.html ), which, incidentally, is still with the company by his ( http://www.linkedin.com/pub/lambert-walsh/2/b8b/123 ) LinkedIn profile.  You could perhaps reach out and let him know that there is always a problem.

  Contribute has been missed by Adobe experience because it needed to have your customers making an investment not only hosting but the tool as well.  Since Contribute was released, many developers have gone to systems like Drupal CMS, Joomla, Wordpress, pole, PyroCMS, etc.  Then there are solutions like the BC of the solutions that give you a platform for resale and hosted solution in one, so you don't have to get your own hosting as many of us have done in any case.

  Muse is not and will not be a replacement for Contribute.  In addition, DW CS6 always has the option in the configuration of the Site for Contribute compatibility, but I guess one CS5 compatibility, which was the latest version of Contribute will be released.

  Hello, I am interested in Adobe Presenter and Captivate software products because I believe that they meet my need to create software simulations/demos for my employees.  We have a cornerstone LMS (SCORM v1.2) in place and I would like to be able to create simulations and assign them to my employees to take using my LMS.  In addition to assign courses/simulations I create to employees by the LMS, they need to access through the LMS, too.

  So, I'm looking to confirm that if I create simulations with Adobe Presenter and Captivate that I can load the entire course/simulaton to my LMS for my employees to view/access.  Is this possible?  Is that for the quiz followed in the LMS?  If not possible to have the sims assigned and available through the LMS, what are your recommendations?

  Both are compatible SCORM. I created even (for students testing) assessments with Captivate and score in the notebook (Blackboard used as LMS). For courses that didn't need to score, package download is possible as well. The LMS followed if the course has been visualized, finished (last is also possible by creating a SCO).

• Integration of Dreamweaver in a home made CMS

  I'm a designer and I work for a company that uses a custom CMS. www.catholicmatch.com.

  The site is essentially dynamic and uses a lot of includes.

  These conditions make it almost impossible to see how a finished page will look like in Design/Preview in DW.

  This is based on my current knowledge of DW so feel free to inquire if there is an easier way to do something.

  It seems I'll have to download pages of our site, if a browser and use it as a dummy html of all sorts file.

  I will work with this file in DW until the design is sufficient. So I have to change the page to the live site to look like to my

  dummy file. This process is a bit of your time. I was wondering if anyone else dealing with this issue, or if there is

  an easier way to integrate DW that I don't know.

  The way (most) CMS are developed is that pieces of code modular with each "module" that is different from the code providing certain features and functionality as the server then "assembled" and sends as a web page filled with the browser making the request.  So when you change a file from the CMS, you change really just a small part of the "entire" this is why you cannot use Design view in Dreamweaver. Instead, you need a server 'sting' parts and render the page.

  It will provide you with a local test server is therefore an easier way to edit the code CMS in different files with Dreamweaver and then test it quickly without having to upload to a remote server to see everything. Also a local test server will allow you to better use the associated files in Dreamweaver (see and edit the associated files that are connected with the current open file).

  But that raises another question - what kind of editing do you need to do for this site? If it's just the design and style, you can get away with just edit CSS style sheets. If your task is actually adding in the new HTML code, then Yes, you will need to locate the specific files that you will need to edit and if your HTML edits spans across several 'modules' of CMS, you will need to understand that they 'stitch' together - some editing of my own work, I got the opening html tag in a file and the closing in another tag.

  But if all of this seems too complicated (and it may be, I admit) and you don't feel like installing a test server local on your machine, your approach to registration of a static HTML page, make your changes on this and stalking then how to enter these changes in the actual files of CMS - is an approach valid coimpletely.

  I'm the registered owner of Dreamweaver 8.  I wanted to use the function 'Create a Web Photo Album' and in turn, received a message that I needed Fireworks 4 or higher.  So, I downloaded the trial version of fireworks (which was Fireworks CS4) and installed it.  After you start Dreamweaver again and in turn, an attempt to 'Create Web Photo Album,' I got the same message "you have Fireworks 4 or higher."  I tried to manage extensions and can't find anything on the fireworks.  Then, there are the ideas of what's going on?

  This is probably not the answer you want, but the create a Web Photo Album function creates ugly pages with hideous code. Even if you can make it work with the trial version of Fireworks CS4, I doubt if you would be happy with the results.

  I don't know the inner workings of the integration of Dreamweaver-Fireworks, but I suspect that Dreamweaver 8 will recognize Fireworks 4-8, but not any higher version. On the one hand, Dreamweaver needs to open the Fireworks to process the images, but it is unlikely to be able to find the program. If you really want to try it with Fireworks CS4, you can try to open the preferences panel and selecting the Types of files/publishers. Set the location of the fireworks in there.

  Although creating a Web Photo Album still survives in Dreamweaver CS4, there are a much better option in Bridge, which comes with Dreamweaver CS4. I suspect that the days of creating a Web Photo Album are limited.

  You will find that you will be better off getting a volume for 10 machines for Applications Cloud creative license and allows you to use applications of CC AND all legacy applications as well.  So, you can continue to use the FW and other applications CS6 because they are all included in the subscription.

  I suggest to contact your local Adobe Office, who can give you more info and special offers with small businesses like yours.  They are normally very useful if you contact them directly.  You say your country so I can't post the address of contact here but try this link:

  OK, well.  It is said that once I have download, I would have free access to Dreamweaver and Photoshop as long the class lights (8 weeks).  Then I do all this; I have downloaded/installed CC for teams on my computer, and then once it is I downloaded/installed the latest versions of Photoshop and Dreamweaver, Dreamweaver CC 2015 and Photoshop CC 2015.

  But then, once I tried to download and install DW and PS, they are trial versions only, whereas they should be non-epreuve versions.  Quick glance:
