Intel HD under LightWave 3D graphics card problem (dongled & licensed)

It seems that graphics Intel hd graphics is a little difficult display my NewTek Lightwave 3D 3D interface.
Indeed, even with the update "specifically" one dedicated Windows 7, well the "interface will appear, however, the orthodox view remains gray.
To my knowledge, no installation problem, recognized dongle, only admitted entering the serial number correctly.
Tell me know maybe handling the most appropriate to solve my problem of display.
NewTek LightWave 9.6.1 can work with 64 MB dedicated memory.
so maybe it would be good to allocate more memory to the graphics card?
I don't know am not coders.
Thank you very much for this information.

The version pirated Lightwave 7 configuration running on a pentium2 277 mhz 32 MB of ram and graphics card s3 Virgin 4 MB.
I do not really understand hardwares. ("_")

After reading your ad I m wondering if you are on the right place here.
Please don t get me wrong, but don't you think that your story has something to do with Toshiba laptops in general?

  • Qosmio G40-10 s: graphics card problem

    Hello.

I have a Toshiba Qosmio G40 laptop 10s with a Nvidea 8600 M GT grafixs card. I was playing a game when it locked up and pasted what I would describe as flashing red/green 'Matrixy' search screen.

He then a blue screen and trys to reeboot.
He tries to start windows, but once again the top matrix. If it loads to the top, it is in 16 bit color with red dots all over the screen.

I am sure that the GPU is fried... and I was wondering what I can do? It's been 5 months out of warranty now.

I read on some forums that there have been a lot of problems with this Nvidea card... Is there anything I can do outside my warranty period with what there is a possibly faulty card in it from the beginning.

It will cost a lot of money to get it repaired, but its too good a laptop to let go to waste.

    Any help is very appreciated.

    Hello

You also have these lines on an external monitor?
If so, there seems to be a graphics card problem and it must be replaced.

These overheating problems also occur if you use the nVidia display drivers directly. Toshiba drivers are pre-tested and don't overheat your system.

But I think you need professional help. You should contact an authorized service provider and talk to the technicians. They will help you! :)

  • Satellite C660 - update Intel HD graphics card problem

    Hello

Sorry for my level of English, I'm French

I have a problem without a solution with my Satellite C660 (for the moment, I hope!) I downloaded the software google sketchup 8, dedicated to the development of architecture, but it does not work, I still got a bug message advising that it is necessary to update the graphics card drivers (according to google support it seems that OPENGL functions must be implemented in the drivers of my laptop)

So I downloaded the latest drivers available for the configuration I have (Intel HD graphics for pentium, 64-bit windows 7).

the link (french site, that Intel is not currently available, it is a document of .exe)

    http://www.Touslesdrivers.com/php/Constructeurs/TELECHARGEMENT.php?v_code=37057&v_langue=FR

I tried to update manually driver graphics card with Device Manager menu (graphics card > update drivers button > file.exe manual selection), but in the end, there is no update, I did that a very small message advising that windows has determined that the pilots are already updated.

In fact there is no change on the drivers (always the same date of the 2010-07-28 drivers in the properties of the graphics card) and sketchup is still unemployed

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

    What C660-xxx you have exactly?

If you have an Intel graphics card, you must download the driver directly on the Intel site.
There you should find the last version of driver

  • The Qosmio X 500 graphics card problem?

I have a Qosmio x 500 since end of December 2010, and sometimes it will suddenly stop responding, give a black screen, then come back. After that, I get an error message saying that the graphics card has had a problem, but has recovered.

I am also getting a problem when I leave it running, close the lid and come back some time later - 1 or 2 hours - to find that it will not be "waken upward" when I open the cover and I have to unplug and remove the battery to kill power before I can then reboot? Pressing any button does nothing except to put the lights on the keyboard!

My X 500 does look under warranty?

    Hello

I think that the error message is created by the graphics driver.
I had a similar problem in the past on my old laptop from another production.
This laptop supports the Intel graphics chip and I could resolve this install another graphics card driver.

I recommend you first the version of the BIOS installed on your 500 X.
If the most recent BIOS is available, try to upgrade to the latest version.
In many cases, the new BIOS might resolve a reactivation of the questions.

Update the display driver could be interesting as well

After that, you could check the functionality of the laptop if the questions would not solve, you could get in touch with a local technician to ASP and check the laptop under warranty conditions.

    Dude good luck

  • Windows 7 graphics card problem

I have a HP Envy 17 t 3000 CTO Notebook PC product # LW900AV Every so often I get the message "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" for some time, but has never been able to solve the problem. Then I started getting the blue screen of death which says something about a dump of memory and a driver from memory. Usually I hold down the power button and restart.

Then, while in windows mode the screen got all staticy, to restart, I have the windows logo, then I see a black screen with static in it and never completely, he began. I can go in safe mode without any graphic or other problem.

Go to Device Manager I deleted the driver for AMD Radeon HD 7690 M XT graphics card, then restarted, and it will start and will work perfectly with the other driver (Intel) until Windows loaded another driver for the Radeon driver (I couldn't stop) after the loading screen would be left empty. Nothing found online so far has solved the problem.

Then, I went into recovery and returned to the factory settings. That worked for a few hours, everything worked fine. Then I started to have static electricity once again, until I'm right here where I started.

Can someone tell me exactly what the problem is? Hardware or driver? Why does it work temporarily? Is it possible to completely disable the Radeon driver for good, where it is not reload on reboot? My computer has two graphics drivers (don't know why) is it possible to use the other driver instead (the Intel driver)?

Since it is not under warranty, if I brought a technician is something they can do?

    Thanks for your help!

Looks like're you allowing / victim of a Windows update that includes the wrong video driver for your system.

You could do things to do work things out and later a update of Windows comes with the wrong driver video and things mess for you.  Microsoft does not know what are the best drivers of material (audio, video, network), with your system and often sends the bad and if you don't pay attention to the updates, your system may malfunction.

First let's take a look at what you get when it is broken so that you know what things look like.

Click on the button/ORB start in the lower left corner of your screen. Or, press the button of your keyboard Windows logo.

    In the type box:

    Msinfo32

Select / click msinfo32.exe and the system information dialog box opens.

Click System summary, click on edit, select all (Ctrl-A), copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here in your next reply.

For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all (Ctrl-A), copy (Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) feedback here.

There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and anything that turns information private for you, simply delete the pasted information.

In the display section, pay attention to / take note of the Version of the driver that you know does not work for example:

15.200.1062.1004 driver version (your going to say something different)

If you have the system to a point where things seem to be working, go back in msinfo32 and also take note of the version of the driver that works.

Then hop out on the HP support site and download/install the driver proper (32/64-bit) from here:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-envy-17-notebook-PC-series/5145668/model/5180699

Then restart your system and return to msinfo32 and check the new display driver version to remember that he has updated and see how things look for and report.

If you did a factory reset, you can use the preinstalled HP Support Assistant to help with the video drivers, or you can download the HP Support Assistant from here:

  • Qosmio F30-111 - graphics card problem

    Hello

My laptop does not show any other resolution than the usual text resolutions (starting).
The laptop is almost useless with this problem.

The problem occurred when playing a computer game in the resolution of 1280 x 800 regular graph (for windows).
The screen went black, but has no power lost. I had to restart from power button / stop.

Windows XP (from toshiba) gives a blue screen after the splash screen during startup.
Also, I have Linux and Xorg reports a fatal error when starting driver NVIDIA, so I cannot use the computer in mode terminal linux, no X mode. But I can still use Linux mode of expression and access to all files.

When I start the screen also has a strange color mode. In text mode, many letters is brighter than others. This happens in installation mode and Terminal in Linux mode.

Other strange things things I noticed recently, that is the FAN makes noise more now due to the temperature higher CPU (2 to 3 weeks).
Sometimes reaching 100aº C (which has never happened before). In recent months, the laptop was still in the Office at home.

I bought the computer round of June 2007, is still under warranty (2 years in the Portugal), and I registered it on the toshiba site.
Currently, I live in Poland. Can I retrieve my warranty in Poland and try to solve the problem here? (I'm Portuguese).

    Hello

Looks like the graphics card began to malfunction.
Therefore, you must contact the ASP as soon as possible.

I think that you can contact the ASP in Poland to help him, because all laptops are covered at least 1 year international limited warranty carry-in.
As the name says it of a international warranty and if the warranty is valid the ASP in Poland should be able to help.

  • Qosmio F10 graphics card problem

About 11 months after I bought my Qosmio the graphics card no longer works and I couldn't see anything on the screen.

I contacted Toshiba and they fixed it under warranty.
About 6 months later, he went again and told me that the warranty on the repair had expired.

I was quoted around 350 pounds to repair both.
It was about 3 years ago.

He sat on a shelf since then.
Before I give him a decent burial, is now a more reasonable repair?

    Hello

To my knowledge, dysfunction of the graphics card is a serious hardware problem and usually the whole motherboard must be replaced.
I m not very good if the GPU could be removed from the motherboard in your case, but according to your message, the fix would cost £350, so I guess that the motherboard must be replaced also

Well, it s your decision what you want to do. is this difficulty and to spent £350 or perhaps to buy a second hand of the internet auction platform motherboard or sell this laptop and purchase another unit

  • HP Envy 700-074 Graphics Card problem Windows 8

    Greetings,

    I recently bought the HP ENVY 700-074 (http://http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?cc=us & dlc = in & lang = to & lc = in & product = 5371495).

Initial setup went fine without any problem.  I replaced the power supply so that I could add the graphics card from my old computer.  The power supply and graphics card worked perfectly for my old computer.  Feeding is a BFG Tech GX 550 watt modular power supply series.  The graphics card, I have installed is the Nvidia 560ti.

The problem is that, when I start the computer, my screen goes to sleep (as there is no signal) until the login Windows 8 screen lights up. At this time, my screen lights up and it is normally.  However, if updates or restarts the computer, the screen turns off again and he returned sometimes when loading the desktop computer.  I tried to get into the BIOS to see if I could disable the onboard graphics, but I have been unable to access BIOS because I don't see anything on the screen during startup.  I removed the Nvidia card and returned to the use of the integrated graphics card and everything is back to normal.  I managed to enter the BIOS at the time here, but I don't see any possibility to disable the integrated graphics card or use the PCIe as main display (unless I missed something).

I also noticed that Windows 8 shows I have 2 screens installed when only 1 is installed physiclaly.  My HP (HP 2009 m) monitor is listed in Monitor 2 and I initially had to go through the windows to get my HP Monitor to display the entire desktop (as it origionally extended from the start, the desktop computer).  However, number of monitor 1 is listed as monitor of generic cards.  Thinking that the computer used the non-existent monitor like main display when starting, I deleted the generic monitor than to have to reinstall windows.  I also tried to disable, but the problem persists.

I guess that there is a conflict between the integrated graphics card and the Nvidia card.  However, I assumed that the edge will be disabled automatically after inserting a card into the PCIe slot as the integrated graphics card watch is no longer under device mananger.

    Hello:

Have you changed the settings of the BIOS 2 (required) before installing the video card no HP?

  • H8 - 1240t update graphic card problems

Before you start this is what I have:

    H8 - 1240t Desktop

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

    Intel Core i7 - 2600 k

    16GBs ram

The computer came with an AMD Radeon HD 7570 1 GB DDR3 graphics card which I have been recently trying to improve my dream of an EVGA Geforce GTX 780 / 3 gb GDDR5 SC ACX. I already upgraded my PSU from a 300w to a 750w power to manage the new graphics card. During the installation of this new graphics card the computer will start show him Press esc for boot menu screen and after a while, it will go to a black screen with a cursor. I put in the disk of driver installation accompanying the GTX 780 from the start. Now, I looked online and saw a lot of people who update their bios but I couldn't find really any help for a motherboard very FRIEND 7.09 Pegatron 2ad5. And the actual task of updating a bios seems daunting. Attracted me here to see if it was something I had to do or if there is something else I could try or should I give up on my dream to get the GTX 780 to work in my config. Thanks in advance to one that meets. =)

    Hello

Most of the 7xx manufactured NVIDIA video cards are active UEFI and your PC does not have the right level of BIOS.  Your PC needs to have a BIOS version 8 level.  If the BIOS of your PCs supported the UEFI mode and secure boot you have a different problem.

Looking for a different graphics card that requires no UEFI BIOS. You may be able to locate a Sapphire AMD graphics card that will work and be near the same level of performance. Glance at the series Sapphire R9which are not marked UEFI.

The 780 NVIDIA or any graphics card close in performance will eventually be GPU bound.  This means that the graphics card will not reach its full potential of your PC with the design of the processor and motherboard.

    Hello

I bought a new Lenovo E460 Full HD with the graphics card AMD Radeon R7 M360 inside. I also asked a + 4 GB of ram, so I now have 8 GB. My problem is that I constantly freezes when I use a video editing software and 3d. It's a regular shift, like every few seconds. 1.2.3.. gel 1.2.3.freeze etc. I also tried to change a lower quality in the software properties, but nothing changes. If this happens when I use the AMD Radeon graphics card. When I use the graphics Intel HD 520, AMD drivers uninstalled or just fashionable, the problem disappears energy saving. I tried with AMD drivers Lenovo site, also the site of AMD, I tried to update the drivers for Windows 10 too, the problem persists. GPU - Z, I installed and I saw that the bus PCIe 4 x all the time when graphics software is used instead of x 8 supported. I don't know if this is normal. This is a brand new laptop (2 weeks) and I can't do my job on a daily basis like this. Help, please!

  • S Dual of the HP 4530 graphics card problem

    Hi guys!

So here's the deal. I bought my laptop HP 4530 s 5 months ago and it was working fine until I started to play games. Since it has dual graphics (Intel HD 3000 and AMD Radeon HD series 7400 M) he only reads integrated graphics card (which is an Intel) and no AMD, I tried to download and install the drivers for the graphics card, AMD and it says 'unknown material', but I know it's there because the pilots were showing that I have dual graphics card , but since I have recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 8 this problem has happened and I don't know how to solve this problem, Please HELP!

Please see the HP ProBook 4530 s Notebook PC - Driver and software downloads page of Windows 8 drivers for your computer. If you downloaded the drivers from AMD, these will not work because the drivers are customized by HP to support switchable graphics function. Install the provided HP AMD Video Driver and control panel Windows 8 should solve your problems.

    Hi all!

I have a laptop HP Pavilion G6-2240SH, which has two graphics card. I use the Windows 8.1 operating system

The motherboard graphics card works correctly. But there is another hyper-super card: Radeon HD 7600 M

I tried to use the official driver of the HP site and other drivers of the official site of the Radeon, but it does not work.

The operating system tells me that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)".

Do you have an idea what could be the problem with my video card?

    Thank you...

    Hello:

On models with the AMD/Intel switchable graphics, you must use the graphics driver on the support page and drivers for your laptop.

    See if it works...

Download and run the driver again from the assistance of your notebook page.

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-113258-1&cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&OS=4158&product=5319684&sw_lang=

Go to Device Manager and click on the graphics card from amd problem.

Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.  Select Browse my computer for driver software method and go t the record of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp59936.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

If this does not work, see if this driver works quite...

  • HP ENVY 700-149 freezing several times (graphics card problem)

Hi, I bought a HP ENVY 700-149 days ago and right out of the box it freezes several times every 10-15 minutes that it is in use.

Indeed, it appears a little error box in the corner that says:
"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver display driver, Version 311.41 stopped responding and has successfully recovered. »

Sometimes this box appears several times in a row (quickly) and the computer continues to operate, but more often it pops up this message and then the computer freezes and must be stopped and restarted manually.

In addition, it will crash occasionally to the 'blue' Windows screen with the message: "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP" and the specific problem refers to "nvlddmkm.sys" which I googled and it has to do with the Nvidia graphics card as well.  The installed (from the factory) graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 635 with 2 GB memory DDR3 dedicated.

I installed all the updates that are available for Windows 8 and have checked the Web of NVIDIA website for updates for the driver but nothing is available and the problem persists.

Can I do to solve this problem?

    Hello

Your PC is under warranty. Not to be with an intermittent problem with a new PC.

HP support number is 800-474-6836 or 800-HPINVENT or online here.

HP has a 21 day return policy.  After that, it's a warranty issue.

  • HP Envy m6 for computer laptop graphics card problem

I had problems with my Intel Hd 4600 graphics card.

First, it is not compatible with Mudbox 2014 and has problems of execution of tasks in 2015 Mudbox.

As noted above, the paint does not work.

Second, the graphics card played terribly with decks of low-level and Maya 2014 therefore lagging behind.

Is there a way to solve the problem with Mudbox 2015?

Or do I have to update the graphics, if possible?

How long have you had? Basically, no laptop computer has a graphics card which is expandable. Actually not 100% true but the exceptions are so rare that they might as well not exist. If in need of something more powerful for the production of graphics or game was a basis to return the laptop everyone would back his laptop. I don't work for HP and you could call them and see what they will do, but I don't hold much hope for you.
